• Queenie (10/5): If I ever Come to Tottenham I am Stayin again. - Genuinely exactly like the picture. They even prepare plug incase we dont have UK plug to charge our phone. The room are clean and we get what we need!! We were greeted by Miguel and check in was so smooth. Defo would come back again for what we pay I am happy🫶 Nothing at all.
• Guest (8/5): Great value for money - The room was as expected and was very good for the price. The bed was comfortable enough with a working shower and bathroom. It was a 20 minute walk from tottenham hotpsur stadium so great for a concert. The owners were very friendly too. Only thing is there’s no drinking water in the room but wasn’t an issue as we brought our own.
• Gemma (7/5): - We had our own bedroom & bathroom in a small, family flat. Very comfortable and clean. Eva, our host, was lovely. Extra electrical and usb adapters provided, with wifi. We traveled to a gig at Spurs Stadium, Tottenham. Very convenient for venue. Come & go as you please. Would definitely stay again. Very reasonable. A few items in the room were broken, the tap, the shower, chair in room, although everything worked, just a bit awkward.
• Patrycja (4/5): Wouldn't recommend - The room was near the stadium. The room was simple, the bathroom could've been cleaner. A family is living in the rest of the house, which wouldn't be an issue if they weren't noisy at night. During two nights of our stay, in the late evening, around 11pm 12-am the family was cooking in the kitchen that is wall to wall with our room, they used a blender or a mixer, the washed the dishes, put all the pans back into the cupboards. A washing machine was working above our room. It was almost impossible to get a night's rest.
• Custance (10/5): Exceptional - The room was bright, clean and spacious. Just what we needed while we enjoyed the Chris Brown concert. Close by to the high street where we could grab food or drinks. The house itself was quiet and clean, also easy to access. It was a lovely double room to stay in. We said we would stay there again if we ever went back that way.

I absolut - TV and bed Extremely Disappointing Stay – Safety Hazard and Poor Management Upon arriving at the accommodation, I noticed a stain above the bathroom door, likely caused by water leakage. Given the old nature of the house and the typical English weather, I initially assumed it was nothing unusual. However, during my first night, I woke up at 1 AM to the sound of water dripping onto my bed. The water was running down from the light fixture, which posed a serious electrical hazard. I immediately informed the owner about the situation via message. The next day, I received no update on how the issue would be resolved or any alternative accommodation arrangements. At this point, I still thought it was just water. Before my second night, I heard new guests moving into the room above mine and using the bathroom. After repeated toilet use, I realized that the leak was actually coming from a broken sewage pipe, with liquid seeping through my upper wall. Shortly after, water began dripping onto my bed again. It smelled like urine, and I wanted to leave immediately. I had no choice but to spend the entire night in these conditions, with water continuously dripping from the ceiling and light fixture. To make matters worse, the owner, who was staying in the next room, loudly spoke on the phone until midnight on the first night, making it difficult to sleep. I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through a similar experience. I absolutely do not recommend this accommodation.

• Emir (8/5): Highly recommend this place for short term rentals! - Eva was very helpful from the beginning. She let us drop our luggage before the check-in time,and gave out keys at the spot. The communication was very fast within five minutes. The location is a 13 minute walk to Seven sisters tube train station. The room was exactly what was pictured on the listing. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The shower's water pressure was very good.
