• Andrés (5/5): Buena ubicación pero mal mantenimiento. - La ubicación es buena, cerca de Playa Bonita. Lo malo fue que faltaban muchos elementos de la cocina. La mayoría de las sartenes, cubiertos etc estaban en mal estado. Necesita una revisión urgente y reponer elementos. La ducha de la habitación de la planta inferior no funcionaba bien. No había apenas presión de agua corriente. Caía agua en el lavabo al usarlo. La plancha de ropa estaba mal y nos estropeó una prenda. En general bien pero necesita una revisión urgente. No se debe alquilar en ese estado. Las sillas de la cocina incomodisimas… Todo lo mencionado antes y alguna cosa más…

• Jorge (8/5): Todo bien en general - Todo moderno Hubo un fallo con el agua caliente que nos lo solucionó dejándonos entrar en otro alojamiento. Eche en falta un microondas.
• DTP (6/5): Disappointing, I would not stay there again - Great location: very close to many restaurants and Playa Bonita, just a short walk to Playa Cosón. Parking is available. There is no reception desk or staff in loco. Communication was VERY slow - both before and after arrival. We paid in cash (US dollars) to avoid extra fees. Shower was inside the room (which we knew from the pictures). It gets a bit humid but okay for a short period of time. Living room had a terrible sewage smell, probably from the kitchen sink. We complained and staff said would send someone to clean but no one ever came during our 3 night stay. We had no electricity and water for one and half day. The first day was a city wide planned electricity outage but we were disappointed that the staff did not communicate that to us in advance. The second day there was an issue with the hotel's power inverter.

• Künzle (10/5): - Wir waren 5Tage im SoulDream, 2 Erw. + 3 Teenager. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Oberer Stock mit Dusche für die Kids unten das Zimmer mit Bad für uns Erwachsene. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Das beste, das SoulDream liegt ganz nah am Meer mit einem wunderschönen Strand.
• Laura (4/5): - Ausgezeichnete Lage, schön eigerichtet, freundliche Nachbarn Schon bei der Ankunft gab es Probleme. Wir haben unsere Apartmentnummer und den Türcode nicht zugesendet bekommen. Per Anruf war auch niemand erreichbar. Wir haben uns an die freundliche Nachbarin gewendet, die uns weiterhelfen konnte und den Manager erreicht hat. Der Manager sprach die ganze Zeit nur von einer Zahlung, die wir über einen Link durchführen sollen. Nach einigem hin und her gab er mir dann doch die Apartmentnummer und den Türcode und wir durften endlich ins Apartment. Leider gab es aber auch in der Unterkunft Probleme. Das Wlan funktionierte nur manchmal und wenn dann schlecht. Zum Glück hatten wir eine E-Sim und dadurch Zugang zum Internet. Auch Warmwasser gab es am ersten Abend nicht, in den darrauffolgenden Tagen gab es abwechselnd kaltes und brennheißes Wasser. Mittlerweile haben wir die schlechten Bewertungen der Unterkunft, die sich vor allem auf GoogleMaps finden lassen, gelesen und daher mitbekommen, dass wenn man die Hotelkosten nicht über den suspekten Link zahlen möchte, den man über Booking.com zugeschickt bekommt, beziehungsweise ihn nicht zu Beginn des Aufenthalts zahlt, von der Unterkunft ausgesperrt wird, in dem der Manager den Zugangscode ändert. Wir wollten dies unbedingt vermeiden und haben deswegen widerwillig über den Link gezahlt. Obwohl diese Unterkunft eine wirklich ausgezeichnete Lage hat und schön und eingerichtet ist, würde ich einen Aufenthalt bei Soul Dream Bonita nicht empfehlen.
• Leticia (5/5): Precio muy elevado para lo que ofrece. - La ubicación cerca del mar, y la sala de yoga. El apartamento n.5 es muy oscuro. Habia muy mal olor, que solucionaron pasados 2 días de estar allí. Además había mucha humedad y la ropa dentro del armario estaba mojada. Caía cal en la almohada ( foto). Pocos utensilios de cocina. Sería de agradecer que hubiera un microondas, o por lo menos un simple cazo para calentar agua, leche.... Cama pequeña para dos personas.

