• Indrek (9/5): The stay was pleasant. Had everything we needed. - The location was near to transportation options (trains, metro, bus). Neighbourhood was lively and fulll of cafes, small stores etc. Apartment was stocked with everything we needed: toiletries, dishes, linen, kitchenware +snacks, tea, coffee. At times it was a bit noisy. Early morning sounds from outside the street and inside from the building.
• Serena Maria (9/5): - Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta per quanto riguarda tutta la struttura, perché c’era tutto il necessario senza fare mancare nulla. Per quanto riguarda la posizione è a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione tiburtina, quindi molto comodo per spostarsi. Infine per quanto riguarda la signora Rossella disponibilissima sin da subito e molto gentile.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed by her warm and friendly hospitality. The Apartment The space is super functional and thoughtfully designed. It truly has everything you could need: Fully Equipped Kitchen: We had every tool and gadget necessary to feel right at home. The Shower: Honestly, a highlight of the stay! It offered a brilliant experience—perfect pressure and heat after a long day of walking. The Location You couldn't ask for a better spot to explore the city: Connectivity: Just a short walk to the metro stations, making the entire city incredibly accessible. The Neighborhood: The area is vibrant with life. We were surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and local shops, which made our daily routine easy and welcoming.

• Cinzia (10/5): Se torno a Roma, sicuramente soggiornerò di nuovo in questa struttura - E' stato tutto perfetto, la struttura era in una buona posizione non distante dalla fermata della metro. Non ho avuto problemi di parcheggio dell'auto perchè a pochi passi dalla struttura erano presenti 2 parcheggi gratuiti. L'appartamento era dotato di tutto il necessario compresa macchina del caffè completa di cialde, bollitore per l'acqua, forno a microonde, stoviglie, lavatrice con detersivi, televisione nella camera matrimoniale, wi-fi, asciugamani, insomma non mancava nulla. L'unico appunto che posso fare, se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto è stata la doccia. Bellissima perchè completa di idromassaggio e la possibilità di ascoltare le stazioni radio, ma avere l'acqua calda è stato un pò un problema perchè bisognava aprirla del tutto e aspettare un pò per averla almeno tiepida. Poi quando si chiudeva il rubinetto, tornava subito fredda.

• Oleh (10/5): Отзыв - Сочетание цена качество. Очень удобно близко к метро. Достаточное количество магазинов и кафе, даже в самом здании. В самой квартире есть всё необходимое. Чисто, тепло, свежее состояние. Всегда есть горячая вода, есть кондиционер. Возможно парковаться как бесплатно, так и в подземном гараже. Рекомендую!!! Все действительно отлично 👍

La posizione é ottima grazie alla vicinanza alla stazione e alla metro, ideale per chi vuole girare Roma in totale comodità. L'ospitalità di Rosella é stata davvero fantastica!! Un host disponibile, premurosa che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Non aver potuto restare di più :)

Le cose che mi sono piaciute di più sono state le modalità di accesso alla strattura - veramente smart - e l'host - veramente preziosa per disponibilità e reperibilità dimostrate e consigli forniti; mi ha semplificato la vita notevolmente. La struttura è esattamente ciò che ci si aspetta dall'annuncio e confermo l'estrema cura dei dettagli e la pulizia. I letti sono confortevoli, la doccia è comoda e tecnologica (ha anche la possibilità di ascoltare musica durante l'utilizzo) ed è presente ogni accessorio ed elettrodomestico utile. La ciliegina sulla torta, che non è scontato trovare: acqua in frigo, taralli di benvenuto, macchina per il caffè Nespresso e capsule della migliore qualità, abbondanti e diversificate. Tornerò sicuramente.

Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, Betten bequem, alles picobello sauber. Ca 10 min zur Metro (Quintiliani). Sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant 'Nonna Nina‘ direkt um die Ecke, wenn man nach einem langen Besichtigungstag nicht mehr so weit weg möchte. Küchenausstattung nicht zum selber kochen für mehrere Personen ausreichend, aber meistens möchte man das ja gar nicht.

• K (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed only overnight, however I was surprised in a good way, apartment was super clean, it has everything you need, tea, coffee, salt, oil and etc. Even in the bathroom there was all the hygiene products which is so sweet. location was nice since I was looking stay close to tiburtina, it took me 15 minutes by walk to the station. Rossella is a nicest person I ever met☺️ overall I enjoyed the stay Nothing
• David (8/5): Comfortable and economical - The property was well equipped generally and the host was helpful and friendly. The location is great and we felt that we were staying in a more local neighbourhood, which meant there were some reasonably priced places to eat and local shopping was easy. Getting into Rome to to see the sights was straightforward, with Metro stations a short walk away. Use Quintiliana rather than Tiburtino FS. The best way to describe this apartment / flat is pokey. The second bedroom barely fits the bed and has no storage at all. Fine if you have a couple of kids as we did, but we still had to put their luggage in the hallway as there was no space in the room. If you are traveling as two couples, one couple are going to feel hard done by. The main bedroom had plenty of space and storage. Again, the living room was a sofa facing the rent door and there was no TV in this space, it was located in the main bedroom. To access the washing machine, we had to empty out all the things that were stored in front of it into the tiny kitchen. Having said that, if you just need a place to sleep and you’re out most of the day, then it provides a decent place to stay in Rome.

Secure & Private accommodation in the apartment. Grocery Shops and Restaurants were near by. Washing machine was a plus. Google device was good to stream songs, set morning alarm and to check weather. Bit far from public transportation to walk uphill.

The apartment is quiet for a relaxation. The host is super friendly. Only one air conditioning in the living room, thus the second bedroom is a bit warm during early July. Also, it is very hard to find a parking space close to the apartment.

Host available and reactives quite distant to City metro and public transport; but on the other side, in 3-4 metro station you reach the city center

Hosts were very kind and gave us welcome gift with italian food. It was a little bit cold in the apartment.
