• elparison (9/5): Appartamento da sogno high-tech con charme milanese – Esperienza indimenticabile! - Ho trascorso un soggiorno semplicemente meraviglioso in questo appartamento a Milano e non posso che consigliarlo caldamente a chiunque cerchi qualcosa di speciale. Il team/l’host è stato fantastico: estremamente gentile, reattivo e disponibile in ogni momento. La procedura di check-in è stata fluida e senza intoppi, e mi hanno sorpreso con una bottiglia di Prosecco in frigo e un kit di articoli da bagno di qualità – un tocco di classe che ha reso l’accoglienza ancora più calorosa. Grazie di cuore a tutto il team per la cura e l’attenzione! L’alloggio è stupendo e ha superato ogni mia aspettativa: un mix perfetto di design moderno ed elementi tradizionali che lo rendono elegante, accogliente e talmente fotogenico che potrei tranquillamente organizzare qui un servizio fotografico di moda. Gli interni sono curati in ogni dettaglio, pulitissimi e di recentissima concezione. Mi hanno colpito particolarmente le luci del soffitto che cambiano colore (un’aggiunta high-tech spettacolare che crea atmosfere diverse a seconda dell’umore) e il proiettore che ha trasformato le mie serate in perfette sessioni di cinema casalingo, comodamente sdraiato sul divano. Tutto è dotato delle più recenti tecnologie, rendendo il soggiorno super confortevole e contemporaneo, ma senza mai perdere quel calore “come a casa”. La posizione è fantastica, centrale e strategica: mi ha permesso di esplorare Milano con estrema facilità, tra quartieri alla moda, ristoranti e attrazioni principali. In sintesi: se cerchi un alloggio unico, elegante, high-tech, pulitissimo e con un’atmosfera che fa sentire coccolato e ispirato, questo è IL posto perfetto a Milano. Un’esperienza che ricorderò a lungo e che rifarò sicuramente. Consigliatissimo al 1000%! L'unico piccolo neo del mio soggiorno – e tengo a precisarlo perché è davvero l’unica cosa che non è stata perfetta – è che, purtroppo, l’ospite precedente deve aver fumato in casa. Arrivando, ho percepito un leggero odore di fumo freddo soprattutto nella zona cucina e nella parte inferiore dell’appartamento. Avendo organizzato lì alcuni incontri di lavoro importanti, confesso che sul momento mi sono sentito un po’ spiazzato, perché l’odore era comunque percettibile. Detto questo, devo fare i complimenti più sinceri al team: non appena ho segnalato la cosa, hanno reagito in modo impeccabile, scusandosi immediatamente e rimborsandomi spontaneamente il 15% dell’intero soggiorno senza che io lo chiedessi minimamente. Una gestione della situazione così rapida, professionale e generosa è davvero rara e dimostra quanto tengano alla soddisfazione degli ospiti. Quindi sì, c’è stato questo piccolo inconveniente, ma la loro reazione lo ha trasformato in una dimostrazione di eccellenza nel servizio. Tornerò sicuramente, perché un host che risolve i problemi in questo modo merita tutta la fiducia e la fedeltà possibile!

• Tiffany (10/5): Best of the bezt - All. The duplex is so amazing. The multimédia system is fantastic. The jacuzzi is great too, with ambiance Light. The bed is great. The situation too. It is my 'ew home in Milano.The attentions in the kitchen continue again. I loved it. Nothing.
• Martin (8/5): A unique apartment, very nicely appointed in an excellent location. - Unique interior. Kitchen facilities faultless. Lovely lounge, although we didn't get the opportunity to use it much. In the bedroom there is lots of hanging space and drawer space, and very comfortable bed. The large TV and encasement restricted the space to move around within the bedroom. The rainfall shower, whilst aesthetically pleasing was not practical but the jacuzzi bath is a good feature. We experienced very heavy rain while we were there, and whilst not responsible for the weather, it would be good to provide hooks or somewhere to hang wet coats etc close to the entrance
• Yuri (9/5): It was a very comfortable stay that gave me an extraordinary feeling. I would like to stay again. - Veronica was very kind and the service was great. She carefully showed us around the apartment. The facility's furniture and structure were interesting and created a good mood. The kitchen was stocked with everything we need including dishes and glasses, making it very comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. The bathtub was nice, but when I pressed the button on jet bath, a stain that looked like iron came out. I think it would have been more comfortable without it.
