Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can rent them at the property or bring your own. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay.

Ajla (10/5): Great location and price! - The location, the layout of the property and the price. The only thing missing was a hair dryer.
Lynda (8/5): Overall was enjoyable - The property was clean and comfortable and well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. A nice little welcome pack of teabags and chocolates although the tea bags were wet so maybe the place of storage prior to placement in house needs to be looked at. A bit noisy in windy weather as the outside blinds and sail bang and flap against the poles quite loudly. Also feel the advertising of 3 bathrooms is miss leading as there are only 2 bathrooms and a third toilet.
Amanda (7/5): Clean, safe and good location - -Large and spacious for a family -Quiet, safe location -Close to the beach and shops -Clean and well maintained -No linen provided, including towels and bath mats -No dryer -No toilet paper (we had to purchase absolutely everything) -No portacot available. This was the first property that didn’t have this option -Key pick up and drop off is 10 minutes away from the location. If you arrive at night, be prepared to fumble in darkness -Tile grouting in the bathrooms had mould and living room sky light had black mould on it
Margaret (7/5): I enjoyed catching up with my family but would likely not return. - Location was good. A few blocks to the beach. Swimming pool would have been a bonus to families with small children. Other guests allowing their children to have free (and noisy) access at 7 am was not so much appreciated by my adult guests. There was nothing hospitable provided by the host. After paying top dollar for the property, you are requested to pay for linen & beds are unmade or you can provide your own. The ‘welcome pack’ provides 2 tea bags, Nescafé instant and uht milks. Ick. Not even enough for the 3 adults staying and paid for. No coffee capsules for the machine that gathered dust in the corner of the kitchen. No salt or pepper even. It all seems petty and small minded. Why can I not leave key at property? Rather I am requested to drive to Nelson’s Bay to return. Your happy email telling me to drop off by 10am to Nelson’s Bay is silly. I have the place until 10 and am not required to leave prior.
