A comunicação com a Maria, anfitriã, foi bem tranquila e prestativa. Tem utensílios no local que facilitam o uso, como maquina de lavar, ferro, louça e talheres, panelas, além de todo o local estar em excelentes condições. O apê fica localizado próximo ao centro, a única dificuldade que tivemos foi com o acesso do metro, mas que tranquilamente podemos ignorar, já que de carro fica consideravelmente próximo das praias e pontos turísticos.
