• John (6/5): Luzern is beautiful and we loved the central location but the apartment is sparcely furnished with minimal light fixture - Location close to city centre Spacious two rooms plus bathroom Late night pizza business directly under the apartment’s full wall of windows was unsightly and their security lights flooded the apartment at night. Lowering outdoor full shutters eliminated the light but not the noise. The daytime view of office block windows and train station meant curtains needed to be drawn to provide privacy. Daytime sheers need to be provided because the existing curtains are dark material that blocks daytime light.

• Kenneth (3/5): Better off gettting a hotel! This facility will find ways to add additional charges, completely ruining any budget you t - Proximity to train was great. They look for any possible way to charge you more money than advertised. The shower was so small you could not move without changing the water temperature and/or completely turning the water off with every movement. The water from the shower flows all over the bathroom since there is no barrier. Don’t be fooled with the laundry option, it’s not onsite. They just send your laundry out and charge you twice as much as they pay the person doing the laundry.

• Katy (10/5): Perfect place for a relaxing few days - Excellent location! 5 minute walk to train station, 7 minute walk to Chapel Bridge/Old town with lots of dining opportunities all around! Nice to have extra space to spread out and basic kitchen facilities to heat things up in case you like a lazy morning or are tired at the end of the day and don’t want to go out to eat, we stayed here for 7 nights so it was nice having some down time.

The apartment was nicely decorated/ modern, clean and kitchen had everything needed. Lots of coffee, tea, cream and sugar provided. Liked the towel heater which dried any handwash laundry quickly. FYI the heater control knob is on the heater under the windows. Not a digital wall control. It worked great during our December stay. I wish there was an option for new towels if staying 2 nights or longer. They should provide more than just shampoo and soap. No conditioner or lotion so bring your own.

Fomos recebidos com a maior simpatia pela manager que por cortesia e oportunidade nos levou ao apartamento. A sensação imediata foi que estamos em casa. Eu irei recomendar SEMPRE esta estadia a todos que pensem em estar em Luzern. Tudo o que precisamos está à disposição (excepto azeite), não sentimos falta de absolutamente nada. 3 recursos de supermercados, cafés, lojas, bares, restaurantes, etc. A sala de estar é enorme, o quarto é igualmente generoso e tem acesso a duas casas de banho. A nossa viagem a 3 (filho de 1 ano) ficou marcada pela positiva pela experiência que tivemos aqui. Convenientemente perto (5 minutos) da estação central de comboios e a 12 minutos da popular ponte de Luzern. Fico embaixador para sempre desta experiência. Grato por vos ter conhecido.

• Teresa (6/5): - The apartment was closed to Luzern Train station and Ferry so very convenient getting to other attractions. Apartment was large enough for two adults. The main issues is no A/C and the portable fan unit is not sufficent to keep the rooms cool. The shower curtain in bathroom is not large enough to keep water from spraying onto floor. One last issue is the key. You only get one and you need this to lock the door when you are inside. So if one guest leave and take the key, the other guest cannot lock the door or be locked in and cannot exit.

• Kelsey (8/5): Great spot if it’s not hot out! - Apartment had everything we needed except AC, which was particularly noticeable because it faced the afternoon sun and when we finally could open the windows, the train station and an all hours pizza place were right outside. Not a prob, really, unless you are there in a heat wave, which we were. Perks for our fam were the kitchenette, park across the street, and walkability.

The gals at the reception desk were so friendly and helpful. They loaned us umbrellas to use for the week and they really came in handy! The neighborhood was amazing with plenty of shops, restaurants and bakeries within easy walking distance. It was difficult to keep all of our devices charged. We found the number of outlets challenging for our needs (2 phones, Ipad, 2 watches) but we made it work.

Very well equipped even more so than most Airbnbs we stay at. Not a big negative, but an internal washing machine would have been great. Also only bathroom being off of the bedroom not ideal, but clearly communicated and not easily changed. Would still stay again in a heart beat.

• Nazli (10/5): A fabulous find in the heart of Luzern - This apartment went above our expectations. The location could not have been better. Luzern train station is literally at the back door. There is a beautiful park across the road, and everything we wanted to do was either in walking distance or a short bus ride away. The apartment is very nicely furnished and very well equipped. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Luzern. The appartments does not have a washing machine. Otherwise it was perfect.

The shower is open at the end so absolutely floods the bathroom eery time, no way to avoid it. Bedroom is spacious but bedside tables are unaccountable tiny, too small to accommodate barely more than the lamp! Easily remedied.

