• Giovanni (10/5): - Wir mussten spontan die Unterkunft wechseln und haben kurzfristig bei Napoli Pop Toledo gebucht. Wir konnten innerhalb kürzester Zeit einziehen und Francesco hat uns persönlich begrüßt und alles erklärt. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Balkon. Francesco hat uns noch einen privaten Fahrer zum Flughafen besorgt. Wenn wir wieder nach Neapel kommen, dann werden wir gerne wieder hier übernachten.

It isn't the first time that we stayed at an apartment for vacation, but we never had a host like him. He had amazing recommendations and was always available for questions and suggestions. Francesco's suggestions and guide helped us really experience Napoli, and have an amazing experience. We will absolutely recommend more people to stay at his apartment.. He gave us amazing recommendations and a very warm attitude. The apartment is small but cozy and fun. You will not miss anything. Francesco thought about everything down to the smallest thing you might need. The apartment was clean and tidy, and you can sit on the balcony for hours and get to know what Naples is like. Порт 7 минут, магазин продуктов 5 минут, метро 2 минуты. Естественно везде магазины кафе. Идеальный кондиционер! Это важно. Да, действительно под балконом бар! Шумно и весело. Нам ничего не мешало. Francesco, the host, is very nice, helpful and easy to communicate. He welcomed us at metro station and gave us the mini Napoli tour about history, recommended us where to go for pizza, pasta and fish. We really enjoyed everything in this beautiful city. • Helena (10/5): Place to stay in Naples! - This is an example of what a host should be. the apartment is excellent, great location, excellently equipped. In it you will find everything, from a washing machine, all detergents, a coffee machine, a kettle, teas, a guide, an umbrella if needed, and even board games. We were greeted by a clean and fragrant apartment, a chocolate bar and a bottle of wine. The host is very helpful and you can ask him anything you want, about the city, food and drink recommendations. Everything is explained in detail in the apartment, and there are also instructions on how to use the devices, if you don't know. I see in the reviews that some have complained about the noise from the pub below, but the noise is negligible, and we were even asked if they were too loud and if we wanted them to turn down the music. We stayed in the apartment for 7 days. On departure we also received a gift for good luck. This apartment has our recommendations, as does the host. The apartment is in an excellent location, exactly parallel to the main street. The metro is close, and everything can be reached with a leisurely walk. Next time we visit Naples, we will definitely stay here, at Francesco's place. Thx for everything.

• P. (8/5): Good location. - Very close to Piazza Plebiscito, near Toledo metro station. Many restaurants around. Room is equipped with most things you need. Just under the room is pub open till 2 at night. Some days they play music so loud that floor is shaking till 1a.m. Weird smell in the bathroom.

From the clear communication and giving us detailed tips on how to have a pleasant weekend in Napoli. Any problem was rectified quickly, even if it was not part of the offering of the stay. Our stay was made extra special because of his friendliness and hospitality. The flat was clean and just spotless, the coffe machine and bialetti made the stay easy and the welcome and goodbye gift just made us feel extra special. The location of the flat is amazing and in the heart of the Spanish Quarter. Lively and bustling atmosphere and suited for people who embrace the nightlife and energy of Napoli. The neighbourhood was so authentic and very intimate. It was very clean, which is very important to me, spacious, comfortable. Nice balcony to sip your morning cafe. It was lovely. Francesco was absolutely wonderful. He was gracious, thorough, helpful, provided advise of places to eat and visit. Couldn’t have had a better host!

Kitchen with coffee and tea selection. Nice balcony to overlook the very lively street. Francesco was a very helpful host!

Uber taxi was 60 Euro about 66 U.S. dollars. 1/2 hour to airport. Shopping and Restaurants close by. Fit our needs perfectly. Thanks again Francesco The entranceway into facility needs to be removed of all items. Many people would be worried about what the apartment was going to look like. To reiterate The apartment is Beautiful!
• Melissa (9/5): Great stay in Napoli, perfectly in the middle and able to walk everywhere - Great location, in the Spanish quarter with plenty of restaurants around the place and bars. Bed and bedsheets are a bit old, not as comfy. Bathroom is tiny but usable. Ventilation wasn’t great and if you are a light sleeper might not be your preferred choice.
• Florescu (10/5): Exceptional - Lacated in the Spanish Quarter is near to everything, restaurants, shopping and most of the atraction of the city, 10 mins by walking to the port when you can take the ferry for Capri or the busses for Amalfi Coast. FRANCESCO, the landlord, is top class, best of all I have meets in all my holidays on Booking by far. He deserve a 10 star !!!

Location could not be more perfect off the main high street and Francesco is the perfect host and city guide. A must for anyone who wants to experience Naples like a true Neapolitan.

Great location, Via Toledo is just 30 sec walk, there are many shops, restaurants, but the apartment is very quiet, so we could have rest. Most of the sights, metro and the port are also within walking distance. The neighbourhood is very busy, there are lots of people on the streets. It is safe, we didn't have any problem. Francesco is a very kind host, he helped us with lots of maps, guides, restaurant recommendations, and if we had any question, he answered very quickly. Check-in and check-out was very easy and flexible. -
• Sofya (10/5): Excellent home base to explore Napoli and the region - Outstanding hospitality and excellent communication with Francesco before and during my stay. The apartment was spotless clean and had everything I needed. Great location (restaurants, farmacies, groceries, attractions, theatres, metro etc.) within reach. Good value for money compared to many other options in Naples. If I'm really trying hard to think of minor points, then maybe the shower cabin was a bit on the slim side for me. And, as mentioned in other reviews, the neighbourhood is quite vibrant, calming down pretty late and waking up early, with the sound of occasional mopeds during the night - didn't bother me behind closed balcony and bedroom doors, but if you're extra sensitive to noise, you might want to take this into account. I used public transport, not sure about the conditions for people with a car.

• Anna3714 (10/5): Cozy, clean flat full of comfort in the heart of Naples - Our stay in this apartment’s been positive and truly typical experience. We tasted the flavor of the great beauty of Naples as we expected! The small apartment is located in a folkloric street in the city centre. It's beautifully refurbished, cozy and full of comfort. It fits into a context that allows you to breathe the true Neapolitan atmosphere (we always felt safe because it is not a dangerous area!). The building in which it is located is very old and a bit run down, like all those in the center, so don't expect the common parts to be elegant, but the apartment inside is really nice and very clean. The bedroom is divided from the living room by a glass and wood arched door. In the living room there is a sofa bed where our son Adam slept well. The transfer service from the airport proposed by the manager was very convenient and cost us less than what the taxi had asked for! Another nice note goes to the manager, who gave us many tips about the city! Our stay was perfect and the manager was very attentive. However, I want to tell some negative aspects related to the cultural differences found in this beautiful city. The parking spaces nearby are quite expensive, because the apartment is located in a very central and pedestrian area, so if you rent a car consider the difficulty of parking. The typical Italian breakfast that is served in a bar in the same alley consists of a coffee or a cappuccino and a sweet brioche, therefore there are no salty products, eggs, and there is no typical international buffet. Fortunately, in the apartment there is a kitchen with everything you like to cook!
