• Phil (5/5): The service was initially good until after our stay. It felt like we had just been discarded. - The room was beautiful. So modern and extremely clean. It felt like a luxury hotel. There were no blankets when we arrived and he brought us one immediately. Maurizzo agreed to keep bags for us after checkout as we had a late flight, very nice of him. We paid for breakfast and Maurizzo ignored us every time we asked where it was. we never ate our "inclusive" breakfast. Upon checkout the cleaning lady chased us out like animals, leaving no time to check if we left anything. The bathroom had a funny sewage smell. Maurizzo was very responsive until after checkout. He stopped answering us even though we told him we couldn't find our charger. Bed was broken so uncomfortable to sleep on. shower water was extremely cold throughout. Very hard to locate initially.
• Imre (3/5): Nem ajánlom - A szállás nem felelt meg a leírtaknak! A leírásban szerepelt, hogy reptéri transzfer oda-vissza, ez nem volt a szállásadó elmondása szerint. Illetve kávéfőző amit kérésre kaptunk, de kávét hozzá csak egyszer! A zuhanyzó lefolyója nem tudta elnyelni a vizet így az kifolyt a fűrdőszobába és a szobába is! A szállásadó nem volt túl segítőkész!Utolsó előtti nap már törölközőt sem kaptunk csak külön kérésre! A reggeli 1 db kávéból és 1 db croissantból állt a narancslé már fizetős volt! Egyáltalán nem ajánlom senkinek!

• Naomy (9/5): - La habitación estaba limpia, bonita y daba gusto estar ahí. El chico que nos recibió muy amable, no sé si era el dueño, pero se notaba que quería que estemos cómodas. Nos dejó dejar las maletas en la habitación durante estuvimos por la ciudad. El acceso a la habitación es muy moderno y cómodo. Costaba un poco encontrar las habitaciones, lo buscamos en Google Maps y nos envió a otro sitio, luego nos guiamos mejor por la dirección de Booking y logramos llegar pero fue confuso ya que no es un hotel sino unas habitaciones dentro de un edificio, el edificio estaba un poco descuidado. El desayuno no fue lo que nos esperábamos, pero tampoco estuvo mal.

El edificio se había quemado en las plantas superiores. Se encuentra pegado a una cárcel. Limpieza escasa. No nos dejaron toallas para ducharnos aunque es cierto que vinieron más tarde a traerlas tras quejarnos.

Il barista in zona, con il quale la struttura ha una convenzione e presso il cui bar ogni mattina ci si deve recare con il tagliando preposto, si è dimostrato poco accogliente e, dopo due giorni nei quali sbuffava, e’ sbottato dicendo che un caffè non era nel budget di una colazione per due (due paste, un cappuccino e due caffè). Alla fine del breve confronto non ha chiesto di pagare. Nessuno ha chiarito che ci fosse un budget preciso per la colazione, la struttura o il barista dovrebbero esplicitare cosa è compreso, onde evitare spiacevoli fraintendimenti.

У нас почему то не работал интернет, а код доступа приходит на почту, поэтому пришлось просить соседей по этажу позвонить, нам прислали в помощь сотрудника и с его помощью мы смогли попасть в наш номер. Очень сложно было найти, т.к. отель находится в огромном жилом комплексе , с улицы никаких вывесок нет, общественного транспорта рядом нет, ближайший на железнодорожном вокзале, а это минут 20 пешком, а с чемоданом это не просто. Поэтому нужно брать такси.
• bcris (8/5): ci tornerò sicuramente - La struttura è all'interno di un palazzo con il portiere h24 ed è una cosa molto interessante. ci sono dei distrubutori automatici per bibite e snack. La metropolitana è vicinissima. E' la linea 1 quindi ti porta in ogni punto turistico in pochi minuti. I letti sono molto comodi e il bagno è adeguato. Esteticamente è molto piacevole. La ragazza presente in struttura (Nancy) è gentilissima, simpaticissima e ti aiuta in qualsiasi cosa, con consigli molto utili su visite e ristoranti. Purtroppo l'area è degradata con un aspetto di abbandono, tuttavia non influisce in modo negativo sul soggiorno se non a livello estetico. I parcheggi, sebbene a pagamento non sono costosi. Non è per niente facile trovare la palazzina giusta soprattutto arrivando in auto

• Salvatore (10/5): Grazie Maurizio. - Maurizio è stato veramente cortese nei nostri confronti e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per la nostra permanenza di 2 giorni a Napoli. La struttura è situata presso il moderno centro direzionale, è molto vicina all' aeroporto ed è collegata al centro tramite la modernissima frequentissima e rapidissima metropolitana. La consigliamo e sicuramente pernotteremo nuovamente quando ritorneremo a Napoli. Abbiamo trovato Il servizio di navetta (incluso nella prezzo della prenotazione) dall' aeroporto alla struttura molto comodo anche perché siamo atterrati in tarda serata. Well done Maurizio.

Meine Fragen wie ich das Zimmer finden kann und die Zugangscodes bekomme bleiben 3 Tage ohne Antwort. Leider extrem schlechte Kommunilation.