We loved everything this city had to offer. The singular bathroom being located in one bedroom makes it not ideal for families with multiple adults (e.g. grandparent or parents). We knew in advance and navigated this fine but a better layout would make this property a 10.0

We loved it all, made our stay in Luzern very special and memorable. Everything was perfect although we did hear the floor squeaking from the people moving about in the apartment above us..not a problem though.
• Gary (10/5): Fantastic apartment in the heart of Luzern. - We picked up the keys to the apartment from a hotel (which manages the apartments) which was a short walk from the main train station. The top floor apartment was large and spotlessly clean with a bedroom, bathroom and separate lounge and kitchen. Super quiet with fantastic block out blinds ensured that we had a good sleep in the super-comfy bed. There was a small elevator to assist with getting suitcases up to the top floor. Pro Tip - there is a great pizza restaurant at the rear of the property that serves amazing pizza :) Nothing - we throughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment!

Immunities are really nice such as there is a dishwasher. There are a lot of plates and the fridge has ample space. What we did not like was the beds. The beds were not really very comfortable. • Beth (10/5): Exceeded all expectations! - Everything was perfect, the location was so convenient to everything and the view from our apartment was amazing. We loved the open airy feeling and how clean everything was. Great bed and linens, water pressure in the shower, not too much noise from the city below. Outstanding stay, I highly recommend! One small issue was the sofa is low to the ground so it is hard for older knees to get up! Just a small complaint, no big deal!
• Janani (10/5): - We had a great time in Lucerne by staying at this property. The apartment had evertything we needed and was very comfortable. Given how Lucerne is so expensive this gave us the opportunity to make simple breakfast, stock up the fridge with essentials and heat up frozen meals. The place is less than 5 mins from the train station and close to all other places.
• Carol (8/5): Very good - Location was good but it was noisy! There is no A/C and you had to sleep with the windows open. I think if we had been on the other side of the building near the park it would have not been so noisy. I did like that we were on the second floor and there was an elevator! The towels were terrible and there were no washcloths. The sheets were stained but I had brought my own sheet from home. It would have been nice to be provided 2 towels per person for a 4 night stay.

The TV is modern and it was easy to access popular streaming stations. The bed is very comfortable and the 2 supplied fans were essential to our comfort as it was quite warm during our stay. Overall, extremely clean and I highly recommend. The only drawback was the shower. While it was immaculate, it was difficult to prevent the water from puddling onto the floor. It is also rather small. That said, the water pressure and temperature control is excellent. We eventually figured out a way to minimize the water spillage though.

• Ian (10/5): Exceptional - Great location so handy to train station and old town etc easy walking distance .staff at hotel reception super helpful. Just one note the Hôtel reception is about 100m down street so go to Hotel central first to check in not the actual apartment address

• Nidhi (9/5): The stay was brilliant :) - The apartment was clean and centrally located. The instruction to collect the keys were not clear as I had gone to the apartment directly and it was the wrong one. Also for long staying guest it would be great if cleaning service could be provided at least once during 7stays.

• Adrienne (9/5): Lovely apartment in great location - The location was very good for us and we were able to book a parking space. The apartment is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom smart and modern. Would stay again despite a few negatives below. Nowhere is perfect! The sofa was a little uncomfortable as cushions kept sliding off. Plenty of space for more seating. Would have liked a washing machine. Not within hotel’s control but employees from business downstairs smoked under the windows and cigarette smoke came in through open windows.

• Sanjiv (10/5): Exceptional - The property is exactly as shown in the photographs. Unbelievably clean and also very well furnished. The pull out sofa bed was also very comfortable. Just a 5 minute walk from the station, the location is fantastic. The receptionist was extremely warm and helped us with all our queries and requests. We had a great time!
• Paul (10/5): We were able to easily walk to our touring events in Lucern from the apartment. - Reception host escorted us off-site to our apartment and identified our parking space. He provided us with the necessary information for use of the kitchen. The apartment was quiet and adjacent to the main train station and a short walk to the center of town. Lucern is also located within a convenient drive to Zurich for a day outing.
• Judy (10/5): - The one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept better here than anywhere else on our trip. The location was fantastic. The second half bath made it easier with three of us staying here. A little expensive, but everything in Lucerne is, so overall value was good.

• Meiske (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect!! Big space, near to train station and coop/ migros! A bit noisy if you open the windows,but that just a small problem because this location is in the center of the city :) Maybe need to provide more pillows and washing machine would be nice
