- Julie (9/5): Good for our overnight stop. Front staff was very frienfky and helpful - We stayed overnight the Location and nice size room. Looked like they were renovating the rooms ours was on the ground floor and the room had under gone some renovation but painting needed to be finalised other than that it was good slept well As I had already said looked like rooms were being renovated. Our room still had bits to be finished off but didn’t effect the bathroom or beds so all was good

Gave us recommendations and directions for dinner and everything else we needed. Lights weren't working when we got into the room but they fixed it really quickly. Couldn't fault the staff. The room is nothing fancy, but comfortable and just fine for an overnight stay. Room was a little bit tired, old carpets and bathrooms. But clean and for the price, nothing to complain about.

The room is perfect, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The female manager was so friendly and also gave us information about the area. Highly recommended this place to stay!! We had checked in the night before and has we were getting ready for our day our door was locked and very thing but we had another guest who just checked in and a cleaner open our door from the outside. We had the dead bolt on so no one would get in but we did not expect to have our door open without a knock or a call out either. There was also water damge amd the shower leaked so we tried to use less water but we had to use the towels to clean up the water

The bed linen was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. As identified by the staff, the bathroom is dated and needs renovation. The room appears to be very clean but upon closer inspection, the furnishings and fittings were very dusty. I ran my finger over the artwork and along the top of other fixtures. There was a lot of dust. There was no room service during my stay as promised which was disappointing. The white brick walls are very unappealing.

We would have appreciated extra pillows, but it wasn't a big deal.

The tap washers in the shower leaked even when overtightened and the bedhead light cover was at a height that was in the way for sitting on the bed
