• Sibel (10/5): Super Zentrale und gut ausgestattet Unterkunft - Sehr sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Sehr zentral. Man kann komplett Mailand Zu Fuß erkunden. Alles bestens!
• Camilla (5/5): Helt okey. - Läget, storleken på lägenheten, smart-tv. Sängen, kuddarna, duschkabinen och insekterna på golvet.
• Sharryn (8/5): All in all we were only there 2 nights, but the location is fabulous. - It was right in the middle of shopping street Via Torino, an easy stroll to the duomo, and lots of restaurants. The beds were hard, and the couch was uncomfortable, and the shower was miniscule, if you are bigger than about 15 stone/106 kilos you probably won’t be able to fit through shower door.
• De Cooman (9/5): Een rustig en mooi verblijf in Milaan. - De locatie in Milaan. Alles is heel dichtbij en makkelijk bereikbaar. Netjes en veel ruimte voor 2 personen. De douche was vrij klein en de douchekop viel eraf.

• Diana (6/5): The apartment was very clean however the fact the ac didn’t work and the problem was not solve in 2 days.. when the temp - Was very clean The air condition of one of the room didn’t work..
• Analia (10/5): Excelente lugar para disfrutar de unos días en Milán! - La ubicación es excelente! Cerca de todo, lugares para comer, comprar etc. Muy equipado y grande, cómodo y funcional. La ducha es un poco chica.
• Beatriz (8/5): - La ubicación, el tamaño y la distribución del apartamento. Estaba limpio. La falta de comunicación con el personal. No contestan a las consultas o preguntas previas a la llegada. La dificultad para encontrar la puerta del apartamento, no tiene el cartel que dijeron. El frigorífico no funciona bien y el congelador solo funciona como refrigerador.
• Balázs (5/5): Jó szálláshely, rossz szállásadó. - Nagyon jó lokáció, 10 perc sétára a Dómtól. Modern lakás, jól felszerelt, tiszta. A legnagyobb kánikulában szálltunk meg 3 napra és a klímák és a hűtőszekrény sem működött. Az 5. emeleten van a lakás, olyan forróság volt fent, hogy alig lehetett kibírni, aludni is borzasztó volt. Egyből jeleztem a szállásadónak a bookingon keresztül, de semmi válasz nem érkezett. Utána próbálkoztam Whatsapp-on, hívtam is, de sehol semmi. Érthetetlen, hogy miért nem lehet reagálni valamit és orvosolni a problémát. Nem kevés pénzt fizettünk a szállásért, cserébe válaszra sem méltatnak...
• Morgan (5/5): Nice room and location, facilities and communication needs to improve. - •Great location •Nice apartment •No air-con, fixed on a lock which was a high temperature. •No communication regarding the air-con. •In the instructions on how to access the building, no mention of how to get through the second door. This meant after getting back late this door was locked, meaning we had to wait outside the property for 30mins until a worker returned who was extremely rude. Once again no communication regarding this, we then found out a key to unlock this door which was not made clear in the instructions sent to me.
• Kathy (1/5): Bad - The location was good. The air-conditioning didn't work and Milan was over 33 degrees. When I asked this to be fixed, I was told the cleaning staff said it was fine. No action was taken and my concerns- having to stay in an apartment where the temperature did not go below 30 degrees were ignored. Also the bed was hard and uncomfortable with only one pillow supplied.
• Κορωνιωτη (3/5): Poor - The location, but it was a little bit noisy. The room hasn't got toilet paper, nor a shower gel and hair all over the place. Moreover, the cleaner came in the apartment before the check out (at 9.15 and the checkout was at 10), without a warning or ringing the bell. It was unacceptable. I don't recommend it.

• Laura (9/5): Definely a very good place to stay, 10 minutes walk from Duomo - Location - aesthetic of the flat - fully furnished - We had an issue as the heating wasn’t working in 2 of the 3 rooms. But Barbara from the office was a genius and adorable. She worked non stop to get help and got us an extra heating.
• Sertaç (7/5): Very cold aparment - Location of the aparment was very good and close to city center Duomo etc. There was a tram stop nearby. An it was mostly clean. Heating system was awful. Aparment was very cold and we try to heat up via air conditioner. But it was set to 20 degrees by system. Staying this apartment in summer would be better. I don't recommend stay in winter time.
• Nadezhda (7/5): Good - Excellent location and a very nice apartment. 5 minutes from Duomo and there is a supermarket just a few minutes away. Has space for 4 people as there are two double beds. Overall, clean and modern, has all necessary amenities. Very loud at night as you can hear the trams almost all night long from the second bedroom. WiFi was not working and the host didn’t do anything about it even though we flagged this as soon as we arrived. It is also impossible to get into the property if you don’t have internet connection. The main issue we had was the lack of responsiveness from the host, we asked important questions and chased via booking messenger but it was impossible to reach them. Given that we paid everything in full including city tax I would expect a better service.

• Arjan (8/5): In general the facility has a very nice location, clean and new environment…. But the support staff which was given the - I did like the location and the fact that the flat was really new. I did’t like the the hight tech automatisation of management which was not harmonised with the proper support from the management team.
• Andrew (1/5): Bad - Clean apartment. Good location Staff - when checking in 3 days prior it was made aware I would like a extended checkout (I was willing to pay). I received a confirmation notice within the booking. Com system informing me that this was approved. Upon check out I received numerous calls and threatening messages telling me to vacate immediately. I was across town and would be a while returning. I was then told that it was a mistake by the colleagues and that they wanted me to leave ASAP. No apologies and no compromise was provided.
• Legria (10/5): I still recommended this accommodation because of its great location and its quiet at night. But it can make better if t - Excellent Location, Duomo is walkable, many nearby Restaurants, Groceries, Boutiques and Coffeeshops and Bars. The Host is responsive with the inquiries. We stayed during 35 Degrees Summer time and needs cooling effect of airconditioning but it doesn’t cool the room, they just offered electricfan. The toiletries are not enough also. The pillows is too thin to use comfortably.

• Dmytro (7/5): Centrally located apartments with comfort issues due to a lack of shower doors and uncontrollable heating, leading to dr - I stayed in these apartments located right in the city center, which is undoubtedly a big advantage. However, during my stay, I encountered some inconveniences. The shower cabin lacked doors, causing water to spill onto the floor, creating discomfort. It was also unpleasant that the temperature in the apartment is controlled automatically, and it was not possible to set the air conditioner to the desired warmth level. This led to strong drafts, and at night I had to sleep under two blankets. I hope that these issues will be considered in the future, as overall the apartments have an excellent location.

• Anonymous (10/5): 100% recommended! - First of all the location of this house is great, right on the shopping street, close to the subway station and Duomo. Secondly this house itself is really well equipped, it's perfect for family and friends to stay together, I think it's even more comfortable than staying in these hotels in Europe. And the landlord is also very nice and responds to messages promptly. Really recommend it!

• Analiza (10/5): Cozy apartment. Totally worth it! - The apartment is very clean, spacious, and modern. Excellent location - it’s close to the metro and everything else. Wifi is fast. Check-in was a breeze. Couldn’t have asked for a better place! The shower area is extremely small, I could barely move in it. Something should be done about it. Also it’s odd they charge for late check ins. We didn’t do a late check in but in my opinion a key box should be installed instead of having someone come over and hand us the key.
• May (8/5): It was a very good stay and I would recommend it for sure. - The location and the cleanliness Well one of the rooms the AC was not working properly, it was turned off and we had to turn it on.
