- Lucia (10/5): Perfect hotel, no kids, quiet and outdoor heated pool! - Modern hotel and rooms, large spa with heated outdoor pool, nice staff, great location and value We had assigned table for breakfast and dinner and the table was squeezed between other tables which felt super crowded and loud, I felt that the other guest was literally in my space, it was the table under the big TV. Should not be there. We asked for change and they found us more comfortable table so all was good at the end.

Die Chefs sind unglaublich aufmrksam und kümmern sich mit viel Engagement um ihre Gäste – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Auch das gesamte Team ist freundlich, professionell und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Das Hotel überzeugt zudem mit sehr schönen Zimmern, hoher Sauberkeit und einer entspannten Atmosphäre. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The absolute highlight was the restaurant – excellent cuisine, beautifully presented dishes and top-quality ingredients. The service was attentive, professional and welcoming. My room was comfortable and very clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing – perfect for a solo getaway. Highly recommended. I would definitely come back.

Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich willkommen – das Team ist aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Als Alleinreisender habe ich mich rundum wohl und gut betreut gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bot hohen Komfort. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das ausgezeichnete Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und hoher Qualität. Der Wellnessbereich ist ruhig, gepflegt und ideal zum Abschalten nach einem aktiven Tag. Auch die Lage ist optimal. Insgesamt ein sehr stimmiges Gesamtpaket mit fairem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich komme gerne wieder!

- David (8/5): - The hotel’s location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the area on foot. Breakfast was consistently excellent, and the staff went out of their way to make the stay feel warm and effortless. The overall ambience is calm and inviting, creating a space that feels both stylish and comfortable. We loved spa, sauna and pool. The only real downside was the very small ski room, which made storing gear a bit inconvenient. The rooms can also get quite noisy if neighbouring guests decide to party late into the night.

- van Tilburg (9/5): zeker our kind of place - We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. De locatie was erg mooi, met prachtige uitzichten vanaf het balkon. Het personeel was vriendelijk en het zwembad was perfect om in te ontspannen na een dag skiën. We hebben in het restaurant gegeten — een 4‑gangen verrassingsmenu — en dat was ook uitstekend. Het appartement was goed uitgerust. We overwegen om volgend jaar terug te komen! We misten en apart toilet in het appartement maar dat wisten we voor we boekten. Verder is alles aanwezig en kan je rekenen op het personeel!

Beim Frühstück wurden frische leckere Omeletts oder Rühreier gebraten, es war ausreichend Auswahl vorhanden und was ich sehr positiv fand, dass man nicht das Gefühl hatte, dass übermäßig Lebensmittel verschwendet werden, wie es in den großen Ketten mittlerweile ist!

- Sabine (9/5): Toller Urlaub - Tolle Lage, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Schöne Zimmer, sauber, ausreichend Platz, mit Balkon. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Toller Pool und schöne Gartenanlage. Hatten ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Hat alles gepasst, ruhig aber ich würde mir Trennwände am Balkon zwischen den Zimmern wünschen. Eventuell ein paar Liegen mehr. Bei schönem Wetter war es etwas knapp.
- Erhard (10/5): Wir hatten einen tollen Rad und Wanderurlaub bei sehr netten Leuten in einem schönen Hotel ! - Das Frühstück hat alle geboten was wir uns erwarten konnten mit dem Bonus frisch zubereiteter Eierspeisen nach Wunsch, einfach toll, das Abendessen war jedesmal ein Genuss und das ganze serviert von freundlichen Menschen machts perfekt!! Vielen lieben Dank nochmal dem ganzen Team!

Für uns war der pool der Grund für die Buchung. Benutzt werden konnte er nicht. Es wäre schön wenn er auch im Sommer beheizt werden würde.

- Fabian (6/5): - Gefallen hat uns insbesondere das hervorragende Essen und die Lage des Hotels. Die Kellner waren auch sehr bemüht. Der Service war super. Das Abendessen wurde zum Teil jedoch im Eiltempo serviert und man konnte keine richtige Aperitifempfehlung aussprechen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es fehlte jedoch eine Minibar und unser Safe funktionierte nicht. Das Zimmer wurde auch nicht gereinigt. Frische Handtücher wurde insofern auch nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Den Balkon musste man sich mit mehreren Gästen teilen. Das es sich um einen Gemeinschaftsbalkon handelt, könnte man bei der Buchung anmerken.

- Paweł (8/5): - Ładnie i czysto Pokój trzeba zdać do godz. 10. Około 8:30 personel już był w moim pokoju i zaczęto sprzątnie. Nie zdążyłem zdać kluczy a personel już stwierdził że tam nie wrócę? A co gdyby tam były jeszcze moje rzeczy osobiste? Pierwszy raz w życiu mi się coś takiego przytrafiło. Pokój akurat w tym przypadku już był pusty ponieważ już kończyłem pakowanie a wróciłem żeby sprawdzić czy napewno wszystko zabrałem.
- Marius (9/5): Entspannter Aktivurlaub - Sehr leckeres Essen, sowohl das Frühstück, als auch das Menü am Abend. Das Personal war immer zur Stelle und außergewöhnlich freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sauber. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Im Saunabereich wären Abstellmöglichkeiten für Getränke im Bereich der Liegen einen gute Ergänzung.

