• Adamovich (10/5): Overall, a very nice and thoughtful place to stay! - We had a great stay at these apartments. The flat was clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. We especially appreciated the availability of a hairdryer, an iron, and a coffee machine — all the little details that make a stay more convenient. Everything was well-equipped for a comfortable visit. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a small set of toiletries and complimentary water. The location is very convenient, with plenty of shops nearby, including a 24/7 supermarket, and the metro is also close by. The only small downside was the absence of a kettle.

• Adel (10/5): - Great accommodation for a quick visit to Milan, the room was clean and the amenities were clean and up to standard. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and would be happy to go back for my next trips to milan.
• Trenea (3/5): - “Very Disappointing Stay – I Would Never Return” My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. First of all, the check-in time listed on Booking (12:30) was not respected. We were only able to enter the apartment at 14:00, without any clear explanation or apology. The instructions for accessing the apartment were also unclear. There are two building sections, but it was never mentioned that we needed to take the elevator from the right side, so we wasted time trying to figure out how to get in. Communication was another major issue. When we had problems, no one answered the phone, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. The amenities provided were completely insufficient. For a 3-night stay and two people, we received only one small shower gel and one small shampoo. We also had just one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay, which is unacceptable. There were no kitchen paper towels either. Although the bed linen had clearly been washed, it was full of stains, which was very unpleasant. On top of that, the apartment was cold, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Lastly, the Wi-Fi listed in the check-in instructions did not match the one actually available inside the apartment, adding more confusion. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations, and I would never return to this property.

• Mathusan (5/5): An okayish apartment with good equipment but bad location - There were many equipments that you can use for your stay. The location was bad as you need to walk over 10min for a bus or metro. We needed to get into the apartment by ourselves but it was very tricky and the given instructions were bad as well. Atleast put some clear pictures.
• Marina (2/5): Very poor - The apartment’s location is great—close to shops, bakeries, and the metro. 'La Pasticceria di Valeria' is highly recommended for breakfast. Easy check-in with a video guide. Small balcony with bench and table. - We chose these apartments because they had a washing machine, but it displayed a DE (door error) when we tried to start the wash cycle. Despite informing the maintenance team, the broken door handle couldn’t be fixed during our three-day stay, so we had to wash clothes by hand. - The day before check-out, we discovered the key box code had changed, but the check-out email still listed the old one. We had to ask for the new code ourselves, though the maintenance team responded quickly via WhatsApp. - There was also no electric kettle, so we had to boil water in a pot, which was inconvenient and unsafe. - The gas stove’s automatic ignition didn’t work (a lighter was provided), and one burner was inoperable. - The microwave filled with smoke after a few seconds of use, so we avoided using it again. - The frying pan was warped. - Opened pasta packages were left on the kitchen shelves, making them unsafe to eat. - The fridge was noisy, and we could clearly hear the neighbors. Conclusion: The apartment is suitable for a one-night stay with no cooking or laundry; avoid longer stays—appliances are unreliable, poorly maintained, and the apartment isn’t worth the cost.

• Aida (7/5): All in all I am not disappointed, but would probably pay a bit more next time and be closer to the center. - 1. The hosts: very reactive. Called them or texted them and they were always open to contact. They allowed us to check in earlier with no issues. 2. Clear instructions on how to navigate or find the apartment 3. They had complimentary water and coffee. Also essentials like a broom and mop in case of need 4. Bonus: a hair spray 😄 always nice thing to find on case of a need. 5. Good closet space 6. Really comfortable mattress. 7. Nice building. 8. Working AC 9. 24/7 carefour supermarket in a few mins walk which is convenient. 10. Metro is 10 mins walking distance 1. Noises. I know this is not the host’s fault, however the neighbours started some drilling from 8am which was really unpleasant. The neighbours above were moving chairs at around 1-2AM and it does wake you up if you don’t use earplugs. 2. We did have a random ring on the door at 9AM on one of the days. 3. Blankets for the winter and super thin and not warm enough. There was an additional blanket in the wardrobe, but that was thin as well. There’s an AC, but having it on all night is very noisy and inconvenient. 4. No kettle to boil water 5. The towels are not a good size. They are small for shower, especially for men. 6. The black kitchen chair has stains. I know that it probably has been cleaned, but yet the visual is not really nice.
• Beatrice (9/5): Everything was very nice, clean, position is very strategic, neighborhood is nice and quiet. - Position was super in terms of public transport, especially the metro M1 (which takes you to the actual city centre and train station). Facility was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing i didn’t like was the lack of scottex

A short distance to the subway station that connects with the main attractions. The studio was clean and had all the amenities we needed to feel like home. Strongly recommend!

• Luke (8/5): Very good - The flat itself was excellent: spacious, clean, comfortable and modern, definitely good value for money. The location wasn't great, with a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest metro, then another 10-15 minute ride to the central area.
• Karin (8/5): Overall stay was nice. - Nice studio apartment with everything one needs for a short stay. Easy to find it and get the keys. Terrible pillows! Constant light peeping sound (that probably came from a different apartment) that kept me awake at night.
• Ashlee (9/5): Short but sweet stay - Sadly our stay was cut short due to a flight delay - so we were only sad we couldn't spend more time in this lovely space. The communication was clear and checkin easy. The studio was clean and very well equipped with sweet decor. I found the bed very comfortable as well. The location was accessible to the metro and supermarket etc. nearby. We found it a lovely comfortable stay.
