• juari (5/5): Soggiorno un po’ troppo rumoroso, l appartamento è carino, ma va bene solo per coppie, no bambini - La posizione La strada è molto vissuta sopratutto dai camion che scaricano la merce al supermercato, quindi molto rumorosa… non si può riposare

A avut dotările necesare, baia mare, frumoasă camera, ca de fapt este o camera, nu apartament In prima seara nu am putut deschide canapeaua si cea de-a treia persoana a trebuit sa doarmă pe canapeaua strânsă care are maxim 1,40 m latime, deci clar nu a dormit bine. A doua zi a fost nevoie sa trimită proprietarul pe cineva pentru a o putea deschide. Sistemul ei este simplu, dar ceva era stricat. Se doarme destul de rău pe ea, este o bara pe mijlocul ei care se simte prin saltea. Camera este mai potrivita pentru 2 persoane, după intinderea canapelei a rămas foarte puțin spațiu de circulat

• José (8/5): - Excelente la limpieza y prolijidad del piso. Muy bien equipado. Respuesta inmediata ante las consultas. La cama de dos plazas muy cómoda con sabanas y edredón impecables. El sofá cama era algo incómodo y difícil de armar. El control de la TV no funcionaba.

• flore (2/5): - Posizione centrale Soggiorno molto deludente presso Apartments Loft Plaza Bailen centro Málaga. L’appartamento si è rivelato completamente non conforme a quanto promesso. Il divano letto aveva lenzuola sporche, con evidente sporcizia e capelli, segno che non erano state cambiate dopo gli ospiti precedenti: una situazione inaccettabile dal punto di vista dell’igiene. Non avendo alternative (dato che l’unica assistenza che ti forniscono è partare con un operatore IA) siamo stati costretti a dormire in tre in un letto matrimoniale che in realtà è più piccolo di un normale matrimoniale, risultando estremamente scomodo. Solo il giorno successivo, verso le 11 del mattino, è arrivata una signora a portarci delle lenzuola pulite, quindi abbiamo passato l’intera notte in condizioni pessime. Inoltre, la serranda non funzionava e non si abbassava, lasciando entrare luce per tutta la notte e rendendo impossibile dormire per 2 notti di fila.

• Eliška (8/5): - Super lokace - autobusová zastávka blízko, potraviny naproti ubytování Čisté a pohodlné. V půlce pobytu nám začala protékat toaleta, a pak nám přestala splachovat, majitele jsme kontaktovali, ale bohužel tento problém za náš pobyt nevyřešil.
• Hadiyah (7/5): - Across from the supermarket so very handy and also close to the city centre (around a 15min walk) which was ideal! Kitchen had everything required and also an iron and hairdryer too which was good. The sofa bed didnt have any sheets so we had to contact the host but the services were closed (after 9pm) so that was a bit frustrating. However they were provided the next day. The apartment was quite a bit smaller than it looks in pictures but again it was okay for us (just keep in mind).

W grudniu w apartamencie jest dość zimno. Bardzo zimna podłoga i łazienka, co bardzo obniżyło komfort.. Ogrzewanie tylko przez klimatyzację.
• franziska (7/5): für einen Stadtbesuch vollkommen ausreichend und empfehlenswert - allerdings nicht zu dritt! - + das Apartment ist ruhig, auch nachts kommt von der Straße verhältnismäßig wenig Lärm + sehr gute Lage - fußläufige Entfernung in die Altstadt + das Apartment ist sauber + gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt der auch Sonntags offen hat - wir haben ein Apartment für 3 Personen gebucht und bezahlt, aber nur 2x Bettwäsche bekommen, 2x Handtücher und es gab auch nur 2 Stühle. Auf Nachfrage wo der dritte Bettbezug ist, haben wir keine weitere Antwort bekommen und dann zwangsläufig ohne diesen geschlafen. Nicht so cool! (Dafür einen Punkt Abzug) - das Apartment ist zu dritt schon recht klein und das Schlafsofa mega unbequem. Für kleinere Kinder gehts noch, aber für Erwachsene eher ungeeignet, zudem quietscht es ordentlich - ein Fön wäre schön

