• Brianne (10/5): - The most BEAUTIFUL view ever from the balcony! We had such a great stay here! Location is great - super close to the beach and restaurants. The host was super helpful and let us drop our bags early which was amazing. The apartment it self is perfect - well equipped kitchen, clean facilities, everything you need!! We wish we could have stayed for longer!! We definitely recommend staying here in Himare and hope to come back soon!!

• Marianne (10/5): - Excellent, clean, and well-equipped apartment with magnificent sea view and afternoon/evening sun on the terraces! The location is perfect, only few steps away from the main beach, playground and nearby restaurants! The entrance can be a bit tricky to find and involves climbing some stairs, but the host is very friendly and provides clear, detailed instructions. The apartment is also well-suited for families - there are two comfy sofa beds. Due to the good location, finding a free parking spot during the high season might be a bit challenging. Fortunately, this wasn't an issue in April.

• Fakhr Eddin (8/5): Recomendable for great location and good views. - Great location and amazing views. The host shared clear and detailed explanations for check in. The apartment had all the basic needs and overall it was a very good stay. Mind that to get to the apartment you have to climb a few stairs, wasn’t a problem at all for us, but it’s good to know before hand. We stayed in Himare in low season so we didn’t have problems to park, but in a high season it could be an issue. Although the bathroom was generally clean, it had items used by previous guests in the shower (used soap bar, etc)

The patio view over the ocean is incredible! Thanks to Fane for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

• RODOLFO (10/5): Un 10 enorme - Todo. No suelo calificar con 10, pero este sitio y sus anfitriones se lo merecen. El apartamento tiene una vista fabulosa y a pocos pasos de la playa y el malecón. Está perfectamente equipado y cuenta con esos pequeños detalles que demuestran que a sus dueños realmente les importa que estés bien. No tengo nada que criticar.

• Marelle (10/5): - The view from the property was exceptional. It was also tucked at the end of a private path so quite private. We really appreciated the mosquito screen so we could have the door open in the evening and the aircon of course! The owner’s aunt was a lovely person who was always asking if we needed anything. She was always around cleaning the apartments, watering the plants etc. We got plenty of nice fluffy towels and fresh ones after a couple of days. All in all an excellent experience and planning to be back! Nothing really. If I had to be picky, the steps up to the apartment but only because I have hip issues. Wouldn’t stop me booking again as view is fantastic.

• Lau (7/5): Overall, for the value, you get such an amazing view. Only thing is if you are a light sleeper, might not be great with - The view from the apartment is amazing. You get to watch the sunset everyday at the balcony. Although there were quite abit of stairs coming up to the property, seemed like it was a reasonable amount compared to other properties in Himare. Location is also super close to restaurants and the bus stop. Staying at the ground floor, i could hear the neighbours in the apartment late night coming back from a night out which was pretty loud and disturbed my sleep mid way. There was also no washing machine.

• Mónica (10/5): Volvería sin duda - Las vistas son preciosas. El check-in fue fácil de coordinar y también tienen opción de dejar la llave en una caja de seguridad. La anfitriona es muy amable, todo estaba muy limpio y cuidan los detalles: dejaron una botella de agua en la nevera, papel higiénico, café y té. Además, la ubicación es perfecta, a un paso de la playa. La primera vez puede costar un poco encontrar el alojamiento, aunque te facilitan un vídeo explicativo. A mí me habría venido genial un pequeño croquis o mapa, con eso ya sería perfecto.
• Gisele (9/5): Excellent place to enjoy Himare. - The beach-front location, close to many restaurants and supermarket, the astonishing view from the balcony, the attention and kindness of the host (very quick in response and who even provided us with water and coffee), and the clean and spacious apartment. Not a problem with the apartment at all, but the surrounding with beach clubs can be noisy, if you are a light sleeper. Again, not a real issue, but the shower curtain could be longer to avoid splashing water over the bathroom.

• Pedro (8/5): Ubicación 10. el baño necesita una reforma - La ubicación es excepcional Como áreas de mejora, tendrían que facilitar el parking y marcar la ubicación de Google en otro punto porque a nosotros nos mandó el GPS por las calles de arriba en un infierno de callejon sin salida. Menos mal que nos ayudaron los vecinos y salimos después de mucho sudar y marcha atrás. El cuarto de baño también necesita una pequeña reforma. La cortina es corta y se sale el agua cuando te duchas

• Steph (8/5): Enjoyable stay with a beautiful view! - Location was excellent, so close to everything so we did not have to travel far. Balcony was lovely with the most beautiful view. Didn’t meet the owner but Auntie was so lovely! Bathroom was a bit outdated and the shower was a bit awkward.

