• Ivan (10/5): My best stay in a guest house. - The house is conveniently located. Just behind the main street and next to a well-equipeed convenience store, which also serves coffee. A bakery is a few minutes away on foot. Parking on the street in front of the house is generally available and is free. The main advantage of the room is its generous size and very modern look. The double bad is very comfortable and there is a very good seating area, consisting of a table and a sofa. A full-size wardrobe and a cupboard with drawers are sufficient even for a long stay. The features a refrigerator, an electrical kettle and a hair-dryer. The only thing that can be improved is the addition of a shower cabin or a glass in the bathroom to prevent the splashing of water. But this is really a minor remark.

Do sklepu spożywczego 2 sekundy drogi, do piekarni i centrum 5 minut. Położony równolegle od głównej drogi dzięki temu w nocy cisza i spokój. Plac przy obiekcie kawałek placu z altaną w której można przygotować posiłki, zrobić grilla, posiedzieć itp. Meldowanie bezobsługowe, klucze dostaliśmy od sąsiadki, właściwie nie było nam dane poznać właściciela. Dodam bo szukałem tego info, parking jeden jest na placu, jeden poza placem oraz można parkować przy ulicy. Doskonałe miejsce na relaks, jako baza wypadowa w góry lub na termy. Polecam. Będe wracał gdy tylko będzie możliwość.

• Jeremy (9/5): Well worth staying if you're visiting the Rila Lakes - First, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the basics to keep us going. The rooms had small fridges and kettles/cups, and the outdoor kitchen was a great addition to the rooms. There were several restaurants nearby, as well as a small park with ice cream and fountains, and it was an easy drive to the base station of the Rila Lakes. Also, the neighbours were amazingly helpful getting us settled into the rooms and providing advice for the area. We didn't get the greatest communication from the owner, but the neighbours were able to contact them and help us out. Also, the lack of shower curtains was a little annoying, as it got water all over the bathroom floors - but the mop provided helped mitigate that.

It was perfectly situated for us to do the seven lakes hike and is close to the supermarket and restaurants in Sapareva Banya. We would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area. • Doncheva (7/5): Good - The location was perfect and there was space for easy and flexible parking.The room is basic, there is linen, towels ,bathroom, kettle and TV. All is very clean. Wifi is good.Easy access to the room, which is on the ground floor. It was not clear to me during the reservation and in this room there was no option to prepare or warm food, which is not suitable for a family with a young child. We had a crib, but no way to prepare food for the child.There was no kind of hot plate even in the dinner/BBQ covered area in the garden.. There is one apartment with a kitchen in the house, but it is good for more than 2 people. We also had problems operating the AC. The TV didn't have all major national channels and we had to watch our favorite programms on the computer.

Also, it is a perfect place to stay if you plan a trip to 7 Lakes on mount Rila. Bed mattress was uncomfortably and the bath drain had some issues.
