• Stella (9/5): - Πολυ καθαρό διαμέρισμα και τακτοποιημενο. εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Όπως ακριβώς παρουσιάζεται και στις φωτογραφίες. Πολύ κοντά στο μετρό. Παρείχαν υλικά για πρωινό, καφέ, τσάι αλλά και και φρέσκα φρούτα και κουλουράκια, κάτι που ήταν πολύ ευχάριστο. Σίγουρα το συστήνω! Όλα ήταν μια χαρά, μόνο είχε λίγο θέμα το σήμα στην τηλεόραση. Ωστόσο, Netflix, YouTube, κλπ λειτουργούσα άψογα.

• Valia Ioannou (10/5): - Όλα ήταν υπέροχα! Πήγαμε οικογενειακά και μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, το κατάλυμα πεντακάθαρο και οι οδηγίες για το check-in ξεκάθαρες και σωστές. Σίγουρα θα το προτείναμε! :)

El lugar es muy limpio y la atención de Giannis fue excelente. Además, nos permitieron dejar nuestro equipaje hasta después del check out
• Julie (10/5): Super rapport qualité prix et très bon emplacement - La localisation est très pratique proche de tous les sites touristiques d'Athènes, l'amabilité des hôtes, logement très propre et bien équipé. L'ascenseur un peu petit et une forte odeur de naphtalène dans les couloirs.
• Guy (9/5): Great place to stay in the upcoming and centrally located Koukaki neighbourhood! - Wow, what a good time we have had in Absolute Athens V! The communication with the hosts could not be better, what a service! The location is superb, in the hip & happening neighbourhood Koukaki. Very nice to stroll in the evenings and find nice bars and restaurants. Moreover, you can walk to Plaka and the Acropolis. If it is too hot or you are a bit lazy, you can take the metro which is a 3-minute walk away. The apartment itself is rather small but cosy. The bedroom has its own aircon unit, very helpful during hot summers. The bathroom has a spacious shower. The living room houses a well-equipped kitchen, a bar (how wonderful!!) and a sofa / bed for our 2 kids. There even is a balcony. And the living room has its own aircon unit. The building has a small elevator and atmosphere. We loved the whole experience (2 nights)! Uffff, that is a good question. Nothing!

• Beatrice (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very cozy, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally well-equipped with everything you might need from kitchen appliances to bed and bath linens. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the metro station and about 800 meters from the Acropolis. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help. They greeted us with enthusiasm and were responsive to all our needs throughout the stay. My friends and I felt very comfortable and we highly recommend Absolute Athens v!

• Angelica (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, near the metro and a walking distance to the main tourist attractions, but at the same time in a quiet area (at night). Very good communication with the friendly host for check-in/out, luggage storage after check-out. We had coffee, tea, fruits, juice etc. as a gift from the host, which we appreciated. The apartment was perfect for our stay, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Thank you, Rodoula and Giannis!

The apartment had everything we needed, we also got water, fruits and other stuff free from the house which was very nice. The location was also pretty good and there is also nice parking nearby Σταθμός Parking Fix (8€ for weekday and 4€ for weekend). can't say
• Любовь1979 (10/5): A perfect place to stay if you want to see Athens - We liked everything: the Apartment contacted us some days beforehand to offer the taxi driver (to meet us in the airport; by the way, the price the Apartment offered was the same as the Uber) and the complement cookies and fruits and water. The location is perfect (just 10 minutes' walk from the Acropolis and 5 minutes from the metro station and about 10 minutes from the old city). Plenty of shops and Cafe nearby make the place very comfortable and convenient. The apartment is new, fresh and extremely clean

• Amy (7/5): Majority of apartment was great besides a mold issue in the bathroom. - The customer service was fabulous! The majority of the apartment was clean and very nice. They need to tend to the mold issue that is occurring in the bathroom. You could tell by the lifting and bubbling of the wall and the floor that there was severe water damage and there was mold forming in the bathroom. I am highly allergic to mold and I am hoping it wasn't black mold because that can be deadly. They definitely need prompt attention to this matter. Other than that, the rest of the apartment was fabulous.

