• Lisa (10/5): - The price was great for what we got. Big, spacious, and comfortable. Easy walk from the train station and not a far distance to the center. My mom appreciated the lift since it is on the 4th floor. If you have trouble sleeping, the trolley maybe alittle much for you. Also the hot water did go out on the first morning so we had to take a cold shower. They came and fixed it the next day since we were already out and about and couldn't send them pictures.

Excelente estado del apto está todo muy nuevo y conservado, la climatización es perfecta, tiene todo muy bien organizado, cocina con todo para pasar vacaciones a gusto. Las camas son cómodas y confortables. Es un 10 de 10. Excelente ubicación con ascensor, travia a pocos metros, estación Santa Maria Novella muy cerca. Sona poco transitada. El social hub a solo unos pasos igual está perfecto todo. Los recomiendo al 100%

• Coleen (8/5): Charming apartment in Florence - Spacious apartment with tons of character. Beautiful well-equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the train. Elevator was appreciated. Comfy beds and pillows. Check-in was complicated as you are dealing with a property management company in England. Passport info for all guests had to be uploaded and a security deposit had to be paid before entry code to building was forwarded. The company encouraged us to do this before arriving, which I was uncomfortable doing but never explained there would not be a live person to handle the registration once we arrived so a lot of time was wasted. Also, there were no toiletries and no water or coffee provided as has been cutomary in every other rental we've booked. Lastly, there was a dispute about a broken shower handle that took a bit of effort to resolve but ultimately was handled fairly and swiftly by Sweet Stay, the property manager.