- Anonym (10/5): - Bin kurzfristig im Bergzeit gelandet und seehr froh darueber! Bin von einem unglaublich freundlichen Team herzlich aufgenommen worden. Das Haus strahlt eine Ruhe und Freude aus, genau was ich gebraucht habe. Sauna kann man auch im Sommer nutzen und danach direkt im Pool abkuehlen. Leider hatte ich kein Abendessen gebucht aber das werde ich das naechste mal nachholen. Ich werde gern wieder kommen:) Ich waere gerne noch laenger geblieben. :)

- Sándor (10/5): A Bergzeit szobái és Joseph étkei mindenképpen ajánlatra méltóak! - Kiváló ellátás, nagyon kedves Személyzet! Bence honfitársunk mindenben a vendégek kedvét keresi és kiváló reggeliket készített! Örömmel segített a látnivalókban, programokban, a vacsorához pedig remek italokat javasolt. Szandra előételei és desszertjei nem csak szépek, hanem finomak is. Joseph remek ételekkel kényeztetett bennünket. Léna támogató jelenlétére és gondos figyelmességére mindig lehetett számítani. Nagyon tiszta (Melindának hála), rendezett szobák. A felújított fürdőszobában jó minőségű tisztálkodószerek. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes, a szobánk nagyon csendes volt. A városban minden megtalálható és a környező látnivalók könnyen elérhetők. A tiszta és rendezett szobánk (8) frissítése jó ötletnek tűnik.

- Caroline (8/5): Schönes Hotel - -der Pool (Größe, Liegen, Sauberkeit) -die Sauna (mit Knabbereien, Tee, Obst) -der Service (Bedienung, Putzteam, Saunatasche mit Handtüchern, Bademänteln) -kostenloser Radverleih -die Lage des Hotels (Nähe zur Bergbahn und zu Busstationen, Wanderwege in der nahen Umgebung) -das Abendessen (4 Gänge plus Beilagensalat, mit Liebe zum Detail angerichtet -Kaffeevariationen aus dem Vollautomat -planzliche Milch -viel Obstauswahl -Omelette/Rührei mit Zutaten nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet -Zimmergröße (war mit 15m2 inklusive Bad angegeben - dass es so eng sein würde, merkten wir erst als wir vor Ort waren, da es kaum Platz gab um die Koffer aufzuklappen und noch durch das Zimmer gehen zu können. -zum Frühstück: wenig Vollkornprodukte (Müsli, Brot, Brötchen, wenig Auswahl an Kuchen und Croissants, keine Möglichkeit Cappuccino o.ä. mit pflanzlicher Milch aufzuschäumen, Brot schmeckte nicht immer frisch -Abendessen: Größe des Hauptgangs insbesondere bei den Fischgerichten hätte größer sein können um satt zu werden.

L'équipement est de qualité et le prix très compétitif surtout si le choix se porte sur la demi pension. Le petit déjeuner est digne d'un palace cinq étoiles ! La piscine est parfaite pour la relaxation post marche mais trop petite pour la natation.

- Andreas (7/5): Pension, die bodenständig geblieben ist - Es liegt zentral und dennoch weit genug weg vom Winter Apres Ski. Im Sommer ideal als Startpunkt für E-Biketouren. Ausreichend Platz im Sommer in der Sauna. Das Restaurant bietet eine überraschend kreative Karte. Klar, man kann Halbpension nutzen, aber dann klebt man an der Menükarte. Das macht es einfach aber reduziert auch ein wenig die eigene Entscheidungsfreiheit. Wir haben daher nur Ü & Frühstück gewählt und es nicht bereut, da wir dadurch umliegende Gastro ebenfalls - je nach Laune- genutzt haben. Und nein, wir sind nicht in eine Pizzaria gegangen ... Hätten es aber können . Leider kein Fitnessraum. Das wäre im Sommer noch ein ideales Add-on. Das Bild mit dem Pool und Chalet täuscht ein wenig das Ursprüngliche vor. Das ist schade, denn die Pension muß sich nicht verstecken. Sie ist mit der Zeit gegangen - wenn auch im langsamen Thempo. Das ist aber nicht schlecht, denn es ist authentisch und passt zu dem von der Familie geführten Ansatz. Aus der Küche könnte zum Frühstück gern etwas Besonderes kommen. Kreative Küche muss nicht auf Abendessen reduziert sein. Gesundes Frühstück einmal anders... Täglich wechselnde Specials ( nicht nur Spiegelei oder Omlette) wäre mal etwas. Ich hoffe, die Pension bleibt am Boden. Es gibt zu viele austauschbare Schnickschnack Pensionen oder Hotels moderner Bauart. Das braucht kein Mensch, wenn man entschleunigen möchte. Da hilft nur: Zeit bleibt stehen. Almhüttenflair anstatt moderne Grau-Holz Fassade mit schwarzem Glasbalkon und Kupfer-Schwarzfarbenen Occhio Mito Lampen... Die haben alle - die Urlauber inklusive... Ach ja, zu einer modernen Bar wäre eine Ginkarte mit einem z.B. BY38 (ist nicht nur mein Lieblingsgin sondern enthält auch ein Aphrodisiakum, was sicherlich ganz nette Cocktails ermöglicht...) ganz nett und dazu verschiedene Tonics auf einer eigenen Gin & Tonic Karte.
