Siamo stati derubati nella nostra stanza mentre dormivamo alle 2 del mattino , il ladro è entrato dalla finestra , non potete capire lo spavento . È fuggito lanciandosi dal balcone portandosi via il mio cellulare e la borsa della mia compagna con telefono e documenti dentro . Per chi vuole spendere poco essendo ben collegato con il centro comunque non la consiglio come posto , la zona è molto pericolosa , c’è solo gente poco raccomandabile nella zona adiacente alla stazione Garibaldi . Diffidate dai voti di Booking ! Posso dare solo un voto positivo comunque alla proprietaria Francesca , veramente molto coridiale ed educata .

• Shay (9/5): Great value & location. Amazing shower! - Great location, the room was perfect, the shower was amazing!!! Overall, it was very clean. They had complementary tea/coffee, too. I'm staying in 3 places during my trip, this was the cheapest and the best one overall. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Napoli. I originally had the top pull out bed, but it had a significant slope/lean and wasn't comfortable as the mattress would slide too, so I pulled down the bottom one instead, which was much better. When I iulled down the bottom one, I noticed a bit of dust down the side of the bed, but it wasn't a major issue.

• Rebecca (9/5): If I had to stay in this neighborhood again, I would definitely stay at Kore Suite Napoli! - Rooms were clearly recently-renovated and well-decorated. Everything was very clean. The AC worked great. Rooms were equipped with a safe and a mini-fridge, and the host even provided a couple complimentary bottles of water. Bathroom sink is very large, and bathroom and shower both were a pretty good size for Europe. Large TV as well. And I really appreciated that the wall outlets had USB ports - a fantastic convenience if, like me, a series of unfortunate events led to you not having an adapter and arriving later/after longer travels than expected and you just want to go to sleep instead of searching for an adapter immediately. Lots of slick & modern lighting features. The host sends great proactive instructions on how to access the hotel rooms as there are several locks; the suites are on the 1st floor (in Europe, the ground floor is 0 and one floor above is 1) of a building. They sent via Whatsapp in my case so I recommend downloading Whatsapp for international travelers, which is much easier than trying to sort through Booking messages and the duplicative emails. Some of the instructions were videos which did not download because we weren't yet on the wifi. If you're able to check the messages and download the videos while you're still on wifi at the airport, train station, etc. I recommend it. Pro-tip: Leave the card in the slot just inside the room to keep the electricity on! Very smart way to make sure the lights and such are off when you leave the room! The host was also incredibly helpful and responsive, truly 5-star service! Answered my many questions quickly when we couldn't download the video instructions. Close to train station - very convenient but the neighborhood... Something to note - the showers are a separate "room" from the toilet/sink/bidet and have a glass door that is open to the room. As you'll likely see in other reviews for this and nearby hotels, the neighborhood is not the highlight of Naples. I was very aware of the notorious pickpockets in Europe and was vigilantly looking all around on the walk to the hotel from the train, and still in the 5 seconds I turned my head to look one way, a guy came up behind us I guess from the other direction and started walking sneakily behind my dad, managing to open all his backpack pockets. Luckily I immediately turned my head back the other way, caught him, and chased him off. Should have kicked him in the... well, you know. We don't think he made off with much, maybe a granola bar or my dad's knee brace which mysteriously went missing that day... That was maybe a block from the hotel. In the morning, we were awoken at 5AM by the guests in another room who said they had left their balcony window open and someone came in through the window and stole purses, wallets, cell phones, etc. I'd be sure to lock your windows. As I mentioned, the owner/manager was incredibly responsive. I sent a Whatsapp message to alert the owner/manager, and it seemed that as soon as she saw it (a couple hours later as it was very early in the morning), she rushed right over to help them. Somewhat difficult to identify which light switches controlled what but this is very minor, we were only here for a night and I'm sure I'd have figured it out if we stayed longer.

• Lisa (8/5): Sex Next Door - GREAT hosts. No question was too much. Carmen met me for my evening check-in and Francesca checked out everything from restaurants to parking. And the room, which is part of an apartment renovated into four hotel-type rooms, was very clean and well done. That said, I could hear EVERYTHING that took place in the neighboring rooms. And not because people were noisy, there simply seems to be no insulation between rooms. A shame. Ask for the room on the end.
• Alexia Michelle (10/5): Grazie per tutto❤️ - La stanza veniva pulita tutte le mattine appena uscivamo, nonostante avessimo un cagnolino non c'è stato nessun problema, ci hanno accolti e subito hanno riassunto un po i posti da visitare con una piccola mappa cartacea molto utile, doccia spaziosa e la struttura era vicina alla stazione, inoltre avevamo a tre passi il famoso Attanasio, con le sfogliatelle piu buone che io abbia mai assaggiato!🫶💕 Gentilissime le ragazze della struttura, avevo dimenticato un altoparlante ma grazie a loro sono riuscita a recuperarlo nonostante ormai fossi tornata a Milano☺️ Al check out non c'era nessuno a cui lasciare la chiave della stanza o almeno per avvisare che stavamo andando vía, tuttavia avevo il número di teléfono così da poterli contattare e quindi andare vía tranquilla. Un'altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta(ovviamente pero non è colpa della struttura) è il quartiere, strada sporche ma almeno ero vicino alla stazione e quindi potevo muoverci più fácilmente con la metro.

The women who managed the place were very nice. The area was extremely dirty and dodgy. It did not feel safe to walk around there, night or day. Also, there was no sign of there being a hotel and no instructions given. When we first got there we thought we had been scammed. I had to call the place, nobody picked up, then someone called back and gave me a set of instructions on how to get in. It was a very old building, with normal apartments, and a door that led to 4 rooms (locked). That was it.

The location and the size of the room were not ideal for vacation, but perfectly fine for a short trip. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back.

Francesca cool and very nice host. if you are a girl alone, or more girls together, just simply dont book it. you will not feel comfortable in the area. people are not agressive, but quite dirty streets with not so nice looking people selling their products on the sidewalk. couple of streets away all good.

They had small nice details during our stay. Room looks renewed and modern. Near train station . Neighborhood is not nice and not clean but close to Napoli average . Pillows can be improved. No elevator. Little bit noisy from outside and other rooms. Old building renovated with some smell in the tube.
