OLARIU (5/5): - Locația a fost foarte buna. Locația nu era curățată corespunzător si era extrem de frig. În dormitorul de la la subsol nu se încălzea temperatura peste 17 grade.

Bong (4/5): Too bad - Just location Electric capacity was not enough Hot water was unnormal. 2 times took shower with cold water During 4 days 3 time shut down the electronic One of host’s attitude was terrible
Ivan (3/5): good located, but first the mold must be cleaned. - The apartment was good located, many stores and restaurants around the second bedroom was in the basement with a bathroom next to it . from there came an very bad smell because of the mold in that bathroom…that smell made it unbearable to sleep. also there was very poor noise isolation. that‘s why we left after just one night
Tatiana (6/5): Good location, however the bedroom in the basement was unbearable to stay in because of the smell from the mold and poor - Nice apartment with a very good location that makes it very easy to access many attractions. Moreover, there were many shops and restaurants near by. Had the basic facilities and was fairly comfortable. The apartment is on the ground floor and the entrance was a glass door which felt unsafe being on the ground floor. In addition, one of the bedrooms and bath were in the basement which had very poor lighting and smelled very bad from the mold. Finally, there was very poor noise isolation and the neighbors were very loud, it sounded as they were in the same room.
Filipo (6/5): Generally good with some particular issues. - Top location, generally quiet. Entrances easy to use (as long as there is electricity and phone battery). The in-room air quality was problematic. The dry and ventilated air drafts caused massive caughing with small children. So this is not recommended if dealing with a cold or respiratory issues. Especially downstairs is not well. Apparent mold and an air hygiene machine with an (how long?) overdue filter change.
