• Jürgen (5/5): Schöner Schein mit Mängeln - Das Viertel ist sehr ruhig, aber mit guter Nahversorgung und angenehmen Nachbarn. Das Appartement ist stylisch eingerichtet. Betten und Wäsche haben eine hohe Qualität. Statt des gewünschten und zugesagten Zimmers mit zwei Einzelbetten gab es ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Da so eng in das Zimmer eingepasst war, dass nur auf einer Seite 20 cm Zugang war. Kein Nachttisch, keine Lampe. Der TV hat eine Telekom-Box, die nur doofe Streaming-Programme lieferte, aber kein einziges Öffentlich-Rechtliches. Zudem gab es für die Bedienung keine Anleitung. Deshalb gefühlte Ewigkeiten verbracht, den TV überhaupt in Gang zu bringen. Dafür und für die Reklamation des Zimmers ist bei einem 3-tägigen Städteurlaub keine Zeit.

• Nathalie (8/5): Entspannter Aufenthalt mit guter öffentlicher Anbindung - Wohnzimmer sehr ruhig, schöne Küche, tolle Dusche, Ausstattung sehr hochwertig und blitzblank sauber. Die Straßenbahn ist in der Nähe, auch die S-Bahn Station ist schnell erreichbar. das Schlafzimmer ist im EG mit Fenster auf die Straße. V.a. wenn ich als Frau allein reise, mag ich das nicht besonders, ich habe daher auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer geschlafen.
• NIEVES (10/5): Relax y Comodidad en Viena - La cama era comodísima. El apartamento era muy amplio, cómodo y muy bien decorado. Se estaba fenomenal. El baño estaba muy bien, pero la puerta daba con el lavabo y el acceso era un poco complicado, pero bien. La cocina faltó un microondas y una tostadora. La ubicación estaba un poco lejos del centro, pero el transporte estaba a 5 min andando del alojamiento y enlazaba muy bien con el centro de la ciudad.

• Flaminia (10/5): - It was a well-lit apartment, it had all the necessary tools for longer stays, all the cooking tools. And also bedsheet changes. The washer is an amazing tool, you don't need to bring loads of clothes since you can clean them. Also, extremely close to a tram station that brings you directly to the city center (Schottentor). Meanwhile the apartment was very clean, there was a bit of dust here and there (Like over the bedsheets)

• Martyna (10/5): Rewelacyjny ! - Obiekt położony w pięknej odnowionej kamienicy z zachowaniem ducha czasu ♥️ było bardzo czystko oraz został wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy do użytku codziennego. Jakość pościeli i ręczników oraz zastawy stołowej przewyższa oczekiwania. Wrócę z miłą chęcią. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obiektem i pomocną obsługa.

• FRANCESCA (8/5): Carino ma un po' lontano - Appartamento carino nell'estetica, posizionato all'interno di un bel palazzo. Sufficientemente fornito di accessori per la cucina. Ben collegato ai mezzi pubblici. Staff disponibile che ha risolto subito un piccolo disguido. La posizione un po' troppo lontana dal centro. Il quartiere non è esattamente austriaco (sono presenti solo ristoranti italiani o kebab). Tra gli accessori della cucina avrei avuto piacere di trovare, ad esempio, anche tovaglia e zucchero, ma comunque ci siamo trovati molto bene.

• Tanja (7/5): Moderne Wohnung mit Ecken und Kanten - Die Wohnung macht auf den ersten Eindruck einen modernen Eindruck. Die Gegend ist nicht sehr einladend. Schimmel an den Fensterleibungen direkt neben dem Bett. Fenster öffnen ist eher schlecht da direkte Strassenseite und permanenter Fußgängerverkehr. Dusche ist nicht sehr einladend und Waschbeckenschrank ist seitlich kaputt. WC sitz schief und beim betätigen der Spülung spritzt das Wasser heraus. Etwas staubig. Für eine Nacht ok aber für die erhaltenen Wohnung war der Preis zu hoch.

The check-in process was complete managed online with detailed instructions shared for me to access the flat without any problem (they share the door code to the main entrance and the flat itself). I would highly recommend it!

• Karina (8/5): Great location and nicely designed apartment, but the dust, cold floors, and non-working heating made the stay less comf - The interior was nicely done and felt comfortable throughout my visit. One of the biggest advantages was the location — it offered an easy and convenient commute to the city centre, which made getting around very simple. Overall, a good stay with great access to central attractions. The place was a bit dusty, and a more thorough cleaning would have made the stay more comfortable. The floor was quite cold, likely because it is on the ground floor, and the heating didn’t seem to work — we couldn’t find any radiators anywhere in the apartment, and even adjusting the bathroom radiator made no difference. Since it was raining during our stay, it would have been nice to return to a warm apartment. Additionally, when the bathroom and toilet lights were switched on, the fan started running and there was an unpleasant smell.

