• Johannes (9/5): Absolut empfehlenswert - Gastgeber sehr freundlich und verlässlich. Ruhige Lage in einem Wohnbezirk, aber gute Busverbindung diverser Linien direkt in die Stadt. Fahrzeit in etwa 20 Minuten. Wohnung sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Leider konnten wir die Terrasse aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen. Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können

• Elke uit Utrecht (9/5): Fijne uitvalsbasis voor een heerlijke week Rome - Het grote, fijne dakterras met de geur van bloeiende jasmijn, in een heel rustige en veilige omgeving. De regendouche was zo verkalkt dat die alleen maar druppelde. Maar verder: twee badkamers, ruime douche, ligbad, twee toiletten, wastafels en bidets.

• Lori (10/5): - Damiano was a wonderful host and we loved the location at the edge of Rome and Appia antica. We would like to to return sometime to fully explore the area. A nice option for those wishing to experience a different part of Rome.
• Wolfgang (9/5): Nettes Appartment in ruhiger Lage, Größe für Familien super, tolle Dachterasse - Ruhige Lage, sehr nett eingerichtet, zwei Bäder sind super für Familien. Damiano, der Vermieter, war äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Via Appia Antica ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt, um in die Stadt zu gelangen, braucht man allerdings den Bus. Das angebotene Frühstück (Kaffee und Croisant) beim Cafe um die Ecke war in lecker. Die Dachterasse wäre top, doch leider wars bei uns zu windig, um sie zu nutzen.

• Anita (10/5): - Der persönliche Empfang von Damiano war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sehr grosszügig, hell und kuschelig warm. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die 2 Bäder sind angenehm gross und haben auch viele Handtücher, Duschgel, Seife und Shampoo. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche anschmiegsam und duftete herrlich. Die Dachterrasse ist riesig und die Lage sehr ruhig. Die nächste Bushaltestelle nach Termini ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Parkplätze sind ausreichend und kostenlos verfügbar. Für das Frühstück gab es 2 Optionen: 1. Mit den Gutscheinen bekommt man in der benachbarten Bar Caffè und Cornetto oder 2. in der Wohnung ist auch eine Kaffeemaschine mit passenden und ausreichend Kapseln und auch verpacktes Gebäck (Cornetti, Crostata und Zwieback). Wenn wir Rom wieder besuchen würden wir dieses Appartement wieder buchen.
• Vania (8/5): Ottima esperienza, la ripeterei - L’appartamento è bello e spazioso. Tutto corrisponde alla descrizione. L’host è gentilissimo ed offre pa colazione, che è un plus. Gli asciugamani in dotazione sono di un brutto tessuto sintetico, che non asciuga. Mancano, salvo ns errore, tazze dimensione “mug” per la colazione.

• Huriye (9/5): Behagelig og trygt. - Beliggenheden var fin, ligesom vi ønskede, tæt på centrum men i rolige omgivelser. Alt var godt. Værten ville få 10 stjerner af mig hvis det var muligt. Eneste der kunne gøres at opgradere møbler på overnatningsstedet. Men ellers har vi haft en vært vi kunne kontakte 24/7 og han var virkelig rar og serviceminded.
• Suzanne (10/5): Lovely apartment in a quiet residential area - Damiano was the prefect host. Within minutes of arriving at the apartment door he was there to welcome us. He showed us around the apartment and told us everything that we needed to know. Lovely to have air conditioning in the bedrooms after long days exploring Rome. The apartment was located in a residential area with the use of a traditional Italian cafe for breakfast, we are missing the amazing coffee and cornettos! Location was great for public transport into the centre of Rome. Everything was spot on!

• Gerri (10/5): Secure, large close to Stores and wash and fold laundry. Safe at night b - Continental Breakfast was sufficient. We could advise the Landlord if anything was needed. Damian was easily accessible having his restaurant only two minute walk away. Damiano was so pleasant. Not anything I can think of. We were chose to restaurants, grocery store and wash, fold and press laundromat. Safe and very secure apartment. We felt safe even walking at night.

• Wang (10/5): Exceptional - Firstly， the arrival was successful and Damiano well explained everything comes in the room. And all the facilities an and things we could have used were sufficient and literally it felt a home in Rome. There are lots of decorations made by the host himself which make the place more cozy and stylish. I like the view from the deck because you can feel the peace and natural beauty of Rome far away from the crowd. But it does not mean the place is far away from where most visiting places in the city. We easily caught the bus which only takes few mins walk from where we leave to city so the transportation was not a problem at all. The neighborhood is a local area with all local residences which is safe for travelers to stay. Overall, there’s nothing to complain about and I would definitely wanna come back if I have a chance to revisit Roma. Shout out to Damiano! Nothing
• Alla (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very friendly and even helped us to bring our suitcases to the apartment. Apartment has everything what is needed. It was little bit cold (fresh) inside, but it is quite logical for this season. And we used air condition in bedroom and there was very warm. The area, where the apartment is, was quite, so it is nice place to stay with family. Thank you for our good time in Rome :)
