• Mohamed (8/5): ممتازه الشقة والموقع ممتاز تقدر تمشي له إلى كل مكان ولكن الشقة بارده - الشقة وايد كبيرة و مافيها مساحه حلوه والغرفة الثالثه عباره عن نص غرفة ولكن تمشي الحال وزينه مثلا تكون حق غرفة أطفال او شخص واحد بروحه ام بالنسبة للموقع قريب كان عن السنتر و الموظفين الي تعاملنا معاهم جدا ممتازين والشقة دايما بارده

• Cristian (8/5): No volvería a arrendar con Suits4days - Muy buena ubicación, a pasos de plaza Cataluña. El lugar es un edificio antiguo y el departamento conserva detalles muy bonitos. El interior del edificio está siendo pintado y va a quedar precioso. No volvería a arrendar un departamento de Suits 4 days. La comunicación con Suits 4 days es muy mala, traté de pedir acceso al departamento 2 hrs antes del check in y me respondieron que si, pero luego no tuve ninguna respuesta más a través de la plataforma de booking, a pesar de mis consultas. Solo me volvieron a contactar por el cobro de una reserva adicional en una plataforma que no funcionaba. Todo muy mal!!! Finalmente, Suits 4 days me contactó 10 min antes del check in y llegaron más tarde con la llave. Fue muy decepcionante mi llegada y no tuve comunicación hasta que informé mi check out.

Talan egyetlen pozitivum ez lehet a lakassal kapcsolatban, de ezt tobbszorosen felulirja a lakas szornyen siralmas allapota es kialakitasa! Ez 2025-ben megengedhetetlen, kiveve, ha hajlektalanokat fogad!!!! Semmi sem tetszett!!!! Elavult, rossz minosegu, komor lakas! Kicsi, es a tobb penz remenyeben hasznalhatatlan rossz tereket alakitottak ki, ugy ereztem magam az egyagyas szobaban, mintha a “vilaghaboru idejen korhazba kerultem volna!!!” A szemelyzet felre beszel minden reklamacioval kapcsolatban! Zajos lepcsohaz es belso nyilaszarok, ezen felul elhasznaltak! A fotok nagyon megtevesztoek, abszolut szandekosan! A lakasok belso kialakitasat, minoseget, funkciojat nem akadalyozza az epulet muemleki mivolta, de a hibakra ezt kaptam magyarazatkent!!! Semmi koze hozza!!!! A hazirendben benne van, hogy ne legyen hangos senki, de az nincs benne, hogy a lakas onmagaban roppant hangos, a klima kritikan aluli hanggal mukodik, melyre azt a magyarazatot kaptam, hogy az nem a klima, hanem az AC pumpa….. mindenki dontse el, hogy vajon a muszaki kialakitasra voltam e kivancsi, vagy idegesitett a folyamatos daralo zaj, pont mint egy ipari kavefozo…!!! A lakasban termeszetes feny hianyaban folyamatos villanyfenynel lehet elni..! A nappalinak nevezett helyisegben az ablakokat nem lehet becsukni, zarszerkezet hianyaban!!! A belso ajtok kopottak, a fotokon lathato fali kepek mar nincsenek, helyette leszakadt festekfolt a falon!! Az egyetlen helyisegben talalhato termeszetes fenyt nyujto ablako levo rolo feher szinben volt valaha megvasarolva, jelenleg szurkes-sarga a piszoktol, s hasznalhatatlan…! Az ágyak egy egyszeru fem keretre helyezett nehany agyracsbol allo szerkezetek, rajta egyszeru matrac, ami egyebkent csuszkal, ott tartozkodasunk alkalmaval a mienket konkretan cserelni is kellett, mert a reggeli felkelesnel szetesett! A nappali kanape koszos, tamlaja letort! Ezek utan nem hasznaltunk tanyert, mert a tapasztalt higienia mellett nem mertunk beloluk enni..! A kisebb furdoben kizarolag gyerek ulhet a wc-re, mert egy felnottnek oldalrol kell ulnie, nem fer el a laba!

• Dave (4/5): Disappointing - Very frustrated to collect the property keys on arrival --waiting on the street for nearly three hours before an employee arrived to provide access to the property. 1) Prolonged Check-In Process: Despite multiple emails to complete the online check-in, the process remained unresolved, causing unnecessary frustration. 2)Payment Issues: My Canadian credit cards were not accepted for the tax and deposit payments required for online check-in. This limitation was neither communicated beforehand nor resolved promptly. 3)Delayed Assistance: After struggling with the check-in process, My wife and I were left waiting on the street for nearly three hours before an employee arrived to provide access to the property. This delay caused immense inconvenience and frustration. 4)Receipt Not Provided: Despite paying the tax in cash as requested, I have yet to receive a receipt, which is unacceptable and leaves me without proper documentation for my records.
• Eliav (8/5): Location +++ Check-in - - Location, Location, Location. The apartment is located 7 min walk from all must seen spots in the city center. Also is very well equipped. There is an elevator in the building, so its easy with the suitcases. We were surprised with a bottle of wine, and handful of Nespresso pods Check in can be better... We picked the keys from a warehouse far away from the place.

• Coebar (9/5): Awesome - Location and a very nice building with historical significance Air conditioning made a very annoying noise every 10 to 15 minutes when purging condensation - so we had to turn it off at night in order to avoid waking up frequently. Despite that we’d consider booking again.

• Magda (9/5): Beautiful apartment and location, rather expensive but fully enjoyable :-) - Great location, beautiful furniture, fully equipped. The deposit was fully reimbursed shortly after our stay. They gave us the keys on site, a very friendly person, and despite being a local bank holiday. The apartment was clean (above the average, compared with other short-term rentals in Barcelona), a deep cleaning would be welcome (i.e. dust on top of the ceiling lamps). Also minor repairs could be made (like replacing the pieces to ensure that the living room windows can be closed properly --for safety and not to waste heating). Some bed linen pieces were too small and we could easily end up sleeping on a bare mattress...

The place was more than big enough to host five guests and there were plenty facilities within if needed. Collecting the keys could have been a little bit easier but we arrived late so were thankful we could still pickup. The apartment is also in a residential area so also need to make sure not to be too loud.
• Philip (5/5): Not recommended, key collection site too far, mattress smelly, delay refund of security deposit. - The apartment is big. It is quiet at night. The location is near Placa de Catalunya and access to Metro is near. They provided enough cutleries, dishes etc. 1. Site for key collection is far from the apartment. It is not the location described in booking.com. It is farther. I was informed of the change only when I emailed the property to clarify the original address. After arriving Barcelona airport, our family members have to separate into 2 groups, one to fetch the keys, the other stay outside the apartment to look after the luggages. The lady at the key collection site is friendly. 2. The bed mattress in one room has a stinky smell, the blankets are not clean, there was blood stain on one blanket, ouch! 3. The air conditioner produced loud noise periodically, probably related to the installation of an external control for the air conditioner. No way to reduce this. 3. I was charged 300Euro as a security deposit and it was meant to be refunded on the day of check out. On check-out, I tidied up the apartment, sent pictures of keys left behind inside the property, as a gesture of being good guests. There was no refund, despite repeated request through Whatsapp. I have to launch a complaint to booking.com, and only after submission of a complete bank statement to booking.com, the property refunded the sum to me. Their reason of delay is a problem with PayPal, which is difficult to accept. Never tell me before my complaint.
