• Michel (9/5): - Position/location Service -> Teresa is a wonderful host. All we needed was there. Super clean bathroom with radiator, kitchen nice, enough sockets and an adapter. Confined space for 3 to sleep in one flat. Better one or two. Width for two is ok, coukd be a bit wider. Couch is comfy, I don't like it too soft, so rather hard surface for me ideal.
• Nina (8/5): Alles in allem gerne wieder. - Lage, Bett war sehr bequem, Küche gut ausgestattet, schnelle Antwort vom Host Couch war etwas „durchgelegen“, liegt verkehrsgünstig, aber dafür ist es auch recht laut (Zug, Straße)

• SERENA AGNESE (10/5): Londra facile - Ottima posizione, proprio davanti alla stazione di Brokley, e di fronte ad un supermercato molto ben fornito anche di prodotti vegani e senza glutine. Pub, baretti e ristoranti etnici raggiungibili a piedi e i parchi di Londra sud pure. Nell'appartamento c'era tutto il necessario e anche di più, olio caffè e altro. Ci siamo sentite a casa.

• Olena (10/5): Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole e tranquillo. - La struttura è in una zona molto tranquilla, ma comodissima: a pochi passi dalla metro e con un negozietto vicino dove si trova tutto il necessario. L’appartamento è luminoso, caldo e accogliente, perfetto anche per chi viaggia con un neonato: abbiamo trovato una culla già pronta ad accoglierci. Un grande grazie all’host Teresa, davvero gentile e disponibile! Unico dettaglio da tenere presente: il letto è un po’ piccolo (140x180), quindi potrebbe non essere comodissimo per tutti. Inoltre, la struttura si trova a un piano alto senza ascensore, cosa da considerare soprattutto se si hanno passeggini o bagagli pesanti.

• Renaudin (7/5): Séjour excellent malgré la qualité du canapé-lit et des bruits de voiture - J'ai aimé la localisation par rapport au métro (à quelques pas) et au centre de Londres; il y a un supermarché en bas de l'immeuble pratique pour faire des achats et aussi des bus non loin. J'ai apprécié aussi l'accueil de l'hôte Térésa; merci :) Le canapé-lit n'était pas confortable: je suis revenue avec un mal de dos; et si vous aimez dormir sans lumière et sans bruit, à réfléchir avant de choisir cette adresse car en bordure de la route et des rails.

• Saskia (8/5): Für London sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Direkt an der Bahn Einkaufsmöglich direkt vor der Tür Für englische Verhältnisse sehr sauber, ordentlich und aufgeräumt. Die Vermieterin wohnt mit im Haus. Falks was sein sollte, ist sie sofort da. Keine „vernünftige“ Sitzmöglichkeit (nur unbequeme Barhocker) Kein Toaster Aus meiner Sicht zu schmales Doppelbett für 2 Personen.
• Zora (7/5): Fajn ubytování s výbornou dopravní dostupností - Byt úplně neodpovídá mým představám o moderním ubytování, ale je prostorný, pohodlný a plně postačující pro dva až tři hosty. Blízkost dopravy je velký bonus. Zařízení bytu je trochu ošuntělé. Obývací část nelze úplně zatemnit, takže tam proniká světlo z ulice. Zvenku také doléhá dost zvuků. Chybí televize či rádio a nějaké příjemnější osvětlení v obývacím pokoji. Posezení u stolu není příliš pohodlné. Bohužel není kávovar.

• Elisa (10/5): - Hemos estado 5 días con nuestro hijo y Teresa nos ha tratado fantásticamente bien, muy atenta en todo momento para hacernos nuestra estancia en Londres ideal. La localización es súper idónea, a 1 minuto de la estación de Brockley y zona para desayunos o tomar un tente en pie. La parada de autobuses hacia el centro también está como a dos minutos andando. Debajo de casa hay un supermercado. Sin duda a mí entorno de familia amigos lo voy a recomendar. nada

• Valerie (10/5): We had a memorable and enjoyable trip ❤️ - Superb location! 2 minutes away from the train station and easy commute to key sites we wanted to see on our London tour. We were also very close to great shops and restaurants, in a safe neighbourhood with friendly and helpful people. Host was exceptional, with great attention to detail! The bedding in the main bedroom has seen better days and could do with a change.

• Thomas Moser (8/5): Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! - Die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Supermarkt gleich gegenüber. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Ehebett war etwas schmal aber trotzdem bequem.
• Michael (10/5): - Die saubere, kleine Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet was gebraucht wird und bietet ausreichend Platz, um ein paar schöne Tage in London zu verbringen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin über Kurznachrichten war unkompliziert und sie hat sehr schnell und zuvorkommend auf Anfragen reagiert. Durch die Nähe zur Brockley Station, von der aus in ca.15 Minuten London Bridge erreichbar ist, kann von hier aus London super erkundet werden. Direkt über die Straße befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt der alles bietet was fürs Frühstück und Abendessen benötigt wird, allerdings befinden sich auch direkt an der Bahnstation und der dahinter liegenden Brockley Road mehrere Cafés und Restaurants in denen für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel von Frühstück bis Abendessen alles zu finden ist. Zu empfehlen sind das "Chaska Maska", "Brockleys Rock", und "Browns of Brockley". Der einzige Nachteil ist vielleicht, dass es durch die Nähe zur Bahn und zur Straße nicht möglich ist mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist.

