• Fahrettin Şefik (7/5): Genel olarak memnun kaldık. - Şehir merkezinden uzak olmasına rağmen ana istasyona çok yakın 3-4 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde olması avantajdı. Budapeşte’ye trenle gideceğimiz için bu oteli seçtik. Havaalanından otele ulaşım da çok kolay 15-20 dakikada trenle gelebiliyorsunuz. 4 yıldızlı olmasına rağmen çok konforlu değildi.

• Tamara (10/5): Perfect location for travelors - The stuff was superfriendly and helpful. Breakfast was delusious with a good choice of food. You can leave your luggage after check out. The hotel is really close to the main station, so if you departure is planned from there and you still have time, it is very convenient. In general all was good. The bathroom was not super clean, but still ok.

• George Constantinou (10/5): - Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό και δίπλα στον κεντρικό σταθμό της Βιέννης με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης μέσα σε 15 λεπτά. Η περιοχή ήταν πολύ καλή και ήσυχη. Η τιμή ήταν εξαιρετική για το επίπεδο των παροχών και την τοποθεσία. Χρειαζόταν να ενημερώνουμε τη ρεσεψιόν για να καθαρίζουν το δωμάτιο και να αλλάζουν τις πετσέτες, το οποίο όμως το έκαναν με προθυμία.

• Christine (5/5): - Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht als preiswerte Übernachtung vor einem sehr frühen Flug am nächsten Tag gebucht. Wir wurden überaus freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen und wurden super informiert wo unser Zimmer zu finden ist. Die 24h Rezeption ist ein klarer Vorteil, wenn man so wie wir später am Abend (gegen 21 Uhr) im Hotel ankommt. Die Lage zum Hauptbahnhof ist perfekt - nah, aber nicht unmittelbar neben den Gleisen. Die Fenster sind super schallisoliert und die Betten waren extrem bequem. Nach unserem Empfinden war das Zimmer sehr sauber und ordentlich. Leider roch es beim Betreten unseres Zimmers im 5. Stock stark nach Kanal - nachdem es bereits spät nachts war und wir früh raus mussten, haben wir uns selbst geholfen und ein nasses Handtuch auf den Abfluss der Dusche gelegt und die Badezimmertür geschlossen, was das Problem gemindert hat. Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir auf Verlangen auch ein anderes Zimmer bekommen hätten - nachdem wir das Problem bereits aus anderen Hotels günstiger Hotelketten kannten (diese bieten teilweise sogar Stopfen für den Abfluss an), haben wir von einer Reklamation aber abgesehen. Für eine Nacht als Übergangslösung in Ordnung. Ich hoffe, dass bei der nächsten Renovierung ein ordentlicher Siphon in der Dusche eingebaut wird...

• Elena (6/5): Не понравилось, что в номере нет халатов и тапочек. На фото улучшенного номера обещали капсульную кофе машину, в итоге в - Очень удобное расположение, в номере чисто. Дали номер более низкой категории, чем я бронировала. Бронировала улучшеный номер, заселили в стандарт, стоимость не изменили. В номере был запах сырости. Не предоставляются тапочки, в ванной пол холодный, неудобно.

• Oleksandr Ivanovych (9/5): Загалом відпочинок у цьому готелі залишив дуже приємні враження. - З головних плюсів хочу відзначити ідеальне розташування та дійсно комфортні умови в номері. Окрема подяка дівчині на рецепції за привітність та готовність допомогти з будь-яким питанням. Також приємно вразили сніданки - все було дуже смачно, свіжо та різноманітно. Рекомендую! Єдине побажання для покращення сервісу - перевірити роботу сантехніки та налагодити якість інтернет-зв'язку.