• Kora (8/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft in guter Lage. - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war auch super und ruhig. Man muss zwar ca. 20 Minuten in die Stadt oder zum Bahnhof laufen aber das ist in Ordnung. Im Notfall fahren auch mehrere Busse. Das Apartment liegt direkt gegenüber von einem Supermarkt. Der Checkin und Checkout ist sehr entspannt und erfolgt ohne eine direkte Schlüsselübergabe.
• Olaia (5/5): Si tienes un problema, ármate de paciencia - Lo mejor que tiene este alojamiento es la ubicación. Se puede bajar al centro dando un paseo de 10 minutos y hay un supermercado justo enfrente, lo que a la hora de cocinar es importante. También estaba limpio y los muebles parecían bastante nuevos. El apartamento es pequeño. Muy, muy pequeño. Al nivel de que uno de los lados no tiene mesita porque si no el armario no entraría. Para una pareja bien pero para tres se queda muy justo. Pero eso es lo de menos. Lo peor del alojamiento es la gestión que tiene. El alojamiento tiene un dueño X y ese dueño ha contratado a la empresa Y para la gestión del mismo. La empresa Y tiene un chatbot (una especie de inteligencia artificial muy poco inteligente) que te va mandando avisos sobre como entrar al alojamiento etc. Si todo va bien y no hay ningun problema, este chatbot es genial. El problema es que si tienez cualquier problema por pequeño que sea, tienes que explicarselo a dicho robot. Nosotros tuvimos un problema mínimo (solicitamos una cuna y cuando llegamos la cuna no estaba). Este problema, que hablando directamente con el dueño se habría solucionado en 10 minutos, hablando con el robot dio lugar a unas conversaciones en bucle... frustrantes. El robot está diseñado para decirte a todo que si y para decirte que pasa el aviso "al departamento de cunas" para que lo solucionen a la mayor brevedad. Pero no para entender que quiero hablar con un humano. Al final conseguí hablar con un chico encantador de la empresa de gestión Y. Pero claro, como el mismo me dijo, la empresa se encarga de la gestión de alojamiento en remoto. No tienen acceso al alojamiento ni más manera de solucionar el problema que llamar insistentemente al dueño y rezar porque este esté en situación de solucionarlo. A mí me dijeron que el dueño se pondría en contacto conmigo y todavía estoy esperando a que me llame. Porque claro, el dueño igual no está en Málaga (y la empresa de gestión igual tampoco). Al final, después de dar vueltas tuvo que venir una chica que se encarga de la limpieza del apartamento a las 8-9 de la noche con la cuna. Aparte de eso la puerta de la lavadora no cierra bien y el microondas no calienta, pero yo ya pasé de discutir más con el robot famoso.
• CATALINA (9/5): Coqueto, cómodo, agradable y muy limpio - La limpieza y comodidad del apartamento, no le faltaba ningún detalle, electrodomésticos, utensilios de cocina, colchón muy cómodo, suficientes toallas, hasta un botiquín un detallazo por parte del anfitrion Todo perfecto, solo heche de menos un secador de pelo

Okolica dość obdarta, ale bezpieczna. Klucze odebrane i zostawione w boxie. 1. Cena mogłaby być trochę niższa 2. Mało kapsułek kawy do ekspresu

Do najważniejszych atrakcji czy dworca autobusowego około 20 minut pieszo. Kuchnia wyposażona, nic nam nie brakowało. Pobyt 10/10. Dosyć spokojna i cicha okolica

• Sandra (8/5): Accidentado pero al final bien - La verdad es que la entrada fue un poco atropellada. Llegamos al apartamento y en el cajetín donde supuestamente íbamos a encontrar las llaves, no había nada. Tuvimos que llamar a la agencia y nos dijeron que había sido un error, que se habían llevado las llaves en una confusión y que nos enviarían a alguien a abrirnos. Tardaron una hora y además el apartamento estaba sin limpiar!! Menos mal que nos enviaron rápidamente al personal de limpieza que lo arregló bastante rápido. También quiero decir que el dueño del apartamento se puso en contacto con nosotros para disculparse y nos invitó a un desayuno en una cafetería cerca del apartamento. El microondas no funcionaba. Se lo dije al anfitrión y me dijo que lo cambiaría. En general, el apartamento no está mal, aunque yo lo recomiendo para dos personas, ya que no hay habitación y por lo tanto, no hay intimidad

