• Ramirez (10/5): El mejor lugar para tu luna de miel - La cabaña se ve mejor en persona que en las fotos, un lugar especial para ir con tu pareja, la vista es espectacular, también el restaurante que está cerca del lugar hace aún mejor la experiencia, la atención es muy buena, responde rápido, y las instalaciones y materiales de primera. Realmente lo recomiendo. Revisar la plaga de cucarachas y hormigas que sale de noche, es mejor guardar todo en el refrigerador. Cómo sugerencia, agregar un ventilador. También unas cortinas un poco más oscuras. Hay mucha claridad al amanecer.

Outre le fait qu'on m'ait demandé 3 fois nos passeports que j'avais déjà donnés 2fois, La douche n'était pas chaude du tout, une serviette n'était pas propre et a 18h il était déjà trop tard pour en demander une autre, les draps du lit n'étaient pas vraiment nickels (cheveux )

El lugar es excepcional! - Me gusto mucho la experiencia vivida en el lugar, la cabaña esta muy bien dotada, es cómoda, acogedora, bien decorada, el restaurante cercano es excelente, también pude trabajar remoto porque el internet es muy bien. La anfitriona estuvo muy atenta de nuestra llegada y de atender nuestras necesidades y lo mejor definitivamente fue la vista de las montañas y de la ciudad.

• Anderson (2/5): - Durante la estadía el baño presentó un problema grave (estaba taqueado) que reporté de inmediato. No me dieron ninguna alternativa teniendo cómo hacerlo (cambio de cabaña, uso de otro baño o solución temporal). Prometieron enviar una persona de mantenimiento a primera hora, lo cual nunca ocurrió, me quedé esperando y no fuí notificado. Posteriormente escribí expresando mi inconformidad por el mal manejo del caso y ni siquiera se tomaron el tiempo de ofrecer una disculpa. Experiencia decepcionante por la falta de gestión y atención al huésped.
• Lucy Vanessa (6/5): - La vista desde el restaurante es lo más hermoso del lugar. La cama estaba demasiado incomoda, se le sentían los resortes al colchón y no se logró descansar bien. Para entrar y salir de la cabaña siempre se tenía que avisar vía WhatsApp para que te abrieran. La ubicación con respecto a las otras cabañas no es tan privada ya que se logra ver las habitaciones de los alrededores y no hay un control del volumen de la música.

Fue muy fácil llegar y nos pareció hermosa la cabaña, muuuy acogedora y limpia, de verdad nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más tiempo. Sin duda volveremos... ¡super recomendado! Solo tuvimos un pequeño problema con el desagüe de la ducha, estaba obstruido, pero nada grave...

Solo que para llegar hay como una trocha que por partes está un poco descuidada y se puede dificultar para subir en moto. Pero no tiene nada que ver con el alojamiento

• Marcel (9/5): - Die Aussicht auf Medellín und der Außenbereich sind unglaublich. Die Cabaña ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Es ist sehr ruhig. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist abenteuerlich aber auch mit einem normalen Auto machbar.

Tienes que leer muy bien la información que te envían, a veces el GPS no te envía a donde es y en ese sector no hay nada de señal, así que si estás perdido te va a tocar desviarte bastante.

• Amy (7/5): Lovely property and views, but frustrating access! - The view is brilliant and the cabin is really quite cozy. The WiFi works great and the fireplace was much appreciated, as it was freezing at night, but the property provided warm blankets. It was lovely to sit at the table outside and watch look out to the city. The property was a nightmare to get to given that there are 3 routes you can take to get there shown on Google maps from Santa Elena town, but only one route is accessible and it is not made clear which it is. The information in the PDF says to use Google Maps and not Waze, but even using Google Maps, we were 40 minutes going back and forth on the different inaccessible routes from Santa Elena, which should have been a 15 minute journey. The lady was in contact with us during the stressful taxi journey, which we appreciated, but the PDF needs to make it much clearer how to properly access the property so as to not cause unnecessary stress and end up wasting money on the taxi ride. There was also a leak right next to the bed and when it was raining all night, the floor got soaked and it presented a health hazard as it was right next to the plug socket where I had my laptop connected. I messaged them about it and I didn’t get a response, which I found surprising and quite frustrating. I also would not recommend the food, specifically the pizza, from the Eco restaurant nearby, despite having lovely staff - it was much better to bring your own food.

• Curt (4/5): So close but yet so far from great. - The location and views of the city are great. While there is some road noise the general sense is of privacy and tranquility. They provide a lot of good stuff for breakfast that you make your self. The kitchen is pretty well equipped but they need to sharpen the knife. Almost as dull as a butter knife. There was a panini maker. The deal breaker is the wood stove. There is no safety screen and the place has wood floors so you have to monitor the stove to make sure no coals pop out and start a fire. It was clear that others before us had the same problem as there was burn marks on the floor. There is no smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector. So, you have to watch it and you can not sleep until the fire is burned down to embers. Then when the fire gets low the chimney back drafts and fills the room with smoke. So, if you value your life, only burn a fire during the day and make sure you watch it dilligently. Use the provided hot water bottles if you need warmth at night. No hot water at the sinks though the water heater is right behind the bathroom sink. It might take an hour and $30 USD to hook up the kitchen sink to hot water as the water line can be easily run under the house. The carpentry work is unfinsihed with a huge gap above the door and no trim. Pieces of the interior siding that was not nailed down sticking out 2 inches from the wall. This place is just so close to being great but the ownership has not taken the steps to do it despite how easy and inexpensive it would be. No toilet seat in the bathroom. When we notified the staff they told us it had recently been broke and they had not had the time to fix it. She told us she would try and we knew that they would not try or do it. The correct answer is "we will get it replaced today." I know a hardware store is within 15 minutes of the place and replacing a toilet seat takes about 5 minutes. I just don't think the ownership has the right attitude to run a hotel. What is real absurd is the place has a granite countertop in the kitchen while so many little things can be fixed and remedied with an eye to detail and an effort to manage the workmanship of the builders who did/do the finish work in the cabin. The structure itself is well built. Finally, put doormats in front of both doors.
