• Onur (10/5): Prima verblijf, super geregeld, zou zeker terug komen. - Zeer ruim, schoon en prima gelegen. Paar kleine dingetjes, douchekop is aan vervanging toe, en voor lange mensen zijn de bedden net te kort.
• Irene (10/5): Soluzione perfetta per gruppi - L’appartamento è splendido, curato e fedele alle foto. La disposizione è ideale per i gruppi: 4 camere da letto, di cui 3 con bagno privato, più un quarto bagno di servizio. Una rarità che garantisce massima privacy. Si trova al primo piano (uscendo dall'ascensore a destra) ed è comodissimo il self check-in con chiavi elettroniche, che permette a tutti di muoversi in autonomia senza l'unico mazzo di chiavi fisico. Il quartiere è tranquillo e la posizione è strategica: in meno di 20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge tutto, ma la zona è anche servitissima dai mezzi. Note per i futuri ospiti: le scale del palazzo sono un po' strette e con gradini alti, quindi l'ascensore è fondamentale se avete bagagli ingombranti. Infine, segnalo per noi italiani l'assenza del bidet o dei doccini nei bagni. Per il resto, esperienza eccellente!"

• Petra (9/5): Jsme na Španělsko zvyklý, takže apartmán na španělské poměry čistý, lokalita taky ok. A ubytuje se dost lidí v jednom by - Velký apartmán pro velkou rodinu. Klíma topila, teplá voda tekla. Na přespání super. Dům i vchod jsme našli rychle, ale nikde, ani v popisku, ani v info nebyli na kterém patře byt je. Tohle večer s unavenými dětmi řešit nechcete.
• Maria (9/5): - O alojamento está muito bem localizado, é muito limpo e confortável! Ideal para uns dias em família ou com amigos em Bilbao! Antes da estadia avisei que iria mais uma pessoa e disseram-me que não era preciso nada, que deixariam tudo preparado para as 9 pessoas previstas. À chegada, reparamos que não havia lençóis nem toalhas a mais e, após alguns contactos, o que arranjamos foi um colchão e lençóis de bebé. A torradeira não está funcional!

• Birgit (9/5): In Summe waren wir zufrieden. - Die Lage ist recht zentral. Fussläufig ist die komplette Stadt / Museen und Altstadt erreichbar. Appartement ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Nicht viel Geschirr zum Kochen. Es fehlten Geschirrhandtücher. Keine deutschen Programme in den vielen Fernseher.
• Claire (9/5): - Good location and easy The property was not ready when we expected it to be and was after the stated check in time. This is OK. It was not a problem. The check-in is a bit peculiar. Finally, the hallway getting to and out of the apartment is very dark. It does have a light, but it comes on later than you need to.
• Yves (9/5): Fantastisch ruim appartement - Heel ruim appartement met uitstekende airco, ruime douches en goede bedden. Niet zo veel, alleen 2 sleutels voor 8 man is wat beperkt.

• Dayana (9/5): Muy cómodo . - Apartamento amplio y moderno. , con mucha luz y confortable , camas cómodas . Dejan productos de limpieza en el piso , eso nos gustó mucho . Barrio tranquilo , descansamos muy bien . Cocina grande . Poco menaje de cocina para mi gusto aunque no vas a cocinar cada día unos vasos más estarían bien además de alguna ensaladera , y copas de cristal !! .
• Hanne (8/5): Fin lejlighed med god plads til mange mennesker - Flot indretning. Dejligt at der var badeværelse til hvert soveværelse. Tæt på tram, bus og metro. Også tæt på indkøb. Der var ikke så meget plads til at pakke sit tøj ud. Der var ikke nok bøjler eller hylder/skuffer i værelserne. Knivene var meget sløve og der manglede skærebræt i køkkenet.