• Alessandro (8/5): bene ma non benissimo - La struttura è molto accogliente al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cugi necessitavamo, piatti bicchieri ecc lenzuola e asciugamani e anche i prodotti per la pulizia forse per 3/4 persone risulta un po’ piccolo consiglierei l’utilizzo solo per una coppia
• eva maria (5/5): No Repetiría - No sabría que decir, ya que lo malo superó a lo bueno El microondas no funcionaba, la maneta de dentro de la puerta del baño se caía y no podías cerrar la puerta, ya que no podrías abrirla desde adentro. La escoba no tenía palo, tenias que quitarlo de la fregona si querías usarla, y el sofá cama, muy incómodo, te clababas un hierro en la mitad de la espalda , además de que el cojín del reposaespalda estaba la cremallera rota y el relleno se iba saliendo por todas partes cada vez que lo ponías y quitabas. La persiana " del salón " para bajarla tienes que ayudarla estirando con la mano, si no,no baja. Además, cuando llegamos, supongo que la persona que limpió el apartamento se dejó la ducha encendida, y el suelo del baño estaba lleno de agua, y lo primero fue fregar todo. Aunque casi es lo de menos después de la experiencia.

• Agnieszka (9/5): Superb - The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is located in quite neighborhood, 20-25 minut walk from city center and just right next to supermarket. Another advantage is very good and quick contact with the owner.

• Minculescu (10/5): Nice apartment close to the center of Malaga - Very nice apartment, nicely decorated and equiped with everything one might need. Good supply of towels, bed sheets and cutlery. Confortable bed, sun shields, nice building. It also has a terrace on the last floor. Good location, about 20 minutes walking from city center. Well connected with bus lines. A short walk to train station (Maria Zambrano, Malaga C.a). Supermarkets nearby. Interaction with the landlord was easy and friendly. This is not related to the apartment and nothing the landlord can do, but sometimes it was a bit noisy from the trucks suppling food to the supermarket nearby and some renovation works to the building on the opposite street. Nevertheless this was not everyday and we closed the windows which attenuated the noise. All in all, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this apartment.

• Angel (9/5): Sisters trip away! - A lovely clean well lighted studio! There are roller shutter blinds to wind down at night to block out early morning wake-ups. The property came with a standard sized double bed and sofa bed which both had their own duvets. It also came with a curtain that could be drawn to divide the studio into a living space and bedroom area which was a smart touch. The kitchen was fully equipped with cleaning products (sponge, washing up liquid, cloths, bin bags) utensils and crockery as well as featuring appliances such as a kettle, microwave, oven hob and fridge. Additionally, there was a small metal basin with a draining board. The bathroom included a spacious shower block with shower doors and I loved the water pressure. Nice stock of toilet rolls, hand soap and a hairdryer is available if required. X2 sets of towels were provided (bath and hand) plus a bath mat towel. Its living area had a calm, minimalist style to it giving a zen aura followed by having a small smart tv (so you can log into your Netflix / Prime, etc). Overall, my sister and I were really impressed with our stay and we pass on our thanks to Ronald who was very sweet with the handover of keys and offered his 24/7 availability! No fault of the owners but the only downfall about staying here was the neighbour next door had moments of being really loud which was disruptive. Also, I'd recommend having a duvet cover for the spare duvet too.
• Justyna (8/5): Very good - Nice small bed-sitter with a kitchenette. Ideal for 2, it was a bit too cramped for three of us. It's well-equipped with anything you might need and contact with the host was very good. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the city centre or bus/train station. The street is quiet during the day and at night, which was important for us. It was very difficult to open the sofa for sleeping and some sheets for this bed were missing.

• John (9/5): Great short break - Clean, friendly, welcoming, everything you need in the flat, easy walk to town centre, walking distance to the train station, supermarket across the road for supplies. Sofa bed slightly uncomfortable, but what sofa bed isn't?!
• Kenneth (7/5): Nice small studio - Nice apartment on second floor of apartment building. Had the supermarket across the road. Perfect for getting provisions in. For us the location was good but a 20 minute walk to the centre of Malaga and also 20 minutes from the train station. We didn't find public transport close to the apartment and so walked between apartment and centre
