Selve lejligheden har fine rum og badeværelse er ligeledes ok! Sengene er fine og ok stand! Sofa og stole generelt er af billige karakter og trænger til at blive opgraderet til ny standard. Der mangler også hynder til stolene på terrassen og også gerne 1-2 solstole!
