• Mircea (9/5): - Overall good conditions, very nice room and clean. Nice to have the spa facilities available as well. It felt weird because the hotel was empty, i don’t think they have many tourists. Restaurant was very dissapointing, they didn’t have many of the dishes listed in the menu and the food was quite bad. Room is too warm. Room is at 26 degrees by default and if you want lower temperature you need to keep the door to balcony open.

It’s rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and proactive in making sure every aspect of your stay is comfortable. Their willingness to help with even the smallest details made a big difference and added a personal touch to the entire experience.Overall, We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place where you feel genuinely supported and valued throughout your trip. • الخميسي (10/5): - Honestly, this hotel is absolutely beautiful, indescribably so. The services offered are excellent for the price, the staff are friendly and the service is quick, not to mention the hospitality. Everyone at reception was very helpful. Also, Mr. Jamal, this handsome gentleman, is very respectful. Whenever he's around, he'll do everything for you.

Everything was perfect including all the services and the kind staffs Sanam, Nouruz and Maral for their warm welcoming and support. • Ali (10/5): Honestly, the service and hospitality were exceptional - The hotel is excellent, very comfortable, and the staff are extremely helpful. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and easy. We were given an extra bed free of charge, and Mr. Jamal kindly upgraded us to a suite without us even requesting it. The staff were very kind and welcoming with children, especially Mr. [Asif] in the restaurant. Anything we asked for was provided immediately, without charging us extra. Honestly, the service and hospitality were exceptional – you really can’t find better treatment than this.* No thing, everything was perfect

• Hammad (10/5): - We had a great time staying here, from the first interaction with the staff to check out the time at this hotel has been incredible. Facilities are clean, comfortable, and cozy. Very courteous staff, and helpful. Whatever extras we needed were provided promptly and the manager was super helpful. Really felt respected and taken care of here. Only downside for me was the restaurant. Day 1, we ordered dinner and waiter won't let me pay via card, we confirmed from reception the next day and we had no issues paying by card. Breakfast was disappointing. The assorted cheese, jams, nuts and dry fruits were great! The main dishes were limited, mostly just sausages and the fried eggs at times had a hard crust. The bread felt days old and hard to eat. Apart from this the Alacarte menu was quite decent.

• Abdulrahman Alshaiji (10/5): Best Staff Vibes I’ve Seen in a Hotel. - One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff were super friendly, always smiling and helpful. Special shoutout to Mr Jamal — this guy helped me so much during my stay. Respect for the way he handles everything: professionally. I never write reviews, but this place and Jamal’s effort made me break the rule. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Quba. – Abdulrahman The breakfast was good, but it needs a bit more variety or change.
