• Dmytro (6/5): Good, but could be better - I like the location, authentic neighborhood and wonderful connection to the city, at first seems sketchy, but never encountered any danger. Nice check in experience and good tv and AC. Pretty dark and dump, unfortunately no working kettle (its full of rust and no cap, the worst is possibly hazardous black mold in the shower and some rust/mold on the shower head and Also no food appliance (no knife no plates).

• Miguel (4/5): A disappointing stay with room for improvement - The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. We had a mini fridge, a coffee machine with some pods and a sink. The air conditioning unit worked well. The lack of curtains or proper blinds meant that light streamed in from early morning and even passing cars at night would illuminate the room with their headlights. This made it really difficult to get a good night's sleep. Noise was another major issue. The apartment offers little to no sound insulation—you can hear every single sound from the street below, including people talking, shouting, walking, and all kinds of traffic noise. It felt like we were sleeping *in* the street rather than in a private space. There was no usable storage. All the wardrobes were locked, leaving us nowhere to properly unpack or even hang up our clothes. We also had no place to hang used towels, which is a basic necessity in any accommodation. The WiFi was practically unusable. Although there was a smart TV in the room, the internet was so slow that streaming was impossible due to constant buffering and poor quality. The TV didn't have any active subscriptions. There was no shampoo for the shower. Some hand soap/shower gel was available. To top things off, on our second day we received a message claiming we hadn't paid the city tax, even though we had followed the exact instructions and placed the correct amount in the designated post box. We were told that an employee had checked and found nothing. When we got back, we took a video for proof—our payment was still right there, along with other money that we assume had been left by previous guests. This left us questioning how carefully the place is being managed. Overall, the apartment fell short in terms of comfort, privacy, and basic functionality. I wouldn’t stay here again.
