• Nuno (10/5): - The apartment it’s big, comfortable and convenient. It’s located in a calm and safe area. The location is great and the metro station it’s super close.

• Kanyanat (1/5): Do not recommend - Only thing we like is the location Host: very unhelpful and defensive. No show, no useful suggestions to our questions. Only cares about when we will arrive and when when we will leave. Ex.1: Wrote in description that parking nearby costs 30 EUR/day. When we asked for details, they suggested a name. We checked and reviews are very bad, we asked if we can seek help if they are not charging 30 EUR as said, they simply replied like 'unfortunately it's expensive everywhere'. We ended up parking at One Park nearby instead with the same price and it's excellent. Ex.2: The heating system was confusing, the room was not getting any warm, and the wall heaters had no heat coming out of them. We contacted and only got defensive answers that it would take time/it's working excellent already. Tbh it is just broken, we experimented and it could not bring the room temp to whatever set. We stayed in 2 houses prior in this same trip and we know what it's like when the system works properly. Ex.3: Kept asking when we are checking out claiming it's for cleaning arrangement. The checkout rule is clearly set as latest by 11AM and we are respecting that. We cannot understand why would they be so pusy after being so unhelpful about parking lot and heater. Room: Large but very dark, floor was very cold. Bed: Very cheap, uncomfortable and creaky. Cleanliness: Washer is very dirty we could not use it. Some facilities are broken. Some kitchen utilities are dirty.

• Dmitry (7/5): Апартамент с двумя большими независимыми спальнями - Отличный апартамент , чистый и светлый, в хорошем месте. Большие спальни, балкон, два санузла , напротив паркинг по цене 30 евро за сутки, всегда есть место остановиться у подъезда для выгрузки чемоданов, управляющие находятся на связи. По четвергам на площадке перед домом выездной продуктовый рынок. Отсутствие залога и всяких проверок, это удобно и приятно , что доверяют гостям. Все положительное обесценивается невероятно экономными элементами, создающими неуют. Подушки - терпимо, но очень плохо и дешево! Тумбочки прикроватные, лампы и шкаф в одной из спален просто неприличные, как и другие элементы, может быть что то гости ломают или крадут , но в таком случае лучше брать залог , чем так экономить.. ну а матрасы .. людям с какими то проблемами со спиной или ногами не рекомендуем, остальным просто очень не удобно спать. Если одну ночь как то можно, но не дольше. Однозначно , нужно немного потратиться хозяевам на эти важные элементы. Второй раз бы из за этого никогда не приехали, хотя все остальное очень хорошо.

• ter weijden (9/5): Top locatie voor het bezichtigen van Milaan - De locatie is in een zeer rustige nette wijk en heeft een perfecte ligging voor het bezichtigen van de stad. Het appartement is ruim en comfortabel. De 2 badkamers zijn echt een plus als je met een gezin reist. De bank in de woonkamer zit niet lekker.

• Milan (9/5): Strongly recommend for a conmortable stay in the center of Milan - Everything was perfect, the AC could be stronger (or maybe needs filter cleaning). The owner mentioned private parking was available but later told me to use a private parking. Since it was not available, we parked without problems inside the compound, N/A

• Nikki (8/5): A great stay, perfect location, clean and great host communication - The apartment was so clean and communication before and during our stay was excellent. Accessibility was great and very important as we travelled with in laws in their 70’s. I make these comments only to improve the experience but without them it was still great. To improve another comfy seating option would be great as the sofa was not able to support us all. Also for ease to have the keys colour marked to indicate what one was for what door would have made it easier for us.

• Kristina (6/5): Pleasant - Great location; you can reach most sightseeing spots within 15 minutes on foot. Easy self-check-in. Bad soundproofing; It was noisy and uncomfortable to sleep. The sink drained very slowly, probably because the pipes are clogged. We stayed there for New Year’s as a group of 4, but there was only one wine glass in the apartment.
• Kavita (6/5): Pleasant - The location is excellent, walkable distance to the Duomo makes it easy to explore old town. The staff was very quick to respond on WhatsApp messages which was very helpful. The apartment is quite basic with basic furniture, plastic bedside lamps which are quite fiddle. The beds are also quite basic, i could feel the mattress springs.. The sheets were clean and the apartment was also very clean. One of the bathrooms does not have any hooks to hang towels/clothes. The en-suite's water temp moved from hot to cold very quickly in between shower. Overall, an ok place at a great location.
• Paul (9/5): Two night stay in Milan with four guests. - Very big apartment. Well located, clean and quiet. Nice kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. The apartment has been renovated recently. One room has an en suite bathroom and lots of closet space. The other doesn’t have much space for clothes. I’m a plus size person. The bed was very squeaky and wobbly for me.

• Esra (8/5): Very good - The location of the property was good. It’s in walking distance to Navigli. We used tram to go to city center. It was clean. There was a construction on floor above us. They only warned us one day before our visit. We didn’t have a chance to change or cancel our stay. The work started too early in the morning around 7.30. We had to wake up early every morning.

• Ruth (10/5): If you are looking at visiting Milan I can highly recommend this apartment. - Great apartment, good area. The shower in the ensuite was amazing. Easy walking distance to where the tourist action is but far enough away from it to be in a quiet area. Loved our stay here and would stay again if we are lucky enough to visit Milan again. The host was always responsive to all messages and there was a lift in the building. 10/10

• Marilyn (4/5): I wouldn’t choose to stay there again - It was spacious and located near to amenities like supermarket, restaurants, cafes and shops. There was also a farmers’ market on Thursday morning opposite the compound. It gave us the creeps and the host did not allow us to change to another apartment so we gritted our teeth and stayed for 4 nights which we had already paid for. One of the bedrooms did not have a cupboard even though it had sufficient space for it; only 2 small side tables and 2 medium sized low shelves. Both beds were very uncomfortable. One of the toilets did not even have a toilet roll holder, shower curtain or towel rail, and the counter space at the sink was limited.

• Robert (10/5): A terrific place to stay! - Beautiful room design. Attractive, spacious bathrooms! The communications with the manager are easily arranged and helpful, but I do miss face-to-face conversation.

• Elli (4/5): Disappointing - Large apartment Not properly equipped for the amount of people that can sleep. In the second bedroom there was nowhere to put our luggage and no closet. No night stands in any of the bedrooms. More importantly, we needed to take a taxi to the center. The apartment is approximately 1,5 km from Duomo. Lastly, even though the description boasts parking, there was none. The host told us we could not park on the premises, but luckily another resident of the building told us it was ok.

• Maryjane (10/5): Beautiful apartment with a great location - The pictures did not do the place justice. The location is incredible, convinent to most of the sites. Some hooks to hang clothes in the smaller bedroom would be nice
• Leigh (8/5): Spacious apartment with full cooking facilities, large lounge and balcony, two bedrooms and bathrooms in a secure buildi - The location was perfect being close to both tram and metro networks. An easy walk to the Duomo and to Navigli canal area for multiple food options. The property was in a quiet street and had great security measures. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for me and my daughter. The second bathroom needs a shower screen or curtain. The elevator is very small and slow but I probably needed the stair exercise to work off the local food and drink!
