• Silke (10/5): Perfect location with a clean, modern feel. - The apartment was spacious and bright and a mere 10 minute walk from the town centre. The neighbourhood was leafy and quiet. It had everything I needed. Ideal.

Hat uns sehr gefallen, vor allem das Design sehr hübsch & modern, aber auch die kleinen Extras wie vorhandene Kaffee Pads, Gewürze und eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank sind immer toll. Sauberkeit auch top. Einzige Bitte für's nächste Mal wären schärfere Messer in der Küche 👍🏻😊
• Anna (10/5): Jak we własnym domu :) - Czystość- absolutnie czysto. Spokojni sąsiedzi, miejsce parkingowe przed oknem, doskonałe wyposażenie kuchni. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Zameldowanie bez konieczności umawiania się z właścicielem. Blisko do centrum miasta. Wyjazd był okazjonalny - honorowa wizyta u starszej osoby mieszkającej w Detmold- ale jeśli miałabym kiedykolwiek wrócić w te strony, na pewno do Grünoase :)

• Oleg (7/5): Overall, the apartment has a great location and good potential, but improvements in cleanliness, communication, and basi - The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the city center. The apartment itself is generally cozy and well-equipped, with all the necessary appliances and amenities for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, the apartment was not cleaned to the expected standard — there was noticeable hair in the bathroom and toilet, including corners and the towel warmer. The heating was turned off when we checked in, and as we were traveling with a small child, it took about a day for the apartment to warm up properly, which made the first night very uncomfortable. The sofa bed was prepared, but a curtain was used instead of a bedsheet. Communication could be improved. When I asked for a sheet, I was told that my request could not be understood, and the issue was not resolved. For a week-long stay, the amount of provided supplies was insufficient (dishwasher tablets, household items, and toilet paper ran out after two days), and there was no shampoo or conditioner and the pillows were not comfortable.

• Dr C. Lee (8/5): - The flat is well appointed and situated in a very quiet part of town. It is easy to get to the centre, although mobility-impaired people need to know that it is down a steep little road. This is our second time, and I have still not worked out the bus system, which seems to be unduly complicated in Detmold. On the plus side: there are excellent walking/running options in the other direction and an excellent bakery is very close by. I liked the fact that the bedroom had a lot of space and some places to store luggage. The flat is in a house with several parties and the permanent residents were really nice. I'd love to have a good old coffee maker. There was a filter & and thermos, though, so we did get a nice brew. I just don't like pads/capsules etc. Some information on how to work the TV and public transport would be most appreciated.
• Julia (10/5): - Wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung mit wirklich allem, was man braucht. Es wurde sogar ein Hochstuhl und Kindergeschirr bereit gestellt. Die Küche ist die wohl Best ausgestattetste Küche, die man in einer Ferienwohnung finden kann. Die Lage ist top, es ist sehr ruhig und man ist dennoch schnell in der Stadt. Wenn man irgendwas beanstanden müsste, dann, dass es keinen richtigen Esstisch gibt, sondern nur eine Theke mit Hockern.
• Andreas (10/5): Super Apartment für eine kleine Familie. - Super Apartment! Komfortabel, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, bequemes Doppelbett, gute Dusche, Schreibtisch, gutes WLAN, insgesamt geräumig mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen vor dem Haus. Wir waren zu zweit für 3 Nächte hier und werden es auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen, wenn wir nach Detmold kommen. Die Lage ist spitze. Eine gute Bäckerei ist ca. 200m entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum, Supermärkte und alle Ausflugsziele sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. -
