• Riffo (9/5): Vista hermosa - Tiene una ubicación buenísima, como a 10 minutos del centro, la vista es maravillosa que da al mar, la cabaña es muy cómoda y tiene todo lo que uno necesita. Yasna que es la dueña es una muy linda persona, siempre estuvo atenta a lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Nos atendió muy bien. Quedamos muy felices con la estadía en la cabaña de Yasna. Esperamos volver algún día.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Location, location, location - a magical place to stay - We rented the main apartment with the sea view that can sleep up to 10 and so my review is for that apartment. Please read on because I have some very special things to say about this property and why I think it is a wonderful place to stay. Let me be honest and say that if you want a luxury 5 star hotel with modern facilities, this is not for you, This is a traditional and older island home, so not very modern but clean and comfortable with everything you would need including a fully equipped kitchen (no microwave) with a big fridge and a washing machine to do your laundry after a day hiking or swimming. What makes this place so special is its host, Yasna Ika, who was so friendly and helpful, and its location. It is right next to Ahu Tahai (you can see the moai from the porch) and the covered front porch, with table and seating, looks out across the dirt road and grass to the ocean. At night, go to sleep with the sound of breaking waves (and the occasional barking dog :-) ) and a sea breeze through your open window. In the morning, wake up and watch the guy on his dirt bike round up the horses outside and take them back out of town. Then walk up to the tiny mini market behind Ahu Tahai and buy fresh mangoes. Go to the sea bathing pools at Pea and Hanga Vare Vare. They are just 10 minutes' walk away, as are all the best restaurants along the sea front and the harbour. In the evening return to your porch and have a drink while you watch the sun go down or join the mass of people coming to watch the sunset at Ahu Tahai. They will be walking past you and wondering how you managed to get such a great spot. Then say hello to the lady who brings out a table in the evenings with little stone moai that she makes. You could stay in one one of the big, modern hotels at the other end of town but you would miss out on so much. This place embraces all the most magical parts of island life. We wish we could have stayed longer.

• Paula Torres (10/5): Excelente experiencia! Recomiendo 100%. Atención excepcional. - La atención de la dueña fue excepcional en todo momento. Nos buscó en el aeropuerto y durante nuestra estadía se comunicaba a diario para saber si teníamos alguna necesidad, y cuando latuvimos ella nos ayudó a solucionarlo siempre. Respecto a la cabaña, fue la mejor desición que pudimos tomar. La terraza tiene una vista espectacular hacia el mar, y también hacia un conjunto de moais. Justo en frente teniamos unas piscinas naturales donde bajabamos a diario a refrescarnos y podiamos caminar al centro bordeando la costa y zona de restaurantes. .
• Rojas (10/5): Viaje con amigas - De la cabaña la vista es maravillosa se pueden ver hermosos atardeceres. Es una cabaña muy cómoda,muy amplia,tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy tranquilos. Desde la terraza de la cabaña puedes ver los moais (Tahai) Se pude ir caminando desde la cabaña al centro, a la caleta de pescadores, se puede caminar por toda la costa. En cuanto a Yasna la dueña de la cabaña , es una persona muy amable estuvo preocupada todo el tiempo de preguntarnos si estábamos bien o si necesitábamos algo. Ella también nos recomendó una persona confiable y responsable que nos hizo unos tours maravillosos . En realidad me gustó todo.

• Kathy-Kasia (6/5): This place needs a complete overhaul! The location is fantastic. The view from the patio is stunning - The location is fantastic. The view from the patio is simply stunning!! And that view was the reason we stayed in this cottage for five nights - otherwise, we would have left after the first night. This cottage could be a vacation paradise, but... it's not. It needs immediate renovation. All the furniture needs to be replaced because it's unusable. The bed is uncomfortable, and its wooden frame is terrible and causes bruises. There's no light in the kitchen area. The bathroom needs a complete renovation. The light here is also too dim. There's no hot water in the sink. And worst of all, there are so many horrible bugs (huge cockroaches?) that they crawl on the floor and walls at night. Brrr... I'll say it again - this place could be GREAT! But it needs a complete renovation!
• Roope (10/5): Incredible!!! - Everything! The room had a kitchen, good size bathroom, a shower with good water pressure and hot water. We even had a washing machine. The view from the patio was incredible, the statues and the sunset. The neighborhood was quiet and there were 4 dogs that were really cute and friendly. Yasna the owner was really helpful with everything and she made sure we had clean towels or if we had any questions se found time to answer them. Superb host! That we couldn't stay forever!

• Myriam 2B (9/5): - La gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'hôtesse. L'emplacement merveilleux, vue sur les Moaï, au bord de la mer, proche du centre et des commerces. Un rapport qualité prix imbattable pour une nuit pour 9 personnes en escale avec la croisière tour du monde. Cette île, ses charmes et notre nuit sur place resteront à jamais gravés dans notre mémoire. Un grand merci.

Con una vista privilegiada inclusive con la puerta de la cabaña abierta y por supuesto en la terraza directo a los Moais. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para poder descansar y disfrutar la estadía. Contiene todo lo mencionado en la cabaña y más. Quedamos extremadamente felices y contentos. Yasna, tremenda anfitriona! Muy preocupada, amable y cariñosa, con una disposición impagable. En nuestro siguiente viaje, volveremos a quedarnos en estas mismas cabañas. Recomiendo cabañas Puna Poho de todas maneras, para quienes aún están en búsqueda de un alojamiento.

È la seconda volta che visito Rapa Nui e cercavo proprio una location tranquilla lontana dal rumore e dal via via di turisti di Hanga Roa. Cabañas puna poho è il posto ideale per un soggiorno in completo relax dopo una giornata passata a visitare ogni angolo dell'isola. Il fascino di Rapa Nui non è solo i suoi fantastici Moai, ma anche ammirare il tramonto bevendo del buon vino, svegliarsi il mattino col gorgoglio delle onde dell'oceano, sentirsi fuori della zona urbana, a contatto con la natura. Cabañas puna poho offre tutto questo. E Yasna con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità arricchisce ancor di più i privilegi di questa location! Есть своя терраса с чудесным видом на океан и Моаи. • David (5/5): My stay ruined by dogs. - The location of the cabin is probably the most beautiful on the island. The owner was welcoming, kind and generous, presenting my sister with a birthday present. Thank you. There were always large and intimidating dogs in the garden, which barked ALL NIGHT. Making sleep very disturbed. Not helped when a giant cockroach walked over my exposed arm. The cabin is very small and rustic/ primitive but fully equipped so there is no room to open or put a suitcase apart from on the dining bar.
• Reda-Marija (10/5): Wahnsinnslage, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin - Vor allem der Standort. Direkt am Ufer, wo man die Riesenwellen sieht und die Moai‘s waren direkt von Terrasse aus zu sehen. Das Zentrum war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr liebevolle Person , wir haben uns total gut gefühlt.

• Py (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location! Literally just a few steps away from the entrance of Ahu Tahai; suitable for sunset and nice/quiet morning walk without the crowd. Nice and helpful host. The whole building was clean, cozy and tidy.

She was waiting for us with a key inside the house Cabin is not similar with the picture. Very small room, suitable for couple but not for family. In bathroom it was not hot water at all. There was no hand soap, only shampoo. The access road is full of potholes, and it is very difficult to drive up to the cabin by car. The dogs barked all night.

Property looked tired, could use updates. Shower was small and dark. The power was out for several hours. We had to kill several huge bugs. With no AC, we had to have the noisy fan on all the time. There was a company next door that was loud and smelly. We could’ve used fresh towels at least once during the week.