Imaginez le temps d’une semaine, ouvrir la fenêtre et prendre le petit déjeuner en tête à tête avec la mer adriatique… voilà ce qui vous attend ! Pour ce qui est de l’appartement, il est comme sur les photos, clean à souhait et avec toutes les commodités. Bonus : Joey et sa tante sont vraiment disponibles pour toutes les infos et si il y a besoin.

• Kristiana (9/5): Amazing as the second time, for sure we will come back next year ☺️ - Location is perfect and you have an amazing sea view. Very close to the center and many bars, restaurants, markets and shops. The apartment is very clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable, the staff very kind. You have everything u need in the kitchen to cook whatever you want. There’s no thing that i didnt like because for us was the second time staying in the same place and everything was even better this time. But i want to give u some suggestions, in the kitchen for example there should be at least oil and salt which are essential for cooking. Also, maybe you can add a washing machine service in property (maybe with a fee) because for people who stay more than 3 days its very necesary. And why to go and pay someone else, when you can have it there in the property.
• Tara (8/5): Very good - Easy check in and communication with the host. Beautiful view from the balcony and only a very short walk from restaurants etc. The apartment was clean and tidy. No parking however the host provided suggestions of where to park - we misinterpreted and got a couple of parking fines! So would recommend using a paid parking lot rather than trying to find free parking. A little bit of noise from a club/restaurant nearby but not a big deal. The shower curtain was a bit dysfunctional and the shower itself was pretty tiny so my tall partner struggled a bit, but not a major issue.

• Anonymous (8/5): Perfect accommodation in the centre if ahi are - The property has the best view from the balcony - the sea and bay and the mountains. It was clean with good quality fittings. Air con worked well. The location was really close to the end of the public beach, perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The host kept in contact with us throughout our stay and we were visited regularly by Marina her aunt who provided anything we needed. She even brought us home produced Raki and oregano. We highly recommend Fane’s apartments.! It was a little noisy from the beach life, but we got used to this and it actually added to the friendly vibe and experience of Albania.

Highly recommend the place. You have to climb a flight of stairs to get there and the parking is not included. Though there is quite some free street parking or some paid parking there which can be used.

The host was so kind, helpful, and very easy to get into contact with. They supported us with any questions we had throughout our stay. The location was absolutely perfect. Everything was within easy walking distance.
• Kingaszejka (10/5): You'll enjoy stunning sea view and even better sunsets from an amazing terrace 😍 - The best location in Himare! You're central but not next to busy coastal road. You can enjoy stunning sea view and even better sunsets but you don't need to climb the mountains. Btw, all those enchanted views you have available from, in my opinion, the best place in the apartment - Terrace! We truly loved it! Few minutes to the beach, all coffee shops and all amenities. I have to mention as well how helpful and kind is the owner. Very responsive and prepared - we got the clearest explanation of how to get to the apartment - super handy! We will miss morning coffee on the terrace... hopefully we'll be back again.
• Janepursey (9/5): Lovely flat with a great beach view in central Himare - The location is fab with a lovely view over the beach and for the sunset. It is minutes down to the beach or to the main bus stop if you're using the public buses to get around. The patio space is nice for eating meals but also drying wet swimsuits and towels. Good wifi throughout the flat. There is an aircon in the main room which works very well. Good sized fridge and freezer for storing food and drinks. You're in contact with Jessie online who replies very quickly and is super helpful. Her aunt cleans the rooms and will pop in and out - although she has limited English, she was always happy and smiley! As we arrived early, we could drop our bags and head to the beach which was great! Would definitely recommend Fane's apartments! These are very minor, but the bathroom is a little dated and there are limited kitchen utensils. This did not stop us from completely enjoying our stay!

• Sea2sea (10/5): Great value for a seaside holiday - Fane's Apartments are in an excellent location in Himarë, a very short walk from the beach, restaurants, public transportation, etc. The apartment has everything you'll need. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed is comfortable, and the bedroom is quiet---I slept like a rock after a nice beach day. The lounge has two twin-sized sofas, so a family of 4 could holiday here. The patio is as pictured---a beautiful view and space to relax. Your hosts are easy to communicate with and super kind. They provide very clear instructions for getting to the apartments. This is a great value in Himarë! Not a dislike, but note that there are stairs on the way to the apartments, so don't overpack like I did.

