• francoise (1/5): Sejour écourté pour bruit et insalubrité - Établissement insalubre. Pas de fenêtre sur extérieur. Aération avec bruit infernal .pas d isolation du bruit de la rue . Sol pas nettoyé. Fuite eau sous lavabo. Pas de vaisselle. Robinet évier cassé Tout. Et pas de contact direct téléphonique avec propriétaire seulement des messages très ironiques et non respectueux de nos demandes. Avons du laissé argent taxé séjour sur la table sans avoir un contact

• 7litrebig (4/5): Disappointing stay in good location - Location was good. Found a number of issues relating to cleaning and empty toiletries. Apartment smelled damp and took a while to improve with aircon on. No outside light or windows (not really an issues as our stay was only 11hrs). Spare bedding was dirty and stained so not used. City tax had to be paid separately as no host to accept and we didn't wish to leave vash. All items reported to the host who was very responsive. Good potential based on location and reasonable value, but the items reported needed attention.

Gli appartamenti sono al piano terra e composti da ingresso, camera e soppalco giusto per accogliere 4 posti letto (c'è un armadietto da palestra di 50 cm). Viene trascurato di dire che NON c'è Nessuna finestra,... claustrofobico! Unica apertura la porta di ingresso. La pulizia non è il punto forte. Mettono a disposizione un asciugacapelli, peccato che la spina NON sia italiana (inutilizzabile)
• Immacolata (4/5): Bugigattolo umido - Posizione centralissima e comoda I ragazzi che ci hanno accolto in struttura cordiali e gentilissimi Purtroppo la grande affluenza di turisti a Napoli ha fatto crollare la qualità dell’accoglienza Trasformare un deposito/cantina di circa 20 mq in una struttura ricettiva e’ da delinquenti Niente finestre e tanta umidità Poco confortevole davvero
• Manuela (2/5): - Die Situation war wirklich schlimm - ich war mit italienischen Freundinnen - dass wir in einem feuchten Hinterhof im Parterre ohne Fenster gebucht hatten und allesamt Atemwegprobleme bekamen. Dass so etwas überhaupt im Angebot ist, sei nach italienischen Standards ein Hohn. Wir hatten uns von der wirklich tollen Lage (UND DEN PHOTOS) blenden lassen, wussten aber nicht, dass durch diese Straße laufend Motorräder und Autos rattern, was im Zimmer zu hören ist. Küchenausrüstung vollkommen unzureichend, kein Geschirrtuch oder -schwamm. Um die passenden Kaffeekapseln mussten wir extra bitten. Insgesamt eine lieblose Angelegenheit. Keine Haken, ein winziger Kasten, nur zwei Sesseln für eine Unterkunft mit 4 Betten... etc. eine einzige Enttäuschung!
• Karolina (7/5): - Ścisłe centrum Neapolu, jednak uliczka boczna i nie odczuwałam hałasu. Brak okna. Mały lufcik w kuchni obok drzwi wejściowych. Słuchawka pod prysznicem odpadała. Za tą cenę nie ma co wybrzydzać. Aperol na ulicach to rekompensuje.
• GIULIA (1/5): - La gentilezza e disponibilità dell' host. Posizione comoda e alloggio pulito. L' "appartamento" é una stanza senza finestre, senza alcuna ventilazione naturale, luce e con un forte odore di muffa! Non si sa come faccia ad essere considerato un luogo abitabile.

• Nikolett (10/5): - Nagyon tetszett, hogy központi részen volt, mindent könnyen meg lehetett közelíteni. Giuseppe a házidazga is segítőkész volt, ha bàrmi kérdésünk volt segített, ajánlott nekünk nagyon sok jó helyet.
• Eleonora (10/5): Stupendo - La posizione, assolutamente top, praticamente in via Toledo. Giuseppe è stato gentilissimo e, non avendo altre prenotazioni dopo la nostra, ci ha permesso di lasciare i nostri zaini per il tempo che volevamo. Sicuramente ritornerò nel mio prossimo viaggio! /

