• Hervé (10/5): Idéal à tout point de vue ! - Idéalement situé en plein cœur de Rome (10/15mn à pied, Colisée, Trevi, Termini, Panthéon...) l'appartement est spacieux, propre, confortable et possède une décoration soignée. Le quartier, à la fois animé et calme, regorge de petits restos, bars, boutiques et supérettes. Prochain voyage à Rome, ce sera ici ! A noter également que même si nous n'avons pas rencontré le propriétaire, car l'accès est automatisé, le contact demeure par messagerie pour prendre soin/nouvelles de nous. Rien si ce n'est un ou deux torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle du petit-déjeuner.

• Maya (8/5): Wonderful apartment with markets and cafe minutes away. Perfect location to easily access coliseum too. - Loved the location and the amount of space in the apartment. The staff were also very responsive and helped out any time we needed something.

• Céline (5/5): Bel appartement bien situé dans Rome, mais séjour gâché par le bruit des travaux. - L'emplacement est vraiment idéal, l'appartement était propre et fidèle aux photos. Bien équipé. Je précise qu'il y a 2 chambres bien séparées. Je mets 5 à cause des nuisances sonores occasionnées. Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié les travaux à l'étage du dessus. De 6h20 et une bonne partie de la journée, perceuses, marteaux, débris qui tombent du plafond, poussières de plâtre. Cela a gâché notre séjour, nous n'avons pas pu nous reposer. Si nous l'avions su nous n'aurions pas réservé. Ok ce n'est pas la faute des hôtes, mais ils étaient au courant car j'ai vu un commentaire trop tardivement d'une personne en mars qui a subit les mêmes désagréments. La salle de bain du fond a besoin d'un rafraichissement, trop de moisissures et d'humidité, ce n'est pas agréable. Nous ne l'avons pas utilisé car la lumière ne fonctionnait pas (cela va être réparé).
• Bianca (10/5): Ci siamo sentite a casa, ottima esperienza - Casa davvero bella e super accogliente! Spaziosa, con travi a vista e arredi colorati che creano un’atmosfera calda e originale. Ogni stanza ha il suo stile, si vede che è tutto curato con attenzione. La disposizione è comoda: camera matrimoniale con bagno privato (più classico), seconda camera con divano letto e secondo bagno rinnovato di recente. La cucina è ben attrezzata, con anche qualche tocco vintage molto carino che ci è piaciuto. Il soggiorno è ampio e perfetto per rilassarsi. La zona è fantastica: Monti è piena di vita, locali, ristorantini e supermercati. La sera si sente un po’ di movimento e anche della musica jazz da un locale lì vicino, ma niente di fastidioso.. anzi, alla fine aggiunge atmosfera! Un’unica cosa da sapere: per accedere all'appartamento c’è una scala (proprio come in foto), quindi forse non il massimo per chi ha passeggini o difficoltà motorie. Se hai come me la possibilità di piegare il passeggino, lo puoi lasciare sotto nel mini pianerottolo appena apri la porta. Vogliamo ringraziare davvero Ludovica e Antonella per l’accoglienza, la gentilezza, la comunicazione sempre chiara, la flessibilità con gli orari e l’aiuto ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno. Ci siamo trovate benissimo, torneremo di sicuro
• Lars Olof (10/5): A lovely place in a great area. - Quiet location in an area full of good restaurants and shopping. The flat is a great, large and well decorated. Not just a place to sleep. You will also live there. Two large grocery stores and a good bakery near the flat.
• Анатолий (10/5): - Great location. It's a 15-minute walk from the station. There are two amazing restaurants nearby. There is no noise from the street in the evening. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Colosseum. On the one hand, you are in the centre, on the other in a very quiet place. There is a mini-market with everything 15 metres away. A great coffee shop with fantastic croissants is 2 minutes away. I recommend it.
• MIGUEL (10/5): Excelente apartamento en el centro de Roma - El alojamiento es perfecto para pasar unos días en Roma, está cerca de todo (Termini, Coliseo, Plaza Venecia, fontana di Trevi…) y tiene todas las comodidades posibles (camas confortables, buen sofá, dos baños, cocina con menaje…). Además, te dejan detalles de bienvenida para el desayuno como café, pan tostado y mermelada que, si llegas a horas en que los establecimientos están cerrados como nos ocurrió a nosotros, viene de maravilla a la mañana siguiente. En los alrededores hay restaurantes y un supermercado justo debajo del apartamento. Finalmente, destacar la excelente atención de Beatrice y Antonella que estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento.

La posizione è centralissima, ma la zona notte è silenziosa e tranquilla. L' appartamento è pulito, accogliente e ben curato. Un grazie speciale alla signora Beatrice, la mia referente: cordiale, disponibile e sempre attenta. Lo consiglio vivamente! Non c e stato niente che non andava.

Really liked the kitchen and living areas with options to throw open the windows and let in the sun. No communications with the management company.

• Shelley (10/5): Very charming, beautiful and spacious apartment in the best neighborhood in Rome! - A very charming apartment! Very spacious and nicely furnished. And in the very best location - close to everything but also away from the chaos. Lots of restaurants and shopping around, and a 5 min walk to the metro. There's also a full grocery store right downstairs which is very convenient! The management was very friendly and accommodating. There was sometimes some music from the jazz club downstairs in the evenings, but nothing too obnoxious.
• Nidhin (10/5): Spacious apartment on a cute street - Well kept, clean and spacious apartment. The host was generous and the experience was lovely. The host took great care and was exceptionally flexible and kind with timing for check-in and checkout. The location was very central. Easily accessible by foot (~15 minutes from Central train station). The street of the apartment was very cute surrounded by small shops and vintage shops. The apartment was well equipped to meet the needs of travelers. I was happy that a steamer for clothes and a fully fledged kitchen was available. Further the apartment also has a lovely living room and space to relax in the kitchen. We initially thought it was a single bedroom apartment but it has two separate bedrooms and two separate toilets with showers (speeds things up getting dressed in the morning) I recommend this apartment as It was a great experience overall. We had some random people ringing our door bell early in the morning during one day of our stay.
