• Mansour (7/5): The apartment is good in terms of location and amenities, but it needs better cleaning. - - Located in a quiet area away from the busy city center, ideal for a relaxing and family-friendly stay. - Modern (high-tech) apartment with all essential amenities. -Well-equipped for families. -Private parking space in the basement, which is very convenient. - The apartment was not properly cleaned upon arrival. - Kitchen equipment was dirty and required significant effort to clean, indicating poor maintenance by previous guests. - Bathrooms had noticeable issues, including mold in the corners of the main bathroom. - The fourth “bedroom” is not actually a bedroom, but a storage room with a washing machine, dryer, and cleaning supplies. - Pillows were old and uncomfortable. - Getting to the town requires significant effort due to the steep distance and elevation, involving a very steep uphill walk. - No additional set of keys provided, which is inconvenient for families. - Some minor dirt on the walls in different areas.

• Jens (8/5): Comfortable, Design led apartment in a lovely part of St Moritz - perfect for a group of 5 adults! - Great location, wonderful view, secure, comfortable, and well designed! Easy access to the centre of town. We were a group of five, and the apartment was perfect for us. We used three of the four bedrooms; the fourth bedroom is only suitable for small children. We'd definitely stay there again! Better quality cushions and more of them.

• Doris (10/5): Tolle Family-time in St. Moritz - Das Appartment ist top eingerichtet mit 3 sehr schön möblierten Schlafzimmern, einem sehr großzügigen Wohnbereich und 2 fantastischen Bädern mit Regenduschen. Sauna und Elektrokamin runden die hochwertige Ausstattung ab. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ebenfalls aussergewöhnlich gut. Die Lage direkt an der Crestabahn ist sensationell und der Ort fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Das inkludierte Parkieren in der Tiefgarage ist von großem Nutzen, ausreichende Aussenstellplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Kontaktaufnahmen wegen Fragen wurden vom Gastgeber sehr schnell und sehr gut beantwortet. Die Wohnung wird komplett durch ein Smart-System gesteuert. Hier wäre eine Kurzbeschreibung zu Beginn hilfreich gewesen. Bei dem angegeben 4. Schlafzimmer handelt es sich eher um einen kleinen Abstellraum, in dem Trockner, Waschmaschine und Putzmittel aufgestellt sind. Die darin enthaltene Ausziehcouch füllt den kleinen Raum. Das als Schlafplatz zu nutzen sollte nur als Notlösung dienen. Dies war uns im Vorfeld so nicht bekannt, vor Ort war man aber sehr schnell und zufriedenstellend um eine Lösung bemüht.
• Miryam (3/5): התאכזבנו מאד - חבל היה לנו קרוון יכלנו לישון בקמפינג ואמרנו יאלה בואו נתפנק 2 לילות בדירה מפנקת אבל לא הדירה בבניין מגורים רגיל בקומה 3 הרגשנו הכי לא בטיול ריח רע בבניין מפתח בין האבנים בכניסה ואין אף אחד שינחה אותנו בעיקר לא הצלחנו להפעיל את האמבטיות עם הכפתורים המשוכללים בעל הבית לא היה זמין בזמן שרצינו להתקלח זו זכותו רק שהיה נותן משהו בהתחלה 2 לילות יקרות בשביל להתקלח טוב ולא התקלחנו כלל רק בסוף השהייה נסענו לקמפינג שילמנו כמו יום שלם על שעה והתקלחנו במקלחות ציבוריות גם הניקיון במטבח ובסלון היה גרוע מאד החדרים היו נקיים ויפים הדירה בקצה העיירה בבניין מגורים רגיל וקשה לנגישות ואין מי שיקבלו אותך ויסביר דירה קשה להפעלה

• Ning (5/5): Prepare to clean yourself and bring your own pillow. - The private sauna. It was so dirty that we had to vacuum ourselves. That was after their cleaning. There were used contact lenses on the nightstand and hairs in the bathroom. The coffee machine was full of capsules - we had to clean it ourselves. The pillows are so old and unusable that we had to roll our clothes inside of them.

The ensuite sauna was a great experience and the kitchen amenities are well-stocked. Communication and check-in was very easy.
