• Olesia (10/5): - Мы приехали с ребенком и подругой! И это было классное решение, что мы выбрали именно эту квартиру. Все было прекрасно, локацию лучше не найдете, особенно с детьми! Пляж, рестораны в 5 минутах ходьбы. Утром пили кофе в Starbucks на набережной. Квартира идеально чистая, большой душ. Остров на кухне покорил мое сердце что было очень удобно. Вся техника и посуда все есть, отличные хозяева. Рекомендую эту квартиру и планирую осенью вернуться. Нет
• Lynsey Yorke (10/5): - Beautiful apartment. Really tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Loved how the bedroom was separate and set back from the main road. Fully stocked kitchen (and probably the best we have had on holiday!) with everything you would need. Great that there's a washing and tumble dryer. Balcony got the afternoon sun so was great to relax there. Excellent location for the beach and to explore Las Palmas. Communication with Pino was easy & smooth and check in simple ! We very much appreciated being able to check in early. 100% recommend. Pino is very approachable and keen to help! Absolutely nothing!! We loved everything.
• Edward (10/5): Fantastisch, wij komen zeker weer terug - Wij verbleven voor de 2e maal in dit appartement. Het is een zeer goed verzorgde accommodatie waar niets ontbreekt op een voor ons goed gelegen locatie. Daarnaast is het appartement brandschoon. Wederom hartelijk dank voor uw goede zorgen mevrouw Pino!

• Ana Maria (10/5): Muy completo y espacioso. - Muy cómodo y al lado de la playa. Terracita muy agradable. Hay un parking cercano muy bien de precio si lo dejas por días. Lavadora y secadora muy util si vas muchos dias Calle ruidosa pero al ser una planta alta no se aprecia.

• Elena (8/5): Не считая этих неприятных моментов, все остальное было супер! - Удобные, чистые апартаменты со всем необходимым и даже более того Устойчивый запах из общей канализации, видимо во всем доме, окна спальни и ванной выходят в общий колодец, закрытый со всех сторон стенами дома с такими же окнами других квартир , поэтому слышно было при открытых окнах все, что происходит у соседей, поэтому спали с закрытыми окнами и работающими вентиляторами, которые, кстати, очень мощные и отлично охлаждают.

• Tomas Zurutuza (10/5): - El apartamento está lleno de detalles que hacen que te sientas como en casa 🏠. Está tal como figura en las fotos. La ubicación es perfecta tanto para ir a la playa 🏖️ de la Cantera como para visitar la ciudad. La estancia fue agradable y el contacto con el dueño fácil a través de la APP. Totalmente recomendable Nada, todo correcto.

• Luca (10/5): Absolutely enjoyable. Would reccomend for couples or 3 persons. I would book it again for sure. - Amazing location, perfect position, super new flat, furnished with everything you can imagine, clean and comfortable, big spaces, sea view balcony, brand new domestic appliances, elegant building, silent. Great neighbourhood with everything you need. Difficult parking (we knew it before) but there is a 24/7 covered parking lot just 5 mins away (a bit expensive). You can find free parking places at 15 mins walking. Couple of times There was bad smell in the bathroom coming out from the canalisation, probably.

• Roger (9/5): Had a fabulous stay, and would like to come back in the future. - this apartment sits in a great location, near the beaches, shops and eateries. the apartment is a good size and has lots of amenities. Thank you Pino bed a little soft for our liking

The apartment is well equiped, spacious and well furnished. The key collection process was effortless and the owners were really accomodating. Perfect place! Nothing
• Triin (9/5): New apartment with all the comfort you need - Very clean and spacious apartment, bigger than in pictures. Has everything from dishwasher to washing machine and dryer. It has a door between the bedroom area and the rest of the apartment, which blocks sound really well, so you can leave the dishwasher working at night. Also, plenty of places to work with a computer. Close to the beach + the balcony gets quite a bit sun during the day. These are really not serious complaints but more suggestions for improvement: - there is only on hanger in the bathroom, thus there is no place to hang the bath towels, which makes it messy long term - there a bit of smell in the bathroom - but that might be the plumbing or washing machine
• Mathieu (9/5): Superb - Great apartment very comfortable for a single or couple. Fully equipped (Washing machine and dryer, oven, microwave, espresso machine, big TV etc.) Great location near playa del Canteras, it's a nice place to have good time (restaurants, beach, exploration of the city and te island). Not a lot to complain about. Almost impossible to park in the neighborhood but this is it in all the city. Thankfully there is a pay car park at 100 m, not so expendive if you stay several days.
