• Danielle (10/5): Excellent location and apartment - Location modern and clean . The outdoor terrace is great. Entrance to apartment looks a little tired but once in apartment not an issue
• Natalia (7/5): Ok para estancia corta pero con margen de mejora - El apartamento está bien ubicado y viene decorado. Limpio. Fácil comunicación con Tim para check in y check out. - El apartamento es muy pequeñito. Se ha reformado bien pero es muy justito de espacio si se usan las dos habitaciones. Los dos baños tienen puertas correderas por lo que hay poca intimidad y es un poco incómodo. - Estuvimos en abril y al ser cara norte el apartamento es muy frío a pesar de usar el aire en calor al máximo. - El edificio es muy viejo con un ascensor muy pequeño y lento, es como un montacargas. En las horas de las comidas se huelen las cocinas de todas las casas. - Check out a las 11h, creo que no costaría nada que fuera a las 12h como en la mayoría de los alojamientos.

• Can Bob (5/5): Prijs-kwaliteit is niet naar behoren. - Het uitzicht was goed! De lift en parkeerplaats vielen erg tegen. En het was binnen heel gehorig.
• Ian (9/5): - Excellent location, clean, well presented and easy access with great assistance and communication from the host during our stay Only downside was the surrounding noise in the adjoining apartments and that the terrace doesn’t get any sunshine due the construction. However, neither could be helped and didn’t effect our stay.
• Mirjam (4/5): Mooie foto’s op de site. Kwaliteitsprijsverhouding klopt niet. - Het was schoon Lift deed het niet. Het was enorm gehorig, veel last gehad van burenruzies, huilende kinderen, alsof ze naast je sliepen. slaapkamers en badkamers erg klein. Armoedig gebouw en opgang.

• Irena (10/5): - Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist einzigartig. Die Vermieterin hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert. Wirklich einwandfrei! Ein defektes Gerät wurde direkt ausgetauscht. Es fehlte an Nichts. Ganz vielen Dank an die Vermieterin!!!

• Isabel (5/5): Kommer inte att bo där igen. Men själva lägenheten är det inget fel på. - Smakfullt inrett, bekostnad renovering. Området, fick en chock när vi såg lägenhetsfasaden. Ser ut som huset ska falla ihop! Extremt lyhört, man hör varje grannes fotsteg. Super smal parkering. Boendet ligger visserligen centralt, men det är rörigt med trafiken, alldeles för turistigt för oss, inga goda restauranger kring området. Stranden som är precis intill är packad med människor och inget trevligt vatten, grumligt med mycket tång. Sängarna var obekväma, de hade behövt bytas till något bättre. Samt hård och obekväm soffa, som hade ett hemskt fult gult överdrag på sig.

• Elsa (9/5): - The location was great right next to the beach. The appartment was really cozy and the balconies so nice. You could here alot between floors and rooms.
• Lisa (10/5): Perfect stay in a beautiful apartment, close to everything! - Everything about this apartment was perfect! The view was amazing, it’s just steps away from the beach and everything was very comfortable. The beds were amazing, there were two beautiful bathrooms with amazing showers (and nicely smelling soaps, lotions etc) and comfortable furniture. It really has everything you need for a little holiday, we stayed for 5 nights and could’ve easily stayed longer. The host was super attentive and quick with communication, couldn’t recommend this place more!! The only thing is that the bedroom doors are sliding doors, so it doesn’t close properly. This makes that you hear everything someone else is doing in the apartment, but considering the space efficiency I understand the choice.
• O'donoughoe (10/5): 10/10 location & stay! - We loved the location- right by the Arenal. The photos were exactly how the property was. We loved the toiletries included & the coffee. Everything was easy to access & instructions for exit and entering were easy. We were short of towels which was rectified & delivered before we had noticed. The parking & key collection was handy. The pillows weren’t very comfortable. The sinks in the bathroom were loose. The shower in the main bathroom soaked the floor outside the shower.

• Bart (9/5): Super renovated piso in A+ location, with a small caveat - The owners did an amazing job in turning this old apartment into something beautiful, practical and very comfortable. Beds are great, so is the shower and they did a good job in making the best use of available space without it becoming cramped at all. The large terrace is a huge bonus, despite the views being somewhat obstructed by ugly adjacent buildings. However - life here is mostly outside and the vicinity of the Arenal beach and all the facilities largely make up for that. Your car has a sheltered spot so it's safe and doesn't get too hot. We will be back most likely! Nothing the owner can do anything about: The building itself is old and the direct surroundings run-down. The walls are very thin. Any conversation, phonecall, dog (upstairs neighbour), argument (next door neighbours), TV can be heard word for word (in case of the dog: step by step and bark by bark). If you are not used to having Spanish neighbours this can be quite a shock due to their late-night activities (including young kids late at night on weekdays...), so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper!
• Amber (10/5): Very impressive place and great service from the host! Will definitely be back to stay again! - The apartment is in a great location, literally a 2 minute walk down to the beach. It is beautifully decorated and presented, with everything well thought out. It was absolutely spotless upon arrival. The host made everything clear and was extremely helpful. Absolutely nothing! It was perfect for our family holiday.
