Firusa (10/5): Good, comfy, clean, would definitely recommend. - Location was very central. Convenient facilities, like transport tram, train and also very close to shopping Centre, market. Just a recommendation, a small packet of milk would be appreciated so after travel upon arrival one can refresh by having a cup of tea, specially for the tea lovers.

Easy access to Melbourne Central and surrounds. The access to the property and all instructions were very clear. There was nothing to dislike. All was positive and our stay very comfortable and conveniently located.

Yannick (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good and very practical to visit Melbourne (very close to groceries, restaurant, and public transport). The apartment was well furnished with a nice kitchen and spacious living room. I had to pay a security deposit (1000$) the day of my arrival even if I did not get information about it before. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to get the keys. All the process was remotely by phone, nobody was in person to deal with the issue.

But hot air balloons 😍 what a magnificent sight to see first thing you wake up but a view of Melbourne with hot air balloons near the peak 😍 like wow. What a beautiful place. I couldn’t own it

Felicity (8/5): Convenient apartment close to everything you need in the CBD - The apartment was clean and cute - good for a single person and would have been good for a couple too. The view is great and the appartment very quiet being so high up. It's in a very convenient location with plenty of restaurants, a supermarket and Melbourne Central train station close by. Susan arranged for me to pick up the keys from a lock box outside the building which was helpful. The quality of the toiletries was very basic and not what I expected - poor quality body wash and no other toiletries you'd expect in such accommodation. It was nice to provide tea and coffee-making facilities, however, it would be considerate to supply a small supply of milk as you would expect in hotels and these kinds of setups. These little things make a difference and add to your stay. The couch is really lumpy with springs and not comfortable to sit for long. Whilst appearing clean and neat, the furniture was pretty cheap and the dining table wobbly.

Disappointing! Extremely dirty!!! When we arrived, only one lift was working so it took us half an hour to get to our floor/ apartment. No staff on site. No remote controlling for TV. Extremely overpriced!!!