• Silviuscc (10/5): Exceptional - Large apartment, well equipped kitchen, spacious shower, lots of towels. We had complementary water, juice and fruits in the fridge. The area is excellent for both families and more adventurous tourists, it is not too crowded, but 10 minutes away from the Acropolis/Plaka.

• Marjan (10/5): Exceptional - Very hospitable hosts, met us at the street, showed the appartment. There were fresh fruits, juice and water at the refrigerator and some sweets in the kitchen. The aparment is clean and quiet, the area is safe and not noisy, near to metro station and the main bus station. There are lot of bars and restaurants in the near. If you get tired of crowd and tourist-trap restaurants in Plaka, which is by the way in a walking distance from the appartment, I suggest to go to the Drakou street, which is lovely. I would definetly recommend Kalamaki Bar on this street, for excelent souvlaki and great tasty salads. I also do not recommend Skoumbiri tavern which is across the street of Kalamaki bar - it's a classic tourist trap. Generally everything was great.

• Michaela (9/5): Superb - The position is perfect. Everything for the breakfast the first day was offered (coffee, fruits, juice, brioche). The apartment was very clean. The staff is very friendly, we interacted only through messages. They booked the transfer to and from the airport for us, very convenient. Almost nothing...in the bathroom some hangers for the towels are missing...
• Nicoletta (8/5): Very good - We chose the apartment for its great location but were a little disappointed. The hosts were friendly and check in/out was really easy. There was food for breakfast and a little present that we appreciated. What we had an issue with was a general feeling of slight lack of cleanliness inside and around the apartment. We stayed in Koukaki many times before but this time everything felt a bit more run down than the other times. In reality the interior of the apartment is more run down than in the pictures and there was a very unpleasant smell of cigaret smoke that wouldn't go away even after extensive airing. I guess it should be mentioned somewhere if you allow guests to smoke inside because others non smokers will find the smell disturbing.

• Meltem (10/5): Safe environment, very close to the center - Rodula, the host, was the sweetest! She contacted us through whatsapp before we arrive to arrange the check-in time. We wished to check-in early and she communicated us very well. Luckly, the previous guest left early and we had our apartment 3 hours early. We had a rental car and worried about the parking space. Yet, when we asked her she said the guest can park nearby in the street free. She personally checked our parking spot in the street and give the advice not to leave anything especially visible in the car. We very appreciate that. Our car stayed there for 2 days without any trouble. The apartment was very close, 15-20 minutes walk to Acropolis, to the center and verything you may need (shpos,restaurants, etc). The neighboorhood was safe and we walked in the night without any trouble. The bed was comfortable, and the lighting was very good.

• Freja (10/5): Will absolutely stay again next time in Athens - Good location, great communication from helpful host, fabulous shower pressure, comfortable bed. No washing machine but our washing was done for us and returned to our apartment. Having some fruit and breakfast things waiting in the fridge when we arrived late at night was a wonderful touch too. Picking up the key from a lock box outside meant that we didn’t have to worry about arriving during “check in hours”.
• Nicoroisne (10/5): Perfect stay in Koukaki at Absolute Athens V apartment. - The room, the location, the responsivity of the host. We had a very pleasant stay in Koukaki in Absolute Athens V. The room was big and completely renovated. The location is great, 2 minutes walk form Fix Metro and 15 minutes to Acropolis. We had some fruits and beverages as a gift for the host. Easy to park outside if you arrive before peak hours. Nothing.

The beds were super comfortable, a lot of space in the apartment, fully equipped kitchen, aircon and they even provided us with fruit, bread, bottled water and spreads! • Carmen (10/5): Absolutely fantastic stay - Our stay was simply marvellous. The hostess, Rodoula is easily accessible and shows genuine care for her guests. In addition, her assistant, Mrs. Fotini, who was responsible for our check-in was super friendly. The apartment is lovely, extremely clean, well-equipped (including the kitchen utensils and appliances as a microwave oven, a grill, a toaster, coffee machine, dish-washer, cooktp and a huge fridge, among other), spacious and tastefully decorated. As far as the location is regarded, it is perfect to explore Athens, with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets and at walking distance and a metro station close by. We could feel that every detaile was thought to make it cozy and a home away from home. We also counted on Roudoula to book our airport transfer and were met by a very friendly and punctual driver sent by her. Wish we could stay longer and even stronger that we could come back in the future. Efharistó!
