• Amelia (1/5): Overall : Avoid at all costs, not worth to stay there. - Surrounding : Major construction work on the square. Host only communicated on the works (but not the extent of construction works). The grounds were dug out and each house is connected with a temporary bridge. The whole exterior is muddy and with rocks and makes it very difficult to walk on. Bright lights installed on the construction site shines into the apartment. Construction works will last until 2026. Can also hear a tenant family living on the ground floor within the same property, babies crying and also people quarelling. Not a nice atmosphere to live in. Entrance : No rug provided to clean our shoes when entering the property, despite the construction works outdoor. Basically bring soil to the property. The lights to hallway and up the stairs only works with the switch on the ground floor. No switch on 1st floor to on the lights. Had to switch handphone torchlight to go down the stairs from 1st floor to ground floor. Creaky staircase. Living room : Very basic, a dining table for 2 , one sofa chair. The external window panels cant be closed completely due to the plant racks. No privacy at all. No TV nor radio. Wardrobe to hang coats/ jackets is in living room. Interior heating works during daytime but not night time. It gets much colder at night. Lack of storage. Bedroom : one old creaky chest of drawers to put your clothes. Switch for ceiling lamp only available at one side of the bed. The table lamps are located on the chest of drawers and table. Kitchen : no dishwasher. An almost finished dishwashing liquid near the sink. Fridge does not have a freezer portion. Some half used seasoning (probably leftovers from previous guests). The drying rack is basic and the dishes cant be drained of water with the depth of the drying rack very close to the dishes. A better drying rack costs less than 5 euros or less. Kitchen lighting – only 1 out of 3 bulbs are working. Bathroom/ Toilet : Toilet within the apartment is waterless and makes a lot of noise. Have to go to the modern toilet on ground floor. Bathroom sink is a joke, the water flow is so slow that its better to wash your face/ brush your teeth at the bath tub. No hot water at the bathroom sink. Bath tub hose is faulty and too short for a shower. Anyone taller than 165cm is best to knee down in tub to have a shower. Events : Water cut due to construction works – We were not informed of any water cuts and when we contacted the host, she just said she is not aware and it happens to all households around the works. She didn’t bother to ask how we are managing and if there is anything we need assistance with. She only responded that she doesn’t live there so she has no idea. This is unacceptable.

• nicolas (7/5): - Tuyaux de douche trop court et non fonctionnel Devoir brancher une rallonge pour avoir du chauffage dans la sdb Wc compliqué et bruyant Une ou deux pastille de café aurait été bien apprécié
• Trentin (4/5): - La proximité Il est indiqué canapé lit,il n'y en a pas. Les toilettes sont vraiment bruyantes. Il sont en train de refaire la place, une vraie galère pour y arriver.. Vu que le parking est inaccessible du ai travaux...

• nicolas (7/5): Grand potentiel mal exploité - La chambre, le lit et les oreillers confortables, la baignoire, l’eau bien chaude, le four, le paysage, la proximité de magasins. C’est vraiment un petit coin retiré de la ville, avec l’accès direct à une rue. Pas de tv ni radio, pas de divan, pas de congélateur. On entend très fortement les personnes du rez-de-chaussée. Les portes sont très bruyantes et il faudrait refixer le pourtour de la serrure des escaliers.

• Jérôme (8/5): Appartement calme et soigné - Très calme et propre Le Wc de l’étage n’est pas fonctionnel - ce modèle de wc avec broyeur devrait être remplacé par un autre avec chasse d’eau en plus du broyeur , pour une évacuation plus efficace… on a dû ajouter de l’eau à la main avec un Tupperware…