• Natalia (10/5): Это был отличный выбор жилья, который сделал поездку еще приятнее! - Чистая, большая, светлая квартира. Очень теплая, что было важно в ноябре. Вся необходимая мебель, места для хранения, красивый интерьер. Отличная просторная кухня со всем необходимым для приготовления блюд (даже духовка, что редкость в подобном жилье). Достаточное количество посуды различных видов. В квартире запах чистоты, полотенца и постель- чистые и белые. Коммуникация с владельцем- бесконтактная, пояснения по заселению- подробные и понятные. Проживала в ней 4 дня и чувствовала исключительный комфорт. Также отмечу отличное расположение - рядом остановки трамвая 9 и 43- 15 минут- и вы на Шоттенторе.Рядом Лидл, две Биллы и прочие Венские торговые сети. Может быть предложить выбор в зависимости от предпочтений необходимого - кофемашина или микроволновка.

• Silke (9/5): Wunderbare Wohnung - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, neu hergerichtet und liegt ruhig. Die Betten super bequem und alles sauber und ordentlich. Sie liegt wunderbar um Wien zu erkunden. Da wir gerne selber kochen hat uns ein Pfannwender, ein Brotmesser, sowie Topfuntersetzer gefehlt. Das war aber nicht schlimm!!!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We will come back . The only issues we noticed were a bit of dust, the kitchen wasn’t very clean, and the fridge had a strong unpleasant odor. Unfortunately, this odor even affected the drinks stored inside, making it difficult to use. Also there was forgotten garbage on the bin..

Apartament wygodny i obszerny, toaleta i łazienka osobno, wyposażenie kuchenne OK (lodówka, zmywarka, 2 palnikowa płyta indukcyjna, czajnik elektryczny, patelnia, garnki, zastawa stołowa na 4 osoby, ekspres do kawy i 4 kapsułki z kawą) brak wieszaczka na ręcznik w toalecie (musiał leżeć na skraju umywalki, bo nie było gdzie go umieścić), słabo chłodząca lodówka (a może nie umiałyśmy jej odpowiednio ustawić?), brak takich udogodnień jak sól, cukier, pieprz, oliwa w ilości odpowiedniej dla 2 osób na 4 dni (oczywiście dostępne w okolicznych sklepach, ale w opakowaniach dla całej rodziny na 3-4 tygodnie)

• Tati_74 (8/5): Posizione comoda - La casa è spaziosa e in una buona posizione per raggiungere il centro città con i mezzi pubblici. Silenziosa e ben fornita delle cose base. La comunicazione poteva essere migliore. Quando abbiamo provato a chiamare il proprietario per sapere se potevamo lasciare le valigie da qualche parte in attesa di prendere possesso dell'appartamento non ci ha risposto nessuno. Per fortuna in casa c'era la signora delle pulizie che ci ha aperto in anticipo.

Check in foarte usor de la distanta.Paturi confortabile,lenjerie si prosoape foarte curate. Exact ca in poze. Nu este chiar in centru,dar este o zona linistita si am gasit usor parcare.Bucataria echipata bine, are si aparat de cafea. Incalzirea cred ca este prin pardoseala (nu am vazut calorifere).As mai reveni in aceasta locatie. Doar ca o sugestie, ar fi bune plase la geamuri, si poate aer conditionat desi pentru noi a fost ok.

• machova (9/5): - Poměr cena/ kvalita ideální. Dostupná hromadná doprava, do centra max 20 minut. Klid, čisto, pěkný dvorek, balkon. Krásný byt, bezkontaktní servis. Dostali jsme kódy a nikoho jsme nemuseli vidět. Pro mě značka ideál. Vybavení kuchyně jen to nejnutnější, ale úplně stačí, na dovolené přece nikdo nevyvařuje😉👌

Unkomplizierter Self-Checkin Kein Schlüssel oder Zimmerkarte notwendig durch Türknauf mit Zahlencode Moderne Einrichtung, Küche mit Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine und ausreichend Geschirr Sauberes und neuwertiges WC und Badezimmer Dank der Schalldämmung war die betriebsame Baustelle gegenüber kaum wahrnehmbar. Strassenbahn-Linien Nr. 9 und Nr. 43 nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt Der drehbare Türknauf mit Zahlencode erfordert anfangs etwas Übung, um ins Appartment zu kommen.
