Сразу при заселении предложили нам проапгрейдить номер аж на 2 уровня до Джуниор Сьют. Огромное им спасибо за это! Кроме того, я при выезде забыл в номере куртку - коллектив отеля помог ее найти и передать моему другу. Это было очень приятно! Спасибо!! В номере с видом на город (1006) даже при закрытом окне ночью очень слышен шум машин. Может быть надо как-то отрегулировать окно, но я убедился, что оно было закрыто. Т.к. ночевали только одну ночь - не стал обращаться за помощью к персоналу отеля.

Kahvaltı oldukça çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Restorandaki ekip de aynı şekilde çok ilgiliydi. Ürünlerin neler olduğunu sorduğumuzda tek tek açıklama yaparak bizlere yardımcı oldular. Güleryüzleri ve özenli hizmetleriyle kendimizi gerçekten özel hissettirdiler. Ancak asıl farkı yaratan, otelin çalışanlarının ilgisi ve misafirperverliği oldu. Özellikle Kürşat Bey ve Ergül Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz — kendileri her konuda inanılmaz yardımcı oldular. Resepsiyondaki ekip de yine çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Her ihtiyacımızda destek oldular; akşam yemekleri için restoran rezervasyonlarından tutun da gezilecek yerlerle ilgili önerilere kadar bize mükemmel şekilde rehberlik ettiler. Engineering 101 (9/5): - I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The first thing I noticed was the impeccable standard of hygiene; both the rooms and the common areas were spotlessly clean throughout my visit. The buffet breakfast was another highlight—excellent variety and high-quality food to start the day. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and supportive, always doing their absolute best to help me. Even when there was a slight language barrier, they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I want to give a special thanks to Jahid at reception, who was exceptionally helpful and made me feel very welcome. Not all TV channels are working

Alexey (10/5): Great experience for the money - It was our first stay at Mercure Baku City and probably due to that, we received an upgrade from a Standard room into a Suite. I understand, this is a standard practice for hotels in Baku to offer free upgrades to the new guests, but that much of an upgrade is something that we hadn't experienced in other hotels. With no doubt, the room offered to us has exceeded by far all the expectations in terms of the space and comfort. Regarding other facilities and services, there is little to say, as our stay was less than 12 hours long, so we had no time to try anything in the hotel including breakfast. However, general feeling is that the hotel is a good quality for the money. We enjoyed the location of the hotel, with the Old City being well within half-an-hour's walking distance, most of that through a modern and beautiful park. The hotel is located on an elevation compared to the Old City, which was quite enjoyed whilst walking downhill towards the center. Walking back would probably have been a struggle, so we took a taxi which cost us around $2-3 and 5 minutes to get back to the hotel. Nothing to complain about in our case but I have to point out that our stay was super limited in time, so we simply didn't have a chance to use any of the amenities.

Aslı Pınar (9/5): Temiz güvenilir ve samimi bir işletme - Çalışanlar çok iyi Kürşat Bey ve ekibi çok ilgilendi. Üst kattaki Juno restaurant efsane. Çok memnun kaldık her şey için teşekkürler🌸 Yatak konusunda bir anlaşamamazlık yaşadık ama halledildi.

Bayan (10/5): Отличное обслуживание - Обслуживание очень хорошее, старались учесть все пожелания и быстро выполнить их. Гуршат вообще все очень оперативно решал, сделал бесплатный апгрейд 2х номеррв до люкса и 1 до сьют. Нас было 5-ро так нас вместо 15.00 начали заселять по мере готовности номеров с 12.00. Завтраки отличные, разнообразные, мы даже пару раз ужинали здесь же. Вообще весь персонал в гостинице очень приветливый. Понравилось то, что не используют пластик для воды, наполнять можно сразу из фильтра. Канализация в душе медленно идёт, надо бы почистить. Клининг убирает мусор, но не моет душ. Видимо только после выселения моют все

Darshan (10/5): Great staff & great service - The hotel staff and facilities were great. The staff made the main difference. The GM Gurshad was came to meet us during our stay and was helpful and Valek & Jahid from the front desk were super helpful and kind with requests and explaining properly. Nothing at all’s everything was great!
Arkadi (9/5): ממליצים להגיע למלון! - אהבנו מאוד אהבנו את בית המלון Mercuri Baku center !מעוצב יפה ונמצא באזור שקט ויפה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה ומגוונת, הרבה ירקות ופירות .צוות של המלון מהפקידים בקבלה עד העובדי מטבח והניקיון נחמדים וחייכניים:))
Насирова (8/5): В целом - удобвлетворительно. - Очень внимательный приветливый персонал. Завтраки разнообразные, вкусно. Там же за стойкой по заказу жарят омлет, яичницу. Бронировали номер с красивым видом из окна. Уборку номера проводили ближе к вечеру. Не всегда наполняли расходные гигиенические средства.

Мы былы в начале декабря, номер был чистым и уютным, везде чувствовалась забота о гостях. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, а атмосфера в отеле создаёт ощущение полного отдыха. Отдельное спасибо Менеджеру Иса — за внимание к деталям, оперативную помощь и искреннее желание сделать наш отдых максимально комфортным. Благодаря его профессионализму и дружелюбию мы чувствовали себя как дома. Обязательно вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать ваш отель друзьям и знакомым!