• Agnieszka (8/5): - Blisko do centrum, czyli lokalizacja. Giuseppe bardzo otwarty i pomocny. Przy braku okien dobrze się spało. Brak okien, przez to trochę czuć wilgoć i kanalizację. Brak wiadomości, że jak nie ma włączonego światła w łazience to nie grzeje boiler i nie ma ciepłej wody. Łóżka choć wygodne to skrzypią i mogą w nocy budzić.
• Anna (10/5): - A great apartment close to the city/port of Naples, within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping district. Easy access to bus stops and the metro. Was a great base for our day trips to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, would stay here again! It would be nice to have windows, but we didn’t spend much time in the apartment so it didn’t bother us.

• Carola (10/5): Esperienza oltre le aspettative - Appartamento in ottima posizione, vicino al centro e ai vari punti strategici della città. È dotato di angolo cottura, macchina del caffè, bollitore e di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere un soggiorno in piena serenità. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e gentile e ha reso il nostro breve soggiorno davvero piacevole. Apprezzatissimo!

• Miccoli (10/5): Weekend napoli .. nel cuore del centro - Soggiorno ottimo per un weekend partenopeo. Posizione strategica e buona, tutto vicino e ben collegato. Appartamento bello curato, ha tutto il necessario. Host Giuseppe gentile e accogliente è stato bravo a fornirci tutte le info per visite dei luoghi pasticceria ristoranti pizzerie ecc. Consiglio good friends home. Per un prossimo soggiorno sicuramente torneró.

• LAURA (7/5): Nel cuore del centro - Posizione a due passi da piazza Plebiscito. Il gestore molto gentile e visto che la porta della doccia era rotta ci ha lasciato due appartamenti (eravamo in 3 adulte) allo stesso prezzo. L’ultimo giorno non c’erano prenotazioni e abbiamo potuto stare fino alle 16. Purtroppo un difetto di questi alloggi ricavati negli androni dei palazzi vecchi sono molto umidi e senza finestre.

Visto che saremmo arrivate dopo le 21, ci ha fatto fare il check in autonomo così da non farci pagare il sovrapprezzo di 15€. Ottima posizione a un minuto a piedi da piazza plebiscito Viene fornito solo un asciugamano da viso, mancano del tutto gli asciugamani per il bidet.
• hasan (3/5): Terrible experience. The worst in my life. Not recommended at all. - Size of the room. Location. Person welcoming us. Bad location, just in front of the main door entrance to the building which had no cristal or wood just a metal grate. Noises from the cars and motobikes in the narrow street came directly to the room. Extremely difficult to sleep at night. Right before reaching the room´s front door, washed clothes (such as underwear, T shirts, etc.) for drying were hanging in the clothes line in the building portal. When entering into the "apartment", it was like a cave, with so much humidity, cave´ smell... All our clothes were wet during our stay. The humidity also could be felt in our skin. Extremely tiny window facing the building portal, not the street, which meant no daylight, no ventilation. Towels not properly washed since stains from previous guests remained.
• Κλειτσα (9/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή - Πολύ καλή επιλογή διαμερίσματος. Δίπλα σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία. Πολύ φιλικός και πρόσχαρος οικοδεσπότης. Μας πρότεινε πολλά μέρη και μας έδωσε χρήσιμες οδηγίες. Το σπίτι είχε λίγη υγρασία στην ατμόσφαιρα ωστόσο ο οικοδεσπότης μας παρείχε αφυγραντηρα.

• Thomai (8/5): Very comfortable and clean space, with a very polite host who provided us with everything in the room. - Very comfortable and clean space. It didn’t have a window, resulting in the space accumulating moisture. However, it had a dehumidifier, which made the situation much better.
• Zuriñe (6/5): Buen alojamiento para un par de noches (no más) - El alojamiento estaba muy bien situado junto a todo tipo de tiendas y restaurantes. Además, el chico que nos recibió fue muy amable. En primer lugar, mencionar que la cocina no estaba totalmente equipada, no tenía microondas y tenía pocos utensilios. Por otro lado, el baño tenía muy poca iluminación y la taza del váter no se mantenía abierta, era muy incómodo.
• Nelson_Nuñez89 (9/5): Molto carina! - Staff molto disponibile, accoglienza, posizione e comodità. Posto davvero molto carino. Non ha finestre perciò la casa è umidissima. C'è l'aspiratore e il deumidificatore ma non sono sufficienti per far passare la troppo umidità e odore di chiuso. Per chi ha bisogno di arieggiare ogni giorno questo posto non fa per voi. Noi abbiamo usato casa solo per dormire.

