• Moboni (1/5): I didnt get into my room till 2am I was given a basement for a room, I checked out the next morning - the Manager was kind when I met him in the morning to complain about his staff. he had offered to change my room for compensation but I was just done with the place the front desk staff was acting funny, I dint get into the room till 2am and was offered a basement room that was underground, musky and damp, I also forgot an item when I checked out the next day but never got it back. they claimed not to have seen it

Tea/coffee packs but no water jug/kettle - The restaurant opens at 0700 when meetings were atring at 0700 some 7km away and food was monotonous, baguette croissant, pineapple and plantaine sometimes beans Maybe it was my room but the toilet system was leaking onto the bathroom floor

My third room retained some shower water so room smelled. Sheets with stains and dirty towels. Breakfast had ok bread assortment just that nit being a bread person I could only eat fruits and at times they were not fresh

Jai détesté la première nuit , il y avait plein de moustiques dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'il n'y ait pas de frigo de chambre Les moustiques et le petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner trop simple à mon goût

• Christian (7/5): Spontan gut - Es war eine spontane Entscheidung den Ort aufzusuchen. Es waren Zimmer frei. Parken kann man vor der Tür und man ist sehr zentral. Frühstück war gut. Das Mobiliar ist schon sehr alt und verlebt. Manchmal richt es in den Ecken.

• Yves (6/5): Pleasant - The hotel is quite modern, the facilities are very modern, the rooms are ok, but nothing more. very friendly, the rooms were very small and the air conditioning directly over the bed, you quickly get a cold, the restaurant was very small and the breakfast was very limited, I had to ask several times to get a coffee. The view from the window was just horrible, an old market nothing to relax.

• Emmanuel (1/5): Bad - Poorly located within a noisy environment. Secondly, the shower in my room wasn't working and even came falling off the wall and almost hit my head while I was taking a shower. I had very bad experience and I'll never go there again. A complete wasted my money

Was denied change of 5k fncf to pay our taxi by the staff even though patrons were in the bar puchashing drinks.My wife was told to walk in the dark to a petrol station (Not safe) for change . Totally unacceptable customer service. Cameroon suffers from stereotypes of bad business.,This action did little to change those views.. This issue left a bad impression on me. I would use your facilities again if the issue was corrected. Please return correspondence.
