Nicole (1/5): Unclean apartment and unpleasant host—would not recommend. - Nothing about this apartment met expectations. The building has a nice pool and gym. The mall is convenient. The place was just unclean (photos attached): visible mold in the shower, stray hairs everywhere, cockroaches & even dead bugs in the freezer. The tea kettle was filthy—I had to clean it with vinegar and q-tips just to use it. The shower products provided were large, old, reused-looking bottles that appeared unhygienic. One night, I drank tea with honey, left the cup on the counter & found a dead cockroach inside it the next morning. The unit also had a strong moth ball smell that was so heavy I had to leave the fan on & windows open, & it still didn’t fully dissipate. I could tell it was masking a gross sewage odor. Overall, the level of cleanliness was well below acceptable, even for a homestay. I have no idea why it has the rating it does. Upon departure, I also had an uncomfortable interaction with the host. His tone & behavior were aggressive & uncalled for. I ordered a same-day delivery package scheduled for the day before, but it was delayed at no fault of mine (Shopee issued a voucher & rescheduled delivery for the next day, coinciding with my checkout). After checkout, I remained nearby waiting for the package & sent a polite message to the host asking whether the package could be held in the mailroom briefly IF it arrived after I needed to leave. I made it clear I was still on-site, did not expect the host to be personally responsible & was only asking as a contingency. Despite this, the host responded rudely, was unnecessarily aggressive & combative & stated that he had “reported” me to the platform. His exact message said I was reported for “ordering things from online without proper scheduling on the parcel delivery timing.” To avoid further hassle, I adjusted my travel plans so I could wait, and no assistance from the host was ever needed, making the the extent of his rudeness even more unnecessary.

Sakura (8/5): Good for short stay and close to Jln Ampang - I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is convenient and very peaceful - perfect for a relaxing break or Zoom meetings. The host was friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth. No deposit required. But there was a penalty RM50 bc I checked out at 1 PM. But it was fine for me. The unit has one free covered parking space, 1 comfortable bedroom + queen-size bed + one bathroom + balcony. It also comes with a smart TV, washing machine, and Wifi - everything worked perfectly. The place is very quiet during the day and at night, which I really appreciated. The kitchen had simple cutleries, cookware, and dishes, which was perfect for a short stay. Just next to the condo (same building) was a mall - grocery store, pharmacies, restaurants. A linked bridge connecting to the LRT Jelatek Station. And 10 mis drive to KLCC or Giant and Jusco AU2. I asked the host if the washing machine was a 2-in-1 with a dryer, and they said yes. Unfortunately, it wasn’t - it was just a regular washer. I had to hang my clothes to dry, but there wasn’t a proper place to do so. I just left my clothes on the dining chairs to dry. I felt really sad and disappointed bc I was told something untrue, and it made part of my stay less comfortable.

Miza77 (6/5): hopefully invest some money to improve households quality - Walkable Access to LRT, Many choices of food in the Mall, also 24hrs nasi kandar rest and nice 2CU store. only 2 thin pillows provided iron board without base dirty carpet yellow stains each toilet end

Azy (9/5): The unit was ok but price advertised is misleading. - The unit been advertised with RM148 per day, however I have been charged with RM 230.74 which including the cleaning fee. I am a bit disappointed with this extra charge of cleaning fee, RM70. Please be more transparent when advertised the unit, it was totally misleading!
