Russell (9/5): A great apartment in a great location - The property is spacious and in a good location. It is easy to access using an electronic lock via an app on your phone. It is quiet, apart from when it rains , as some of the guttering is broken so it sounds like drumming! Lots of bars and restaurants are close by as it the Plaza Mayor and the train station. The sofa is not very comfortable.

Cintia (1/5): Most expensive stay ever, horrible resolution to issues - Unlike other reviews said, this apartment is located in a really nice an safe area of Madrid. The place is really big, comfortable, well equipped and clean. Unfortunately, they asked me for my credit card details and make a pre-transaction of 250 euros as a deposit. I had a small incident and the kitchen counter got a burn (due to its very bad quality). Without even consulting me, they charged my credit card the previous 250 plus 200 euros more, claiming it was to compensate for the damage to the property. I asked them to send me the invoice from the company that did the repair as proof, but they never did. I tried to contact the owner of the company but she never replied. I am sure they must have insurance for any contingency and still they charged me a ridiculous amount. I would not recommend staying here despite being a really nice place because in any eventuality they will charge the amount they consider correct without even consulting or sending proof of the actual amount of the repair. In addition, the lock is electrically operated and you can open it from your cell phone via a link they sent to you. This is convenient but also has malfunctions. One morning the apartment door kept opening without me activating it. Luckily I was there, otherwise anyone could have entered the apartment.
