• PIETER (1/5): Verschrikkelijk - Een heel spijtige ervaring. Wij reizen maandelijks en hebben de laatste jaren nooit problemen gehad, tot nu. Aangekomen en correct ontvangen, op voorhand aangegeven dat we met 5 waren en dat was geen probleem aangezien het om een tweeling van 2 jaar gaat. Tot 2:30 met alle kinderen s'nachts wakker gelegen door een feest in een kraakpand bij de buren. Vele excuses gekregen maar geen oplossing en het was duidelijk dat de host hier van op de hoogte was. Ging de eigenaar bellen, niet gebeurd. Toonde veel begrip voor de situatie tot er over het financiële gesproken werd. Dat is ook de reden dat het pand een tijd niet verhuurd is geweest. Er werd niets proactief ondernomen waardoor we als jong gezin geen andere keuze hadden dan onmiddellijk te vertrekken. Decibel rapporten gestuurd, geluidsfragmenten gestuurd maar de eigenaar was niet van zins om samen tot een oplossing te komen. Stuurt vervolgens ook een foutieve verklaring naar Booking.com en draait de feiten om. Ik ben er zeker van dat er voldoende uitvluchten zullen volgen bij het lezen van dit bericht. Jan, als je een klein beetje beleefdheid hebt en dit op lange termijn ziet, ga je over tot terugbetaling. Je verhuurt iets dat niet te verhuren valt. Dit had niets te maken met nieuwjaar, dit had niets te maken met het feit dat we in het dorp zaten. We zijn het een ander gewoon. Geloof de reviews niet! Geloof de excuses van de host niet.

• Sharon (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional apartment. The owner has thought of absolutely everything - even down to the little things like mosquito repellent (& a bottle of vino in the fridge). Very tastefully decorated to a very high standard. And comfy beds. Nothing. We couldn’t fault it.

The owner was to hand if there was anything you need. Lovely roof terrace Plenty of crockery etc. washing machine surer, iron etc Tea and coffee etc. Even wine in the fridge. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

• Norman (10/5): A beautiful apartment. Surely the best of its kind in Moraira. We would recommend it to anyone. - Excellent location in the centre of Moraira. The apartment was large, really comfortable, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It was so fully equipped with everything we needed. Each room had separate dimmer switches which created a lovely ambiance. Our host Jan was there to greet us, was very friendly and showed us round. Throughout our stay he checked to see if we needed anything and that we were enjoying our stay. We loved the apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Moraira.

• Hilary (9/5): We had a very relaxing time in an extremely comfortable apartment. - Casa Joan is a modern, clean and well equipped ground floor apartment. The host, Jan, is extremely accommodating, approachable and attentive. It is in a great location for local amenities and very quiet at night, although parking close by is a problem. We had a lovely, relaxing stay and would visit again. Thank you Jan x We had assumed that the ‘patio/terrace’ in the description was an outside space with a view. This is sadly not the case currently, but we were told that there will be a rooftop terrace available very soon, which will add to the experience. There were few outside windows, so a little dark, but the lighting provided was excellent.
• Nina (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful Apartment recently refurbished, 5-min- walk from the promenade, harbour, restaurants, shops, beaches. Jan was a very kind host ...highly recommendable!
• Louise (10/5): Beautiful appartment - Beautifully appointed and maintained with an attentive host, Jan. Everything we needed, and more, available as well as a welcoming bottle of wine and fruit on arrival. The street was quiet yet only one away from restaurants in the lively centre and a lovely bakery. Supermarket within a very easy walk too. Having a hire car it was only a short walk to a large, free car park and we could park outside the apartment to load/unload. A double bedroom for us, a twin for the teenager - perfect! Washing machine, dishwasher and an air frier - perfect! Enclosed terrace for morning coffee and space for the clothes airer - perfect! And to cap it all - only a short walk to beautiful beaches for swimming, sunbathing and lounging! We are hoping to return soon and stay for longer. Next time I'll ask Jan for two keys, rather than one as we sometimes go out separately.
• Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely new apartment, very clean and fully- equipped (stuff like paper towel, dishes, coffee, sugar, shower gel). Bed was very comfortable. Lots of lovely little personal touches to help you feel comfortable. Location was perfect, close to the beach, bars and supermarket. Host went above and beyond to ensure amazing stay. Wine and fruits as a welcome gift was a really nice surprise! Perfect place for stay and relax. Jan, thanks a lot for your kindness and helpful tips :-) Everything was perfect
