• Tine1978 (10/5): Ontspannen in Logrono - Gemakkelijke communicatie met de eigenaar. Locatie vlakbij het culinaire centrum. Goede regeling voor de parking, al moet je weten dat je de straat niet in mag met de wagen. Teveel bagage laat je beter thuis.

• Kimberlee (9/5): - Appartement idéalement situé, fidèle aux photos. Le propriétaire s’est montré disponible et attentif. Le logement est très bien équipé pour un court séjour. Quelques petits détails qui n’ont pas impacté notre séjour mais qui pourraient être améliorés : la pression d’eau un peu faible dans la douche et la température légèrement fraîche dans l’appartement. Nous n’avons pas réussi à activer le chauffage.

Alojamiento que se puede recomendar al que quiera visitar Logroño, sus bodegas y sus pueblos cercanos . ¡Volveremos! Pues ... nada en especial .

• GUY W (10/5): - David was an exceptional host. When we had technical difficulties with our phone, he even hopped into the car with us to personally guide us to the apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed—the place was immaculate, in a prime location close to Calle Laurel, and beautifully decorated by his wife Sonia, whose eye for detail made it truly one of a kind. At one point we asked David where to buy more coffee, and instead he showed up with it himself. The warmth, care, and thoughtful touches from both David and Sonia made this an unforgettable stay in Logroño. We will definitely be back—thank you both for making our trip so special!
• thomas (7/5): Asked for a late checkout but refused saying cleaners would be arriving at 11.15. We had a coffee out side the apartment - Well decorated if a little pink. The windows are at the back of the property so your view is made of laundry from other apartments.
• Sangwon (7/5): Nice flat to explore the Rioja region - Great location, the interior matched the photos, and parking was convenient once we figured it out. Communication with the host was super. The flat felt a bit cramped for a two-bedroom, with only one shared bathroom. No views.
• Cristina (9/5): DÍAS DIVERTIDOS - El apartamento en una escalera antigua, bonita. Bien reformado, el espacio de la cocina/comedor muy bonito. El baño precioso. Muy buenas toallas. La habitación de matrimonio pequeña, pero la cama cómoda, con un buen armario. Tiene cafetera y te dejan cápsulas de bienvenida. La ubicación muy céntrica, a dos minutos de la calle Laurel, con bares, restaurantes, supermercado, tiendas ... El que tenga el parking al lado (buena plaza) es un plus. Tiene ascensor. Con el anfitrión nos comunicamos por WhatsApp, bueno, igual estoy un poco mayor, me parece un poco frío el método, aunque estuvo pendiente y nos recomendó buenos sitios para tapear. Gracias Sergio. La verdad es que estuvimos muy bien y repetiríamos el sitio, aunque igual haya pequeños detalles a mejorar. Hay aire acondicionado en el comedor/cocina, pero no en las habitaciones. En días más calurosos de los que nos hizo a nosotros, por suerte, podría resultar un problema. Igual ventiladores en el techo sería una buena opción. Agua en la nevera hubiera sido un detalle agradecido. No esperéis vistas, dan todas las ventanas a feos patios interiores, aunque eso no se puede evitar. En general, muy buena estancia,

• José María (10/5): Magnífico apartamento para visitar Logroño - Todo perfecto. Un gran apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días visitando la zona. El parking, un plus. -
• Susann (10/5): - Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, die sehr gut gelegen ist, um die Innenstadt von Logroño zu erkunden. Der Parkplatz, der zu der Wohnung gehört ist sehr nah an der Wohnung. Also ideal, um Ausflüge in der Umgebung zu machen. Die eohnung ist schön gestaltet, das Bett war sehr gemütlich und der Kontakt zum Vermieter prima, er hat immer schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Supermarkt gibt es um die Ecke zum Einkaufen. Alles echt toll! Da gab es nichts.

El apartamente muy cerca del centro super comodo y limpio. Ademas incluye parking al lado mismo. Todo super correcto
• Alain (8/5): Enjoyed our stay in Logrono, well equipped, well located, comfortable apartment however much better cleaning required. - Adorable apartment, very well located, had everything we needed as far as the kitchen was concerned, washing machine, dishwasher, essentials. A bottle of local wine and chocolates were left for us at our arrival, which was a Lovely gesture. Cleanliness on the other hand left a lot to be desired! The floors were absolutely filthy and even after cleaning them with 4 swiffer sheets, they were still dirty and our feet were black and there was inches of dust under the beds. This was so disappointing and although I was grateful there were cleaning products and swiffer in the apartment, it’s not for guests to clean ! Owners/managers please be mindful that cleanliness is more than just surface because the apartment has so much to offer. Well decorated, excellent location for walking and discovering lovely Logrono, has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

• Raúl (10/5): Una casita de ensueño - La decoración. Es tal y como se ve en las fotos o más bonita. Además está muy bien equipado y desde la calle donde está puedes acceder a todo, supermercado, bares, restaurantes, tiendas.... David, un encanto, nos puso todas las facilidades, fue siempre muy amable y nos hizo buenas recomendaciones (siempre a través de WhatsApp como es habitual) El aparcamiento está al lado, está incluido y es enorme, eso sí, Al buscar la plaza fijate en el número y en la letra, los números se repiten para cada letra en cada planta. La primera vez no nos dimos cuenta de que habíamos aparcado en la plaza que no era (no pasó nada afortunadamente) Las vistas. Todo está tan bonito que te anima a cerrar las cortinas para no romper el encanto, unos patios horribles. No puede tenerse todo. No está en el centro (histórico), pero llegas enseguida dando un paseo

We are unfamiliar with Spanish washer/dryer combination and unsure how to operate. We asked the question how to use the dryer component and the response was that it spins. We asked to follow up question with the same response. Other than that minor inconvenience a lovely apartment.

Parking was nearby in a underground parking garage and reserved for the apartment. Less than two minutes walk with elevator access.
