• Anonym (10/5): Traumhaft - Traumhafter Aufenthalt. Besser geht es kaum. Wir waren im Jagdschloss untergebracht und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Auch der Weg ins Haupthaus war kein Problem . Alles perfekt organisiert. Das Frühstück ist absolut empfehlenswert. Toller Garten mit einem wunderschönen Außenpool. Vielleicht für nach dem schwimmen im Spa ein bisschen Körpercreme, da wir uns gleich wieder anzogen , um ins andere Haus zu kommen. Als Wunsch gemeint.

• Ute Und Martin (1/5): Nie wieder werden wir dort buchen! - Nichts Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 5 Tage gebucht. Es kam erst die Buchungsbestätigung, dann die Bestätigung, dass der Hund willkommen ist und pro Tag 40 € kostet. Am Abend vor der Anreise bekamen wir eine Mail, dass der Hund in dem von uns gebuchten Zimmer nicht erlaubt ist und wir zum Aufpreis von 200 € pro Tag!!! umbuchen müssten oder ohne Hund anreisen müssten. Da wir auf einer Rundreise waren, standen wir somit plötzlich ohne Hotel für die nächsten 5 Tage da. Nach mehreren Telefonaten wurde uns dann ‚großzügig‘ genehmigt‘, kostenfrei zu stornieren. So ein Verhalten entspricht nicht einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Unser Urlaub war zumindest an diesem Abend verdorben. Ein unmögliches Vorgehen!

• Yvonne (10/5): Kurze Auszeit - perfekt - Wie immer war der Aufenthalt super. Die Freundlichkeit des ganzen Teams ist spürbar. SPA Bereich und Behandlung hervorragend, ebenso das Frühstücksangebot. Matratzen in den Einzelzimmern im Jagdschloss sollten komfortabler werden.

• Gerardo (10/5): Awesome Hotel and Wellnes for special ocasions - Great experience!. The room was cozy and everything you needed. The Personal were amazing and really friendly, from the reception to the waiters and kitchen staff at the Bonsai restaurant. Everyone helped make the stay feel truly special. - Wellness area big with an indoor and outdoor pool. Different types of Saunas and Personal always looking that there is plenty of dry towels, water and snacks available. - Fireplace Room with live music in the evenning. (The Piano player was amaying). - Food is great. We had dinner at the Bonsai Restaurant and the food was amazing just like the personel. The breakfast buffet is also great. Nothing.
• Klaus (10/5): Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr schönem SPA-Bereich - Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ein sehr schöner und ruhiger SPA-Bereich mit freundlichem Personal. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren super freundlich, ich kann diesen Damen nur ein großes Lob aussprechen. Es ist sehr schade, dass der SPA-Bereich am Abreisetag nur bis 11 Uhr, ohne Mehrkosten benutzt werden kann.

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, the treats offered, the cleanliness and organization of the pool and spa, the cleanliness and stunning appearance of the castle section where we stayed, and the dinner — in a word, it was a flawless place. • Janet (10/5): Outstanding relaxing experience - A wonderful, hidden gem, surrounded by forest and farm land. They're not used to having American's nor English staying, which added to the charm and tranquility. The rooms in the hunting lodge were beautiful and peaceful. The food was exceptional, we ate all all three restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, best bread ever! The Spa was probably the best spa I've ever visited. The treatments were excellent and reasonably priced. Tina is an outstanding masseuse I thought the overall price was reasonable for the services and amenities.

We got a room upgrade to a beautiful room in the "Schloss". The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was so friendly and helpful, The spa is stunning, and one of our highlights was we got to drive the AMG EQS from the hotel. The property is very well maintained and does not look old, despite the more "classic" feel. We totally recommend the hotel. It's perfect for a retreat in the german countryside.

Spa bistro is great: healthy options, but some nice cakes too. The breakfast truly is amazing, everything is fresh and cooked perfectly. We loved the fruit options, and very much enjoyed the crepes and waffles. Pools are great, loved the heated outdoor pool, our son wanted to stay all day in the spa area! He was happy with his comfy bathrobe. We felt very at home. The room was very comfortable too. We recommend this hotel for those looking for quality and peace.
