Chantelle (10/5): Chaotic and Unprofessional stay - The Property was in close driving distance to Saranda and Ksamil. The Property was very clean upon arrival. The Hosts are very unorganized. As we were checking out we were asked to drive to Ksamil to pay by card. We have told the host that we are in a rush to catch our flight but they don't speak any English at all so communication was terrible only through Google Translate. We had to follow the host to a bakery to pay for the Accommodation which was very unprofessional and inconvenient. We were also not offered cleaning services during a whole week of staying. We had to ask for new towels but the apartment was not cleaned while we were there. Lastly, they did not ask us to pay upon arrival, waited til the last minute to pay and the payment options did not match as said on booking.com. They said cash only, adding an extra inconvenience.