• Eventvs (10/5): Alles bestens, ausser der Hellhörigkeit zu benachbarten Bereichen - Angenehme Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Gastgeber, unkomplizierter Zugang mittels Codes, gute Ausstattung, bequemes Bett, schönes Bad, alles einwandfrei sauber. Die Gegend empfand ich als sicher (wenn auch nicht wirklich schön), hab mich wohlgefühlt. Vielleicht wars eine Ausnahme, aber direkt vor der Türe des Apartments haben am Morgen zwei Damen vom Housekeeping recht lange etwas besprochen, ziemlich laut; es war kein Streit, aber leider hört man durch die Türe eben auch normale Gespräche und obschon ich einen guten Schlaf hab, wars bei diesem «Lärm» nicht mehr möglich.
• Helga (1/5): Inseguro y muy caro para lo que se ofrece - Se ve moderno a primera vista pero no cumple con lo que ofrece. - El aire acondicionado es buenísimo - No es soundproof como se promociona, podía escuchar a las personas de los lados cuando tosían, conversaban, reían y hablaban. La insonorización es tan mala que hasta escuchaba la puerta corredera del baño de la habitación de al lado. Se escucha como enchufan cargadores al muro. - La dirección no es clara y nos tomó 30 minutos encontrar el edificio que se encuentra atravesando el Lobby de otro edificio donde el conserje está durmiendo de noche o fumando, apesta! - La chica que llegó a la habitación de al lado no podía entrar ya que le dieron mi clave y el número de mi habitación… cuando entró a mi habitación vio mis cosas y comprendió que había un malentendido. El administrador no cambió la clave de mi habitación luego de compartirla con otra persona. ¿Cómo puede ser esto posible? - El agua caliente se acaba después de 5 minutos. - Las tazas estaban usadas por lo tanto sucias. - El lugar está lleno de grandes edificios que son oficinas, esta habitación también es una oficina. - Los alrededores están llenos de gente sin hogar que hacen todas sus necesidades en la calle. - El desayuno es un snack. - No hay recepción todo es online - El servicio de limpieza no cambió mis sábanas ni limpió el suelo, mi cama quedó con manchas de sangre por mi periodo y el suelo lleno de mis cabellos. - Cuando no se pide limpieza te quedas sin desayuno…

• GUSTAVO (1/5): Não é um hotel! Experiência ruim!!!! Sem recepção! Café em outro estabelecimento na rua! Local inseguro à noite e final - Exclusivamente as instalações do quarto são novas. A localização no Google Maps é diferente da real, mais de 500 metros, inclusive o booking oferta reserva pelo Maps. Não é um hotel, não tem Recepção ou qualquer funcionário no local, todo contato é por WhatsApp. São apartamentos locados em um prédio comercial, que aparenta inclusive ser inseguro a noite e finais de semana, especialmente pelo baixo fluxo de pessoas. O café da manhã é oferecido em um estabelecimento localizado na rua, Frank Bar. Considerando o seu nome e aparência, optamos por não tomar café nenhum dia e sim em um outro café de melhor aparência e bem Movimentado. Ou seja, se você optar por ficar nesta hospedagem, esteja ciente da qualidade e inconvenientes.

• Sandrine (8/5): - La propreté. La réactivité de Maurizio. La literie très confortable. Le trajet aéroport hôtel n'a pas été honoré comme prévu. Mais on nous a remboursé le taxi. Ce n'est pas un hôtel comme nous nous y attendions mais des chambres dans un immeuble dans un quartier d'affaires. Il n'y a pas de réception. Uniquement un contact téléphonique via WhatsApp avec Maurizio qui s'occupe de gérer les chambres à distance. Il est cependant très réactif. Le petit déjeuner se prend à 2min à pied dans un bar du quartier. Pas de pain seulement 1 viennoiserie et 1 boisson de prévu. Mais acceuil chaleureux dans ce bar. Le week-end c'est très calme. En revanche en semaine il y a du bruit dès 6h. De plus pas de volets, seulement des rideaux dans les chambres et la notre donnait sur une cour intérieure avec des réverbères donc la chambre n'est pas sombre la nuit. Pour ceux qui aiment dormir dans le noir...prévoyez un masque pour les yeux.

Moreover, the location of the hotel is perfect. Not so far from the train and metro stations. I definitely recommend this place to stay.
• Giulia (10/5): Una sistemazione perfetta nel cuore del Centro Direzionale! - Ho alloggiato allo Space Tower Rooms per un viaggio di lavoro, la posizione nel cuore del Centro Direzionale è comodissima, a meno di dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale! Camera pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort, bagno splendente! Maurizio il proprietario di una gentilezza assoluta, comodissima anche l'apertura con codice che arriva direttamente su whatsapp. Buona la colazione a pochi passi dalla struttura presso il Bar Franco. Sicuramente tornerò qui per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Napoli Tutto perfetto, forse aggiungerei le tazzine per il caffè oltre alle tazze grandi.