A nuestra llegada al alojamiento, nos envió un enlace externo para realizar el pago, en lugar de hacerlo a través de Booking, que es el método habitual y el que ofrece garantías al cliente. El pago se retrasó porque el enlace no funcionaba correctamente y, posteriormente, porque el importe que aparecía era incorrecto. En todo momento informamos educadamente al propietario por WhatsApp. Si estás acostumbrado a reservar a través de Booking, sabrás que la plataforma solicita una tarjeta de crédito para garantizar el pago, por lo que es prácticamente imposible no abonar una estancia reservada por este medio. Sin embargo, el propietario, mostrando impaciencia por recibir el pago, decidió cambiar el código de acceso de la habitación sin previo aviso, como medida de presión para forzarnos a pagar cuanto antes. Ese mismo día regresamos tarde de la playa y nos encontramos sin poder acceder a la habitación, teniendo dentro todas nuestras maletas y pasaportes. Intentamos contactar con el propietario en repetidas ocasiones, pero fue imposible localizarlo y el alojamiento no dispone de recepción. Finalmente, solo pudimos acceder gracias a una vecina que conocía a los propietarios y consiguió contactar con ellos. Además, el pago no se realiza a través de Booking, sino mediante un enlace externo que aplica aproximadamente 20 € adicionales en concepto de comisiones, algo de lo que nos dimos cuenta posteriormente al revisar el cargo en el banco. • Shira (8/5): מיקום מושלם, לא צריך לבלות הרבה בחדר/דירה - המיקום! ממש על חוף בוניטה, חוף מושלם עם טיילת ומלא מסעדות לגמרי שווה את זה אין נציג פיזי במקום וזה קצת קשה לתקשר בווטסאפ (ביום ראשון לא ענו לנו להודעות בכלל). החדר הראשון שקיבלנו היה מאוד לא פרטי (ממש על שביל) וביקשנו לשדרג לחדר יותר אחורי ויותר גדול- עזרו לנו לשדרג בשמחה ועם הנחה על השדרוג
• Felix (4/5): Schön, wenn man am Playa Bonita sein will - Katastrophal wenn man schlafen möchte - Die Unterkunft ist modern und stilvoll. Küche ausreichend. Yoga-Angebot täglich vorhanden (nicht im Preis inbegriffen!) und direkter Zugang zum Strand. Extrem laut! Nachbarn feiern bis in die frühen Morgenstunden lautstark, Quads halten unmittelbar mit lautem Motor vor der Unterkunft und der Regen prasselt auf das Metalldach des Carports - Schlaf war so gut wie gar nicht möglich. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen. Ohne Quad oder anderes Verkehrsmittel sehr abgelegen.
• Markus (9/5): - Sehr schöne Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Aufgrund der massiven Präsenz von Moskitos wäre ein Moskitonetz über dem Bett eine Sinnvolle Ergänzung. Zum Glück hatten wir unser eigenes dabei. Auch ein Wasserspender, wie wir ihn in vielen andere Unterkünften dort hatten, wäre schön gewesen. An der Tür zum Balkon fehlte der Türgriff und wir hatten uns ausgesperrt als sie zufiel.

• Henri (7/5): Alles in allem zufriedenstellend. - Die Nähe zum Strand ist perfekt. Mit dem versprochenen Bungalow hatte das wenig zu tun, aber egal ... war auf den letzten Drücker gebucht und eine Ausweichunterkunft. Da musste man nehmen, was man bekommt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war dann auch etwas strange und nur per Handy.
• Lenka (7/5): It’s fine place to stay in beautiful location near the beach if you plan to spend majority of time outdoors and just to - It’s a great location near Playa Bonita which is beautiful, many restaurants in walkable distance with sea view. It was clean, simple place, ok to stay for few days. The kitchen was very primitive, we had to ask for few things like pans to be able to cook something basic (and we got it). The comment says it’s an apartment with separate bedroom but it’s one space, bathroom door really doesnt close so you need to consider not having much privacy. What was challenging is that you don’t have anyone on site so everything is online and sms, it’s not much personal, you don’t know who you talk to (online checking, Maintanance request, …) and we missed proactive updates when water shut down multiple times, needed to ask via messages what is happening.

Insuficient equipament mobiliari per a dinar i sopar. Vam tindre que entrar al dins i utilizar la taula i cadires de la terrasseta, que no són massa còmodes per a dinar i sopar.

• Justin (8/5): Could have been a perfect stay, but... - It's a beautiful unit, lots of privacy being on the second floor, parking right in front of the unit, The amenities you need like a fridge and stove top. I was sent a link to the wrong location, resulting in me driving around for 45 minutes trying to find the place. Luckily the staff member actually jumped on his moped and came and found me driving around which was nice. If you're trying to find the place, it's down what looks like a dark alley, next to the Hotel Atlantis. Personally I think the unit is too small for a long-term stay, but fine for the two nights that I was there. The main thing they need to fix is the Wi-Fi. I was only getting a signal when I put my phone right up to the window. It made working for my laptop very difficult. The common area gets good signal, but I was getting eaten up by mosquitoes. So I ended up turning on the mobile hotspot feature on my phone, to use it as a wifi range extender, then connecting my laptop to my phone. Not very convenient.
