- Michaela (6/5): geräumige Wohnung, leider laut und mit vielen Mängeln - Die Wohnung ist geräumig, die Küche ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet, lediglich Besteck und Kaffeetassen könnten mehr vorhanden sein. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Direkt neben der Wohnung ist ein Obst- und Gemüseladen, der auch einen kleinen Supermarkt enthält. Weitere Geschäfte und Cafes in näherer Umgebung Die Lage ist laut und direkt neben einer Aluminiumwerkstatt und über einer Karosseriewerkstatt, spätestens ab 8.00 Uhr ist es entsprechend laut. Die Straße ist ebenfalls relativ stark befahren und laut. Von den vorhandenen Terrassen kann lediglich der Patio benutzt werden, da die beiden Dachterrassen nicht möbliert sind. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit zu heizen, die Wohnung wurde sehr kalt, da es über mehrere Tage regnete und maximal 16 Grad Celsius erreicht wurden. Im Bad neben dem Schlafzimmer zur Straße war , anscheinend durch den Regen bedingt, permanent Wasser auf dem Fußboden. In der Dusche selbst blättert die Farbe von den Fliesen ab. Der Whirlpool lt. Beschreibung ist nur eine große Dreiecksbadewanne. Der Kontak mit der Vermietungsagentur ist spärlich und standardisiert.
- Daniel (4/5): Unhelpful host, industrial, hilly and cold area - It was nice that the apartment was large, easy check in. First, there was no real will to fix the fact that there was 13 degrees in the apartment; we asked few times and decided to buy our own heater. The attitude of the host was really annoying, asking good review after. Second: the apartment is situated in an industrial area and starting 8:30 am i was wake up by construction works under my window, downstairs there is an auto service. The view from most of the angles are only havy equipment, warehouses and parked vehicles. There is a big terrace with not a single chair. Then: broken furniture (night stand) in one of the rooms + wall socket coming out of the wall, tiny showers, second showe rusty, wall paint coming off in one of the bathrooms, no bath supplies other than soap and 1 toilet paper, old kitchenware, plastic sheets, dirty towels...

- Alicia (9/5): - La casa es enorme, con mucho espacio para estar cómodamente alojados 8 personas, varias terrazas y una habitación grande que es toda un vestidor de lujo. La cocina está muy equipada. Para nosotros la ubicación fue perfecta porque aunque la localidad no tiene mucho interés está cerca y bien comunicada con el aeropuerto norte, el Puerto de la Cruz, la Orotava, La Laguna, etc. y en general con toda la zona norte de la isla que era la que más nos interesaba. La relación calidad-precio también es imbatible. Nada reseñable en negativo, algo floja la presión del agua y algún colchón menos cómodo, aunque eso es cuestión de gustos.
- Gytis (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay. The local neighborhood was interesting. The locals seem friendly 🙂. We did not feel any negative attitude towards tourists. Only one inconvenience - the refrigerator was broken, but this problem was fixed fast and we got a new one for our stay. Thank you for your hospitality.