The location was ideal, central to all beaches, local amenities, and scenic walks. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea waves each night was incredibly relaxing . The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a fantastic stay at the apartment and Himare.

Host & "Aunt" were lovely. Very easy check in & check out. Shower head didn't stay up very well. Mesh in the balcony door was ripped so flies could still get in. We were bitten quite a bit but this could just be time of year too! Overall very lovely stay & the highlight of our Albanian trip so far!

• Penny (9/5): Perfect stay for our 1st time in Albania. 💯 would recommend and would stay again. Thank you! - Location is perfect. Set up and overlooking the town and beach. It’s a small guesthouse, but your apartment has a good size bed and bathroom, a sitting room with table and chairs and kitchen hobs and a lovely veranda. Communication from the owners niece is very efficient and they even send a video of how to find them, which is super useful in Albania. The Aunt, who owns it, is sweet and even lent us a beach umbrella, which we really needed as was hot. So close to places to eat and drink. Perfect spot and spotlessly clean! Only thing and it didn’t bother us, as the AC works perfectly, so can shut windows at night, was the music from a local bar. But it stops by 1 and I don’t know where you would find somewhere in Himare, that you wouldn’t hear it.

• Cayley (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent, right in the heart of Himare and so close to the beach. The beds were comfortable, even the couches which turn into bed. The property has everything you need and the host will check in that you are ok. The view from the balcony is stunning. This is no fault of the owner but just be aware that loud music plays in the evenings. You can hear it as though it is in your room! It turns off very promptly at 12:00am.

Nuk na ka munguar asgje, tezja e Fanes ishte ne gadishmeri per cdo gje . Faleminderit per mikepritjen , jemi kenaqur shume !
• Lee (10/5): Beautiful little apartment with the best views in Himare! - Fantastic host. Excellent communication and very accommodating. Great apartment with a large balcony and some of the best views I’ve had in Albania so far! Would certainly return and was sad to leave. Nothing.
• Elvir (10/5): Perfect location, beautiful view, good value, cristal clear sea - Amazing place, perfect location. Also not expenssive considering how expenssive vacation destinations are in Albania. Clean+amazing view. Communication with host and her aunt was just perfect, didnt have any problem. Apartment is close to everthing we needed: sea, restaurants, shops, tours etc. Also the bus stop which buses go to different cities is 200m to the apartment. By the way sea is just amazing, crystal clear. The Himare castle is about 1h walk or 10 min with taxi (7-8euro). Maybe bus can be found as well, didnt check. Photo is from taras.

• Hanna (8/5): Very good - We were very happy with the apartment and particularly enjoyed the great view and the proximity to the lovely beach of Himara. The apartment is spacious (at least for two people), clean and bed was comfy. Jessie always responded quickly to questions and she and her aunt, who came by every day, were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Unfortunately there is (a rather new?) restaurant / bar close the apartment which is extremely loud. However, is so loud that I believe you can hear it from all accommodations in this part of Himara. For all hosts in Himara I hope this is being regulated soon because it really it affects the towns attractiveness for tourists overall. Luckily the music usually stops by 11:30 pm.

• Haskey (10/5): Heaven in Himare - Fantastic apartments in a brilliant location in Himare ( 5 minutes from the beach....) Everything you could need ( & more! Oil, salt, seasonings, washing up liquid, a bottle of water - all you need to get by which is SO thoughtful. It's these little touches that really make a difference....) All mod cons - beautiful lounge with 2 great sofas ( also double up as beds ) & a lovely balcony with views to die for. Table & chairs inside & out so what could be better than sitting on your balcony- cold drink in hand, gazing out over the bay!!?? Lovely Marina - always on hand every morning cleaning & looking after the apartments & to help you with anything you may require. Andrea also - who we spoke with via text message many times - a font of knowledge & always eager to help. Didn't want to write this review as it's hard enough to book an apartment anyway but I can't be selfish & it's always good to share I suppose! 😁 I for one shall definitely be returning ( again & again!) - that's if I can book one! Faultless! Not applicable!!