• Resmi (8/5): - Excellent location - next to train station and also opposite a good convenience store. Lovely host. Reasonably clean. All required supplies provided - tea, coffee, sugar, salt etc. Coffee machine, Washing machine and hob worked well and we used these. Traffic noise since close to the road. And London was extremely hot in July this year - not a fault of the host ! :( And the apartment with balcony which we had booked did not have a microwave, which I failed to notice in the description earlier. Again, not a fault of the host !
• Iryna (7/5): If you’re okay with the street noise I definitely recommend booking it - The location is very convenient, close to the overground station and a grocery store is right in front of the building. A truly huge grocery store can be found only one overground station away near New Cross Gate station. The apartment has pretty much everything that you need to cook some food. We were pleasantly surprised to find a toaster in the kitchen as well. There are a big and clean refrigerator and a good working washing machine as well as some detergent to use. Teresa was very responsive, even at night! Even though it might seem that apartment is clean, there were some black spots in the shower, some cups were broken and dirty and there were dusty areas in the kitchen. The furniture feels pretty worn out, and a table in the kitchen is tiny even for two people. There is also no big mirror in the whole apartment where you can see yourself in the whole height. The biggest problem for us was the street noise. Even closing the window completely and using earplugs didn’t help very much (but for some people it might be a solution). And this will be the reason for me to not book this apartment anymore in the future. The double bed is actually not as wide as we got used to in Germany so that was an unpleasant surprise, but definitely not the property’s fault, just a standard in UK (160 cm wide in comparison to 180cm in Germany). So I would recommend to book an apartment with two single beds even if you’re a couple

Highly recommend it. - The apartment was very clean and conveniently located - across the street from a supermarket and two minutes walk from the train station. It takes about 25 minutes by train to downtown London. The host was very nice and helpful. She let us check in earlier than the check in time. The keys were easy to obtain and the access to the apartment was easy. The kitchen had everything needed (no microwave though). There were even some basic products left such as salt, sugar, coffee capsules, olive oil. The bathroom was nice and clean. There is no TV, no nightstand on one side of the bed, the kitchen table is quite small and not very convenient for three people. Those were minor issues though and didn't make our stay less pleasant.

It has everything you need for a short stay, with a shop in the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is rather quiet. Very helpful host. quite loudly because of trains.

• Gintare (9/5): Owerall good would recommend - Very good location, 2 minutes way from underground stop and like 4 minutes from bus stop. Food stoor with wide choice across the street (almost downstairs). In kitchen there were all items needed for 3 persons, even some olive oil, solt, granola left. Close to street and underground station, so early morning comparably loud in living room. Small stuff like, mising place were to hang towels after shower, rather cold shower room. When we came to appartment on the first day, flat was really cold, heaters which we turned on, where not able to make room worm so quickly, but in the morning and other days it was all good. All these are small things, location and off season price was worth it. I liked the price and quality ratio.

• Eslam. (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed for 2 nights. The flat is well equipped and clean. Heaters work fine, and furniture is comfortable. There were plenty of parking spaces in the nearby streets. Teresa (the host) is extremely helpful. It felt like an Air bnb experience. She messaged me with detailed check-in information, and she provided us with a baby chair for our child. The area is nice and quiet and there is a big supermarket across the road.

• Santi (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location with Brockley station within 2 minutes walking distance, you can be in Central London within 35 mins of leaving the apartment, and easy street parking in case you have a car. The apartment is cosy and has everything you need for a short stay. The bed is very comfortable, and our host was very quick to respond to our questions. All in all I would recommend this property.

• Julia (10/5): Exceptional - The communication with the host was really really easy👍🏻!We absolutely loved the proxmity to Brockley station which is literally across the road & it only takes around 30 minutes into central London!Furthermore, there are several supermarkts within 400m walking distance (one just across the street-so probably 100m away😉) & nice cafes & restaurants around!The flat is well equipped, spacious & clean and there is a balcony!The flat is next to a street & the train tracks but i didnt feel it was loud (i live in Berlin so maybe my threshold might be lower;-))!All I can say, we loved our stay and i can only recommend-really really good value for money!Thanx for the lovely stay, Helen from Berlin
• Matt (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and comfortable, right next to the shops and the station to get into town. Not to loud either given its location. Communication with the host was excellent! Perfect for a short stay :) The key to the front door was a bit fiddly, but we were warned in advance.

• Judy (8/5): Teresa is a great host. The flat is flat is beautiful and very convenient, it’s also and well stock. 2 - I love the place, it’s very roomy, clean and well maintained. The grocery store is just across and restaurants nearby are a plus. The train station is just stone throw as well. I wish they have elevator, the flat is on the 6th floor, but once you reach the top floor, it’s all worth it. I wish the linens are white and at least fresh. I love their bath towels, super white and smells clean.

• Michał (9/5): Excellent facilities near London overground - The flat is very spacious and cosy. Its advantage is the proximity to London overground from which you can switch to the underground. The whole trip to the centre take a short time and it’s a very convenient way of travelling. The place is equipped with all the things necessary to prepare food, clean, etc. There is a large balcony surrounding the the whole flat which provides a nice view on the neighbourhood. Everything was perfect. No complaints. If I visit London again, I would stay in the same place.
