• Jade (7/5): Great base but needs updating. - Great location. Good sized TV well equipped kitchen and devices for laundry - pegs, airing horse, iron. It’s all quite run down and needs updating. Not quite like the images in the listing. Some things broken to the point of being unsafe. Lots of small fixes that would make it a much nicer stay. Air con didn’t work which was tough in the heat.

• Gary (6/5): Fine as a base not the best maintained apartment - The lady met us and showed us to the apartment, which keys to use rtc The swimming pool was locked and we weren’t informed of this do we had to go to the beach and as two of our party has mobility problems it caused stress as the apartment was at the top of the hill.
• Toinne (1/5): Onhygiënisch, ranzig, slecht behandeld, spreekt geen Engels. Een grote aanfluiting. Ik zou het absol - Niks beviel. De host sprak geen engels. Wij spreken helaas geen spaans. We hebben de sleutels in ontvangs genomen, een formulier mee ingevuld en het werd met de minuut erger. We hebben alle koffers weer ingepakt hebben de sleutels achter gelaten zoals het moest en hebben een nieuwe accomodatie geboekt. Het was zo onhygienisch. De voeten plakte aan de vloer. De keuken lagen de kruimels nog en in de badkamer stonk het gewoon naar poep. De douchekop was afgebroken en ook de stoel was kapot. Daarna een bericht gestuurd via jullie (Booking) naar de host van de accomodatie die wel engels sprak en die gaf aan dat wij gezegd hadden dat het schoon en netjes was, wat absoluut niet het geval was. We konden ook niet praten met de host die daar was omdat ze geen engels sprak, alleen maar Spaans. Als je accomodaties aanbiedt op Booking, vind ik dat je op zijn minst Engels moet kunnen spreken om je verstaanbaar te kunnen maken. Ik vind dit totaal geen manier van zaken doen. Ik heb gevraagd voor een compensatie en een volledige terugbetaling van het bedrag. De host via de chat heeft 1 keer gereageerd en daarna niet meer. Vind het echt een grote schande. Ik heb al zoveel via Booking geboekt en nog nooit een probleem gehad. Werkelijk nog nooit. En al absoluut niet zo slecht behandeld. Ik ga er ook vanuit dat dit alsnog wordt opgelost. Alles
• Dulce Maria (4/5): - La limpieza escasa. Platos y vasos sucios y mal fregados,, sartenes y ollas también con restos de comida de otros huéspedes. Moho en las juntas de la ducha. Menaje de cocina muy escaso. Cuándo llegamos la nevera estaba desenchufada por lo que tuvimos que esperar varias horas hasta que cogiera temperatura para poder usarla. El contacto con el administrador da mucho que desear ya que no te contesta a no ser que le interese.
• Izabella (6/5): The apartment needs refreshing and information about the apartment should be updated. - The apartment is located within walking distance to shops, the beach and restaurants. Benalmadena is nice and quiet - wide beaches, lots of restaurants, plenty of places to walk. A good starting point - it is worth visiting the hill with the cable car or Marbella and nearby towns on the South. The kitchen equipment is quite modest (1 frying pan, 1 small and one larger pot). You have to empty yourself the air conditioning water that collects on the mini balcony into a big plastic bottle - if you forget to do this, the living room will flood. Flat is in block on small hill - going down to the beach is OK, coming back with kids is not so easy. The building was being washed and plastered – workers were hanging at the windows from early morning every day. On one side of the building is a construction site – a tall building in its shell stage (workers + sounds). The gate to the pool fence is locked and unlocked with a key – if your child goes home to use the bathroom, you're locked inside the pool area. If it's hot or the air conditioning is on, you can't use the mini-balcony – the air conditioner is right next to the balcony door, and it's as hot as a desert (a very small, enclosed space, like a greenhouse) but laundry dries very quickly.

• Sandra (9/5): - Ubicación, limpio, parking. Cocina equipada con menaje del hogar y Electrodomésticos nuevos (lavadora, microondas, aires acondicionados, televisor, horno, vitro, frigorífico etc). Cama de matrimonio grande, grandes armarios. Edificio muy tranquilo. Vecinos respetuosos. Piscina más grande de lo que esperaba, buen cuidado del césped y jardines de entrada Un par de enchufes que necesitan reparación. Un poco austero la decoración, pero como íbamos con mascota mejor que hubiera pocos adornos. Y obras cerca por construcción de un edificio
• Guest (6/5): Overall, apartment is very basic but is a decent value for money & is in a safe area. - Apartment is in a good location - there is a shop around the corner and is a 10 minute walk to the beach & restaurants along the sea front. No air con in the second bedroom meaning it was very very hot - no fan either, we did ask for one. The room definitely needs a free standing fan. There is a terrace but you can’t sit out on it as it’s so hot with the extractor fan from the air con. No necessities like tea, coffee, sugar, extra pillows etc Electric used to go off every now and again

• Hage (10/5): Fijne ligging met heerlijke airco - De ligging was perfect. Je bent zo bij het strand en ook snel in het centrum. De communicatie met de eigenaar was ook erg fijn! Er zaten 2 stopcontacten los, maar daar hebben we verder geen last van gehad.

Our host, Borja, was super helpful. We will be booking this one again. Nothing really.My partner thought it could do with an ironing board, but that's a little observance

Pool is nice and everything is really close, beach is short walk, magazines over corner. all good - air cooler was good, rooms nice and clean. in kitchen, everything we need. Beds are good and soft. Washingmachine was extra pluss. Too many keys, to get inside. :)