• Caitlin (7/5): Good - The location was great. Check in was easy. Air con worked well in the heat. Good bed. Staff were super helpful Poor kitchenette equipment, needs tea towels and scrubber as well as additional kitchen tools. Could do with some new bath towels as well
• Teresa (5/5): Noisy, smelly, not great. - It wasn’t expensive, and was reasonably close to everything. The person was contactable. Probably ok for someone wanting a cheap brief stay. We arrived a little early but couldn’t check in, that was fine, but then we couldn’t get in at the actual check in with the guy still cleaning. With hot and tired children from travel it was an annoying start. The place smelt of stale smoke which he tried to say was due to a local fire, but it was cigarette smell and very strong in the corridor on the way in. The photos seem to be of 2 apartments which could make it confusing. They show a lovely coffee maker and kitchenette. The coffee maker was under the sink with no coffee and didn’t seem usable. The kettle didn’t plug in, there was only one spoon (no tea spoons, no mugs or cups for hot drinks, no stirring utensils to use in the pan or saucepan). I did contact him about this, he said the kettle needed an adapter, so I had to take it from a dehumidifier. He brought spoons but couldn’t make it the following day because he was moving house, so we had spoons for our last evening and morning. I had also told him that the toilet roll holder just fell off and several of the metal fronts of the stairs fell off. He didn’t seem concerned, just saying the heat of the weather was probably the cause. I didn’t sleep upstairs as it was too smelly and warm. I stayed with my children downstairs as they struggled to settle with the noise. The side street seemed very popular for traffic through the night with horns frequently sounding. I suggested maybe a muffling curtain on the door or partition between rooms. The bed wasn’t great, sheets bobbled and worn, the white towels had dark patches. I’m sorry to give a bad review, I did contact with my issues as I feel it’s fair to give a chance to improve things. I guess the price wasn’t high so the standard was lower. I would not recommend this for kids. Our trip is 3 weeks of travel around Italy so lots of accommodation to compare standards to, so I feel I have given a fair review.

• Ruth (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was very good and excellent. Location was perfect. Just a suggestion can fix a door bell outside the main entrance, so guests can ring once they arrived. At times our phone might not work until we purchase a new sim card. Nothing to say.

• Massimo (10/5): We enjoyed so much staying there to rate it 10 out of 10 - located at the very center of naples near to San Carlo theatre, galleria Umberto I, Piazza Plebiscito. You can have a cool italian coffee at "bar del professore", pizza at "San Carlo" pizzeria and any kind of sweets like Babà, pastiera napoletana and dozens of other top quality food
• Trygve (8/5): Absoleutely value for money. - Clean, fresh and pretty new. Almost 45 min delay in check-in, even after aggreed time. A bit frustrating. See others says it’s very quiet. Well, maybe a relative issue. Scooters passing by all night, but not a big problem to sleep..

• Francesca (9/5): Nice stay - The space is small but very comfortable with everything you need in it clean and quite, the location where the apartment is situated is just beautiful “ quartieri spagnoli “ it’s in the city center close to good restaurants and many of the very interesting and beautiful sights of the city. Giuseppe took care of all our needs he was very professional giving us general informations and always answering very quickly to our requests. Unfortunately the apartment has no windows
• Dorottya (5/5): wouldn’t recommend - good location no windows, the apartment was humid. the towels and sheets were not in good condition. it wasn’t clean when we arrived. it was noisy at night. we only got two toilet papers for three people, three nights. the shower was leaking.
